I go to have my nails done on a regular basis. The team are welcoming and really friendly. The manger always acknowledges me and engages in a conversation with me, which definitely shows she is grateful for my business. Lee who does my nails is amazing, she is very caring and attentive. Lee will check at each stage you are happy with what she is doing and is happy to rectify/ change if needs be. The team will always ask if you are happy with your treatment before taking payment which I think is a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting it.

I booked in for a cut and colour with Karen today and I had the best blow dry EVER! My colour was perfectly blended and I wasn't left with any brassiness at all. I am very paranoid when it comes to my hair because it's taken me so long to grow it to a length that I like. You know how some hairdressers will say they'll just do a trim and end up cutting off inches, this is not that place! When I told the hairdresser that my length is important to me, she dry cut my hair so that I could see exactly what was coming off. I felt comfortable and she was so gentle with a brush too, not yanking at me at any point. The head massage was AMAZING!!!! I would've have happily paid an extra £10 for it to last half an hour! The hairdresser is clearly so talented and what is so lovely, is that she is humble with it too. No request was too big and I know that I can be fussy when it comes to my hair! A 5 star experience and I will definitely be booking with Karen again. Thank you!

I had some filler into my nose to help with symmetry as I have a cleft lip. I was previously turned away from another practitioner, elsewhere because my nose is cleft. However, this lovely lady took the time to see what she COULD DO instead of what she could not, with a more complex client. She knew her stuff!! And she made me feel comfortable. Also, I really appreciate people that don’t shy away and tiptoe around peoples imperfections. She was honest and genuine with what she could do. I was SO pleased!!! I came away happy and returned for a little more 2 weeks later. Small differences matter! I’ll definitely be back for future top-ups. Thank you, lovely!!!

I had jaw fillers done and I am obsessed she did such a fantastic job also was very detailed with what she was doing. She made me feel relaxed and chilled.I deffo will be going back. My face looks so good it’s unreal. The salon is nicely presented staff are all welcoming also I did not know this area existed such a cute area.

Amazing location great customer service. The owner showed me around the salon cant wait to book in for a massage with sauna experience! Love that they give out loyalty card too :D I had shellac nails and I am so pleased I highly recommend.

I went for my first brazillian wax ever and was kinda nervous. The customer service was lacking as the woman was not really friendly or talked at all…but I guess for someone like me it was fine. She missed a couple of hairs so I wasn’t completely smooth which bothered me im not sure if that’s normal. Then she told me I had too much hair even though it was trimmed - I guess they’re just not trained here to expect people of colour with coarse (or wide spread) pubic hair so she just blamed me for the mediocre job lol.

I have been to the salon numerous of times… i have had my hair coloured highlighted… i have had my nails done every three weeks from gel shellac and acrylics and have always been happy with the service. My hair i absolutely loved and i will not go to no other place anymore… it is nice to have a hair and beauty salon in Hamilton… i had a facial today and Holly was so good, I actually fell asleep cause it was so relaxing… the salon is clean professional and the staff make you feel so welcomed… I would recommend to all my family and friends!! Me and mum love havin a paper session with you all x Raj x

Booked in for a massage fairly last minute as I didn’t realise they did massages as my mum brought there price list home after having her nails done there. The massage itself was very nice and very relaxing, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

I’ve been here twice in the last week. Staff are so polite and considerate- I’ve had to take my 6 month old with me both time just to get some pampering for myself before I return back to work. I got my acrylic nails done with beautiful marble design of four colours and I really loved the way my nails are done it look so beautiful I just keep looking at it all the time. Thanks a lot Ruby it was a difficult one and I know it took a long time but girl you did a wonderful job and I got my best birthday nails I'm so so so happy 😊

Great friendly service, location and a wide variety of treatments- a go to place for everything ! They all make you feel welcome. It’s amazing that you can walk into Xilah and have a full Pamper day if you wanted to. Customer service is amazing, the owner is lovely and friendly. I am always offered a drink whenever I go. Covid friendly! Everyone is always wearing a mask which makes you feel at ease! I had my hair done recently and I’d never go anywhere else again! I always get my nails done here! Amazing job as always! So close to home and just so convenient! It’s the go to place definitely for me!! Thankyou so much xilah team!

Azi is absolutely amazing at what she does. I went to do my hair the first time and I am.never getting it done anywhere else ever. She is professional and takes her time to create a masterpiece with your hair. She is ever so sweet and friendly. I have been twice now and for highlights and she has transformed my hair. Amazing!

Got shellac on hands and a pedicure, the lady who did this was lovely. I was so indecisive over the colour to go for, listened to the colour the owner recommended for me and I loved it! All staff here were so friendly and looking forward to trying more treatments

Great to finally have somewhere local for hair and beauty. Had hair cut today. Very happy with the cut and I shall be visiting again! Friendly staff and wheelchair access and the manager informed me that there is also an accessible toilet. Offered a drink, which was appreciated . Would be great if you could also do gents' hair.

I was very impressed with the service, prices and hair cut I had here. As a new place i was nervous but the owner and stylists are so friendly and welcoming. I got the haircut I wanted and couldn't be happier with everything. Would definitely recommend!

It's a nice and clean salon however I went with my daughter and we were told by who seemed to be the manager/owner that we need to wear face masks which we then did and it's fine, but she herself wasn't wearing a face mask and none of the other customers. The only two people that were wearing face masks was the lady who did my daughter's brows and just one of the hairdressers. My daughter wanted to get her eyebrows waxed instead of threading and the lady who was doing it told us that she can use wax first but will need to do some threading too to shape them which we agreed to. I asked her what the cost would be and she told me it would be £4 and I would also receive a 20% discount for visiting first time. As I went to pay again the owner/manager charged me £4 even after I told her about the 20% discount. I didn't bother asking her further about it as it was just a matter of a pound or so and it's not about the £4 anyway it's about the customer service. The lady who did my daughter's brows was nice and friendly but I think the owner should try to improve on her customer service. We would visit again and I usually don't leave comments like that but since it's a new place I thought some feedback like this could help in improving their service.
