This is my regular waxing place! They are amazing! So fast and precise with a full body wax! I’ve had to take my baby with me every time and they ensured I’ve been seen quickly and completed my waxing as fast as possible! I have recently visited the salon, the staff are really kind and make us happy while I was there. Salon always kept their salon clean to maintain good hygiene . Due the Covid situation the salon has been extra clean as clean everything once each customer has used something so that they can protected everyone from Covid. The service that you provide is at high standard, the staff are well experienced in waxing, face waxing, treading, and etc. And I really enjoy getting my personal care done at this salon. And I will definitely recommend everyone to go this salon.

I receive pretty good service here, I usually walk in without an appointment. To be perfectly honest though I have only ever had my eyebrows done so I cannot comment on the other services. However they are undertaken efficiently.

Brilliant staff,amazing customer service. Fantastic beauty parlour. A must visit beauty parlour in Leicester. A very high level of cleaning is used after each customer to prevent the spread of coronavirus. On my visit I was very happy to give this review as I saw all the mandatory precautions being taken by the parlour owner and the staff were all wearing correct PPE. I will be visiting the parlour again as I have nothing to fear. Good reviews take a lot of hard work get and Roopkala owners and the staff are definitely putting in all the hard work. Came here yesterday for a body and indian head massage because of constant migraine every night. This was the first night I got some deep sleep and my head feels so light. I highly recommend this place will defo be coming again

The beauty services are good and affordable.place is neat.However last time the lady at payment desk tried to charge me more while I was paying with my creditcard.she hid the amount with her hand covered on the machine so that I could not see the amount.When questioned why she charged me extra she says when eyebrow threading is done by one particular lady they charge extra.she did not even inform me about the additional charge.Next time be careful while checking the payment of your bill.Except that the services were good.
