I can’t rate Liza highly enough. When I first started coming to Liza for massage my shoulders were constantly knotted and uncomfortable. Liza’s in depth knowledge and thorough therapy has relieved these tensions more than I would have ever believed possible. I felt a little nervous about trying the dry needle technique but with Liza’s knowledge, encouragement and expertise I have it at each appointment now. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Liza and she really does make sure you come away feeling thoroughly revitalised and refreshed. I don’t know what I do without her!

Staff are lovely and very professional, I always feel relaxed when I visit. Their deep tissue massage is one of the best highly recommended if you have shoulder or back pain.
