I've been looking for a decent waxing place all over Leicester and have finally found it! This place had exceeded my expectations, it had a nice ambiance and very lovely and welcoming staff! The therapist I had, who I think was named Chloe or Jessica (sorry I can't quite remember), was SO GOOD, making sure every little bit of hair was waxed or plucked! She was so friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. I have already recommended her and this place to a couple of my friends and will definitely look to making this my regular. Thank you!

Hannah looked after me and I couldn’t be happier. I was initially bought a voucher and it was the best gift. I went for an eyebrow wax & tint. After fitting me in for a patch test I was able to book an appointment really easily on their website for my brows and they look beautiful - especially after being neglected for the last 2 years. Would recommend and will return.

I received a Swedish massage and Decleor facial as a birthday present from my son and he did good! It was my first visit and it was a fabulous experience. Chloe was lovely and I truly relaxed. I slept for 10 hours and feel amazing, thank you Chloe! My next appointment is already booked.

Today I had my second appointment with lovely Jess. Eyebrows tint and shape and LVL lash lift (which was recommended to me on my first visit) and I am over the moon with the results! Jess was the most professional, followed all the health and safety guidelines and told me all the details of the treatments & aftercare. The salon is clean, feels safe and very welcoming. I would recommend Beauty Haven to everyone, there’s a wide range of treatments, the staff is very kind and helpful and they make you feel so comfortable & always will have a lovely chat while you’re having your treatments. I’m very happy with results and service provided and I am from now on a regular and a loyal customer :)

I had the skinpen procedure done, Hannah did a face consultation with me and was really friendly and genuine. The skinpen procedure itself was great, Hannah really reassured me, was so encouraging and was very patient and understanding throughout the whole procedure. She has also been very reliable with answering any instagram DMs Ive been sending her regarding my treatment. Gorgeous clinic, you can tell the owner(s) of the business (I'm assuming Hannah is the owner of the business) have really put time and effort into it, Hannah really wants her clients to be comfortable. Any other staff members in the clinic were friendly. The clinic is very covid 19 aware and very hygienic. Excited to see the results of my treatment and will be coming back for at least 2 more! HD Brow Sculp with Hannah was a very pleasant and relaxing pampering session. Hannah is an exceptionally friendly yet professional lady, who will make you feel at ease and relaxed the moment you walk through the door. This is very helpful if it is your first time at the salon or first treatment and you are feeling a little anxious. I am extremely satisfied with the results of the treatment and cannot stop looking at my new wonderfully defined brows. During the treatment, Hannah has explained step by step what she was doing, also answered all my questions (many of them) about other treatments I am interested to have in the future. The salon is very clean and modern, additionally, customers’ safety is taken very seriously through the clearly embedded COVID control measures, pre-treatment health checks and most importantly allergy patch testing. I’ve had my nails done here twice now by Emily which have been amazing both times. She takes the time to prepare your nails for long lasting gel. I've had several treatments at this salon. The salon, the ladies and treatments are of a high standard. Ive been for a dermaplane many times. During the treatment its the one and only time I can 100% relax, not have 101 things running through my mind of what I need to do. An hour of total relaxation. The girls are so lovely, talk to you throughout the treatment. After getting my hair, nails done etc a dermaplane is the only treatment my husband notices. He looks at me like he's never seen me before. Ultimate compliment for any beautician.
