I've been visiting Hannah for a few months now and I actually enjoy going to my appointments. The salon environment is super clean, bright and modern. Hannah is very professional, it's clear that Hannah is very passionate about providing clients with good treatments and results. I've had excellent results with electrolysis after having disappointing laser treatments elsewhere previously. I also have waxing and I am never left with any sticky residue like I have been when having had it done at other salons. I have absolutely no hesitation with recommending Hannah and I wouldn't use anybody else now.

Hannah’s room is very calming and makes you feel relaxed, she spoke about everything she was going to do to make me feel at ease. Currently my moles are healing and are no longer existant! July 2020 Had a fantastic treatment yesterday with Hannah in her new studio. The studio is bright, extremely clean and Hannah has made sure she is sticking the government COVID-19 guidance - in fact she has done more than is required. But then her hygiene practices have always been spot on!! Now having your leg hair pulled out is never fun(!) but Hannah is gentle, she takes her time and makes sure you get the best service. I have never had a wax that gives you such good results are lasts as long as Hannah’s waxing. My toe nails looks fab as always. I would recommend Hannah to everyone (male and female) she is kind, none judgemental and easy to chat too. 110% recommended- I wouldn’t go any where else. From 4 months ago Hannah is incredibly professional and extremely good at what she does. She’s able to put you at ease very quickly, she’s very friendly and chatty. I’ve had waxing done at other places but Hannah is 100% better than other places I’ve been. The studio is very clean, tidy and Hannah’s levels of hygiene are spot on. And even though she’s pulling your hair out (!) she’s very gentle - I have a nerve issue with one of my legs and it’s heightens my pain sensation but Hannah takes her time and allows me to have a break if I need it - I have never felt rushed. Also I’m not the slimmest person in the world and Hannah has never made me feel bad that I’m not a size 8 or have that I don’t have a thigh gap!!! She doesn’t judge at all - she’s a very genuine and kind person. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my waxing now and would recommend her 110% to both men and women.

Really hard to find a Waxer this good. I’ve been to many places as I’m not from liecester and moved around a bit so I’ve been to about 20 different people.
