I first met Will at Regency Hair Clinic late last year after looking at a number of clinics, including some abroad. I made the decision to go with Regency Hair Clinic purely based on Will. The communication has been outstanding from start to finish, any questions or worries I had, I was instantly reassured until the day came and Will personally met me there and stayed at the clinic through the day to keep me informed on progress. I'm so glad I made the leap to have my hair implants done and I couldn't recommend Regency Hair Clinic more! Impeccable! Thank you guys, I shall be posting pics up a little further down the line. I First met Will back in February for a consultation regarding my hair transplant. Everything was made very clear about the Process from start to finish. Due to covid my transplant had been postponed until yesterday. However Will kept me fully updated as to where we was in regards to rebooking. On the week of my transpalnt Will called me to make sure all was okay and to reassure me with what was going to happen. On the day, Will met me at the door of the clinic and introduced me to his team who carried out the procedure. Everything went as planned, on time and Will even bought me a sandwich/drink for lunch.
