Currently just over 3 weeks post FUE and couldn't be happier at this point. I was anxious to get this done and went to a couple of consultations at different hair clinics and took me a couple of years to decide to go ahead. I was pleased with how at ease Dr Khan made me feel and how knowledgeable she was with all of my questions, this along with doing some research and hearing great reviews I decided to go with Dr Khan. I suffer with a sensitive and red scalp and worried this would effect the results but Dr Khan made sure to prescribe antibiotics prior to the operation to ensure this wouldn't be a problem. The day itself was very relaxed, the team are all very friendly and the whole procedure was pain free with the exception of a few needles at the start of the day for the local anesthetic but nothing too bad. Following the procedure you are given all the information you need for aftercare to follow. I was lucky enough to have no swelling, I continued to take paracetamol and did not feel any discomfort in the days following the procedure. The only negative is struggling to sleep on your back for the first few days but nothing a nap in the day didn't fix. I had a follow up appointment 12 days later where Dr Khan ensured everything was going to plan and to answer any other questions regarding recovery. I had 2 and a half weeks off work and by the time I returned to work all the scabs were gone and the donor area had pretty much grown over. At this point you can style your hair again so hard to tell I had had anything done by this point and pretty much back to normal life. If you are considering getting this done then I would absolutely recommend Dr Khan and the team, great experience and supportive throughout.

I went not knowing exactly what treatment would be best for me but DR Kahn explained brilliantly and gave me loads of information on different treatments and what would work best for my hair loss. Soon after i booked my treatment and the IK clinic team were brilliant and made me feel really comfortable. The procedure was alot more comfortable than I expected and the team were always checking if i was ok! I was referred to Dr Khan by my hair dresser. When I arrived for my appointment I was anxious and Dr Khan must have sensed it as she spent extra time putting me at ease. I had a long list of questions which she answered, never rushing me. I felt in safe hands and booked my hair transplant straight away. On the day of my hair implants the assisting nurses were very skilled and caring. They booked me a taxi and made sure I had pain killers to take home. I had 2 reviews with Dr Khan to make sure I was making good recovery. It now two months and I am amazed that my hair is growing already. The best decision you will ever make!!

I cannot thank the whole team at IK Clinics enough for what they have done, the results of my transplant are amazing! I did plenty of research into getting a hair transplant, looked at a few different clinics and after attending the consultation with Dr Khan my mind was easily made up. From the first consultation up until the day of the transplant I was given a lot of information on what to do to both prepare for the operation and what I needed to do at home post op. So you don’t have to worry at all about what to expect and you will have all the instructions needed to fully recover at home. On both days of the transplant the team were outstanding! They always make sure that you are comfortable and are calm during the procedure which went a lot better than I expected. The team talk to you throughout which helps take your mind off the operation and again make you feel relaxed. Looking at the pictures of other patients after the transplant I thought it would be very painful during and post procedure, but for me other than the initial injection of the anaesthetic I was completely numb and when getting home I was in no pain at all. Your scalp may itch for a few days whilst washing also. I lost all scabs after 9 days they recovered well, so as long as you pay attention to the instructions you should be fine. If you’re looking at getting a hair transplant then I 100% recommend the IK Clinic. You won’t be disappointed and everyone at the clinic is incredibly professional. You are in the best hands and will be thrilled by the results! Thanks again to everyone at the IK Clinic!

I have been researching hair transplant for some time. I had 2 consultations with other clinics before I contacted IK Clinics. This was the only clinic where I had to pay for a consultation but also the only one where the actual surgeon Dr Khan saw me. She spent nearly an hr discussing all sorts of hair treatments. She noticed that I was suffering from a scalp condition & wrote me a script there and then. After care excellent. I had a fue procedure done by Dr Irum Khan and her team back in September 2018 with excellent hair growth results. Everybody’s hair is different in growth and I just needed around 50 more grafts to get the perfect result. I contacted Dr Irum Khan a year later November 2019 and with in 3 days she had me back in to her surgery to do this for me with no problems. I’ve always been very sceptical about having procedures done abroad because of the after care treatment and I’m glad i went with IK Clinics. A BIG thank you to Dr Irum Khan and especially her team.

I had an amazing experience at IK clinics, they have significantly changed my look and I feel (and look) a lot younger now. They cater to all your needs and give you the right advice. Treatment carries on even after the transplant ensuring your look is maintained for a long period of time. I decided to go for an FUE transplant as it left no scars on my head. After having an FUE transplant, I feel a lot more confident and I don’t require thickening fibres any longer to cover my hair loss! I would strongly recommend IK clinics to anyone who is considering a hair transplant as they are cheaper than most clinics elsewhere in the UK and give you all inclusive post transplant management.
