R. H.Dawn is the best in the business. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I ever have a treatment at a hotel, or a spa, it is always disappointing in comparison. The treatment area is a perfect haven of calm and cosines where you can switch off & relax ( or nod off in my case!).Dawn has bags of experience and uses cruelty free products sourced in the UK. The salon is always impeccably clean and smells beautiful.
Having some ME time is so important and what better way to spend it than at RRetreat. Thank you ❤️
P. M.What can I say about Dawn...I found her through a google search when I wanted to treat myself to my first ever facial. In my initial appointment, I loved the consultation on where my skin was at, what my skincare routine was and what she felt I needed to work on to get my skin looking and feeling amazing. I saw results from day 1. I also was given tips and steps to take to build a skincare routine that worked for what my skin needed. I have never looked back. 5 plus years later, I am still going to her and have learnt sooooo much about my skin. She is amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough! If you want a facial that will give you what you skin needs, with amazing products and service, look no further. Get yourself booked in!
I have also had massages here which have been great. I have had both a more relaxing one to a more deep tissue one. Always walking away feeling relaxed and great. She also does a great job with my brows. I love my pedicures as well when I have had them.
You can see I love the place...just book your facial/massage/nails appointment! Thank me later!

g.Relocating to Leicester, I struggled to find a beauticians where I felt both relaxed and looked after, as well as feeling like I was receiving great value treatments. The Retreat is divine! I come away rejuvanated and glowing from my facials and they have really helped me tackle my problem areas. The additional massages and shot of the juice of the day at the end just finishes it off perfectly. Very professional and highly luxurious - would defiitely recommend a visit!
