Went there for the first time today and my nails look great. Ann really took her time doing it and made sure they were perfect. I had a manicure and pedicure ( not gel) and the pedicure was spectacular, my feet feel so smooth and the massage chair was the perfect addition for complete comfort.

I just love them!!! Everybody in there do an excellent job every time I go to get my nails done! I get exactly what I want they definitely understand the assignment!!!!

One of the better places in town. I like to bring photos in of nail art and they're really good at doing it for little extra cost. They aren't talkative, but they're kind and quick. I can get the gel to last up to four weeks sometimes, even working in a café.

Visited today for shellac . Staff was very polite and kind . Paid 25£ , was told that 5£ was for putting on powder which I didn’t understand .The only thing that came to my mind was that it was the powder which was used on one of my nails as it was broken. That was a bit overpriced . Overall good service .

The nail bar is lovely inside and was very busy. I had three different people that did my nails and two of them their English was not so good they tried to ask me something about the nails I was having done but they got a bit cross as their English was terrible and I did not understand them. They kept swapping the people that was doing my nails it was not a relaxing experience. When my nails where completed I went to pay the lady at the till she was very miserable. I said to the lady i am pleased with my colour i have chosen and i was happy with it she did not say anything she gave me a awful look as if to say you have had your nails none now get out. Not a nice welcome as i had expected it to be. Will for sure not be going there again nails where good but people not so friendly.

I went there the other day. My nails are okay. I have had my nails done better there. The only thing I was really not impressed with is how unprofessional the staff were. All talking to each other and standing in 3s or 4s around a phone laughing. They hardly talk to the customers. The lady did my nails did not speak to me and I find it awkard and the sevice boring. My sister was also having her nails done and she was told by the lady that was doing her nails that she could not have the shape she wanted. The lady next to her then took over and did what my sister wanted. They never did a full service switching and changing customers. Will not be going back there for how unprofessional it is there.

Went in to fix a broken nail. The lady in the shop was incredibly polite and professional. The shops is very clean and tidy. I will definitely be returning.

It depends who you get here. I had my nails done and after 3 days one broken off completely which was replaced but after 7 days 2 more broke so they all came off. Not sure it will be my choice of nail salons anymore.
