I have been here a few times and absolutely love this place. The appointments are punctual and the staff polite and friendly. The salon is bright, modern, very clean and in a great location. Unlike other salons, they did carry out a patch test and completed customer questionnaire forms etc without which the treatment could not have taken place. I have used Akwaa during my visits and found her to be very professional and informative and explains in detail what will happen at each stage. She has good conversational skills, (unlike other salons that once exhausted weather and holidays go silent) and always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. Always reassures and allows me to take breaks where necessary. The after service care is at the same standard, going through the written instructions and checking that everything was OK. I always leave the salon feeling like we are friends. This lady is amazing and Beauty Box are lucky to have her. The only criticism I have is that the time went by way too quickly!

I’ve been seeing Akwaa for my nails for some time now and she is absolutely meticulous and always does a fantastic job, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the girls are lovely and helpful so visiting is always a pleasant experience.

I have had my eyelashes done at beauty box a couple of times and the lashes always turn out great!!! The girl who usually did my lashes was so friendly and helpful at all times, which really put me at ease. I went back today and there was a different girl but she was also helpful and very calming. Great service and lovely staff!

I have been coming to the salon for over 6 months now and have tried almost every treatment from a massage to a lash lift. By far the nicest group of girls working here... and everyone is very good at their job which is probably why I've stopped going anywhere else for nails, lashes and facials. Particular stand outs are the manager for being so welcoming and Jodie who is probably the happiest person I have ever met. :)

I had my appointment with Leanne (I think?) and it was fabulous! She did some nail art too and it was perfect (Sweden flag!), the whole appointment couldn't have been better. I also had a nail emergency just before going on holiday and another lady fixed the issue quickly and to a great quality. I think her name was Aqua. Will be booking here again for some maintenance soon.

Having been let down by my usual nail bar I visited The Beauty Box on Saturday. What a find! I was amazed at the warm welcome, and cup of tea, I received. The shop is clean and the service is extremely professional. I only went in have my nails done and I decided to have my eyebrows waxed too. I have already booked my next appointment !

I visited this salon today to have a full set of individual lashes done by Chloe. From start to finish I can’t fault my experience there. Chloe was lovely and friendly and clearly knows her stuff. She asked me about the look I was trying to achieve and advised me about what will/won’t work etc. I was so pleased with the results and Chloe made me feel so at ease that I ended up having my brows waxed and tinted too! (something I hadn’t previously been brave enough to do!). The salon was also lovely and clean and the prices were very reasonable. I’ve booked in to go back for infills and will definitely be returning to have other treatments there too! Highly recommend!

My nail salon of choice in Leicester. Aimee does my nails perfectly every time, great acrylic overlays with OPI polish which lasts the full two weeks without a touch up. Stylish salon, professional friendly staff who are always welcoming. Very accommodating if you call to say you need to reschedule for any reason - i have double booked myself and run over at work at least half a dozen times and they have been very understanding. I look forward to my hour there every few weeks for a catch up.

Really friendly and thorough. The lady asked what I wanted from having a facial and listened and suggested what I could have. My face was so much clearer after having the facial, it really sorted out areas I'd been having trouble with for months. The place is value and the place looks great. LOVE THIS SALON! The Luxury Pedicure is AMAZING! Aimee the nail technician is lovely, she was very helpful and her foot massage was divine. Afterwards, I felt I was walking on air and also got to have my favorite shade of OPI nail lacquer to finish my pedicure. Would highly recommend this salon

The Best Place for Nails and Lashes in Leicester! I’ve been coming to Beauty Box for over a year now! Before finding beauty box I struggled to find a place in Leicester that I was happy with. Everyone is very friendly! Very Clean environment! Big Big Special Thanks to: Akwaa who always does an amazing job at my nails and literally Nails every design I ask for! Will never go to anyone else! Shannon who is literally the best at doing my classic lashes! Always a flawless job every single time! Emma who does the best pedicures ever!
