Really lovely experience in fresh, clean, modern and beautiful surroundings. The spa facilities are all outside which can be bitter sweet. It was a scorching day when we went and although there were places to get some shade it meant that the sauna and steam room were totally inpractical and unappealing. It would have been nice to have a pool to cool off as the hot tubs were also a bit much in the heat outside. It would also have been nice to have access to some indoor spa facilities for days when it's just too hot outside. Other than this, my sister and I had a really nice day with some wonderful treatments.

Me and my partner tried out the last of the summer spa package and upgraded to the 55 minute treatment for the Swedish massage. It was brilliant both of the ladies doing the massages were so amazing and really explained everything and made sure we was comfortable. The afternoon tea was fabulous and we were taken very well care of by the lady who met us and showed us around. We both had a superb time and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again soon! Brilliant staff and great value for your money, can’t wait to try some other treatments! 😊💗

Lovely and relaxing spa experience spent with friends. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. My only negative comments were that the large hot tub was not very easy to access and could have done with an extra handrail or steps to safely get in and out. Also as it was a very hot day a few parasols in the garden and seating area would have been a nice addition. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Had my eyebrows done today with Charlotte,she gave my some great tips today regarding my eyebrows,which I will definitely try..she made sure I was comfortable & relaxed before starting my treatment.. From the moment we got there to the moment we left everything was perfect. The effort everyone went to to ensure they our party was comfortable, relaxed and had everything we needed was exceptional. The little details in allowing us to decorate the snug and giving us our own changing room meaning we were all together we’re not un noticed. Another fabulous post Christmas treat for my amazing sister who makes Christmas happen in my kitchen! Joined by my daughter, we had a wonderful time, relaxing in the hot tubs, then we had an 85 min hot stones/lava shell, 55 min facial and after our lovely afternoon tea hamper enjoyed the social pedicure with our lovely therapists. Charlotte and Olivia were both in tune with my needs and I felt totally relaxed under their professional touch. We brought hamper goodies home, as there was just too much to eat in one sitting! My favourite place to be, I have already got vouchers to secure some 'me time' in 2022. Many thanks to all who make Simpsons such a wonderful place Lindsay

What a lovely boutique spa Simpsons is. We have just had a wonderful afternoon there on a half day spa experience and can highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, the surroundings are beautiful (especially with the addition of the new garden and pods) and the treatments are relaxing There is a really good choice of areas to relax in, including two different sized hot tubs, and even in poor weather you will feel comfortable as you lie back and chill. The afternoon tea is a delight too. It comes in a box (so COVID friendly) which at first you may think sounds a little low-rent, but trust me when I tell you that it is almost as good as having it on vintage crockery. The sandwiches are fresh and soft, the cakes are plentiful and moist and the scone is tasty and your to decide if you have jam on cream or cream on jam ... and that's if you can manage the scone after all the rest! Finally a word on the treatments ... the staff are friendly, professional and deliver treatments of the highest standard. I would highly recommend Simpsons and we will definitely be going back soon!

The deep tissue massage was amazing. First time I've had one and my back feels so much better for it and was so relaxing. Definitely rebooking again as know my back needs it, especially the shoulders. Such a calming experience, even with it being a deep tissue massage.

I have been going to the Branston Spa for many years and I have got to say that the facial I had today was the best facial I have ever had I felt that Marta really understood my facial needs and did an excellent job!! I would highly recommend her!!

Attended as part of my future daughter in law's hen do. We all had 3 treatments scheduled by them with a personalised itinerary but I had to leave the Rasul mud temple before the end to enable me to get to my feet file and polish in time. The assistant didn't seem bothered and didn't come back to tell me anything. She seemed disinterested and told me that there may not be time for my 3rd treatment. The hottub etc closed before the end of our afternoon with some of us having nothing to do for more than an hour and others having to rush. We also had to remind the staff to bring our drinks with the afternoon tea, which was very dessert and cake heavy and needed more sandwiches, on which we weren't offered a choice of what we wanted. Afternoon tea was also served at 6pm, which I call evening. Other than that, the staff were polite with one exception and treatments good except my massage was late starting so I only had 20 minutes.

Fabulous afternoon from start to finish. The whole experience was so relaxing. The staff the friendliest and most attentive I have experienced anywhere. Emily was very professional at all times. I had Swedish back massage, not tried this before, I did sort of enjoy it but it’s not something I would book again. I prefer a more gentle massage, but if you don’t try new things you don’t know if you like it. I also enjoyed a facial, express maintenance by Elemis. Thoroughly enjoyed this. The only downside was it wasn’t long enough.

January 7th 2022. Gel polish, shape & cuticles. The staff member's nails were very chipped & worn, not a good presentation for someone doing your nails. It was a bitter cold day & the room was just about warm. Every time I mention this the staff don't know how to operate the air con/heater. Other than that the receptionist was very knowledgeable & helpful during setting up my next appointment for a spa day. I would recommend this beauty building. The staff wear uniforms which are smart, their hair is tidy & make up minimal. The building is very clean, toilets immaculate. Parking is easy though we do have to trudge over stones/pebbles, not sure why it isn't paved. There are products to buy but they are full price & can be sourced cheaper online. Refreshments are available & added to the bill. Conservatory is relaxing with soft music playing. I took advantage of fluffy blanket for my legs although it felt warm but people coming in from outside left a draught. Overall I would recommend, just a few niggles. .

I visited in June with my Husband and my Mother. The 3 of us booked a "Half day spa experience". It was magical! From arrival to departure, we felt truly treated. They handle the social distancing extremely well for a smaller sized spa; the entry times and numbers must surely be planned perfectly, so that you don't get "clashes" with other visitors. At times, it felt like we had the place completely to ourselves, as the layout creates a feeling of seclusion and space, despite there being quite a few people there. The treatments that we had were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed a hot stone massage, my Husband and my Mum both had deep tissue massages that were tuned to their preference; Steve had deep pressure and Mum had light pressure, and both enjoyed very much indeed. Our massages were then followed up with Elemis Superfood facials - the whole experience was so relaxing! Our day was finished perfectly with afternoon tea in one of the garden pods. The selection, quality and quantity of items in the afternoon tea lunch pack was outstanding and we brought the leftovers home with us - much too good to waste! I think that our spa experience was excellent value for money and would like to say a big thank you to all the spa staff for making our day so very special.

Myself and my friends went for the simplicity spa experience. From start to finish we were looked after. The facilities were excellent, the covid measures put in place were very safe and helpful and the quality of treatment and attention to detail was brilliant, all set in beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend going there. We also ordered afternoon tea which was presented beautifully. There was a little mix up with my dietary requirements, but they were so apologetic, reimbursed me, allowed me to take the afternoon tea home for my hubby, gave us free cocktails and cancelled our snack and drinks bill - which included a bottle of Prosecco. Now that’s what I call a 5 star ⭐️ service . Thanks once again for making our day so special.

By far my favourite spa! I came with my sister today and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. All staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. We were able to totally relax and unwind and given an itinerary of our day from the start. We made use of the hydro pool, hot tub, sauna, and summerhouse which was lovely. Everywhere was clean, well-maintained and tidy and always a member of staff on hand to assist. Our massage and facial treatments were superb, definitely my all time best experience. Laura was excellent, I was amazed that she remembered me from earlier visits in the year. Her massage was just the right pressure and paid particular attention to highlighted areas from consultation - i cannot praise her enough. I completely relaxed and drifted to sleep. My facial was brilliant my skin is much brighter and even toned. Thank you - I will definitely be back on a more regular basis! 😍🙌🌟

It was the first time I've visited Branston Simpsons Spa and I highly recommend everyone to give it ago at least once. From the moment we entered the building we felt at ease and ready to be pampered. The full body massage was amazing and so relaxing and the head massage was incredible. The place itself is a bit of a rabbit warren, narrow corridors pokey rooms like they're short if space. had that kind of NHS clinic atmosphere; Receptionist on phone all the time and didn't acknowledge our presense; relax facilities seem cramped and to have been added as afterthought, more like dentists waiting rooms! All about the money? and very expensive. Wasn't even offerred a coffee! Have been to some wonderful spas, where it's a delight to relax in mock Roman baths or pseudo Greek temples but this isnt one of them.

I really prefer Ventsi for my appointments. She is very professional and does a thorough excellent job all the time being friendly and relaxed. The only downside is having to hang on to the foot rests at the edge as they are not secure and my feet keep slipping so I can't thoroughly relax. Cleanliness in the conservatory is poor. Also they didn't have everything they needed in the nail salon. Ie one bin between 2 of them. The plug in the next foot sink had no chain so the poor girl had to struggle to get it out. Just little niggles sorry. I will continue coming while Ventsi is with you.

Me and my partner were visiting Branston hall hotel, we were later introduced to Simpson’s spa. The hospitality and service provided by the ladies who work there, was more than can be expected. Me and my partner both received treatments; two very different treatments. We were offered to have our treatments undergone in the same room, to maximise comfortability. Our treatments were both fabulously relaxing. In addition to the great service of both hospitality and treatments, the ladies had written a guide of all the product used, for purchasing on later date. The only negative thing I can say, is that the prices were expensive in comparison to an average beauty and spa place.

I visited the spa on Sunday 3rd Nov with a group (6 of us - 40th b'day/baby shower). I very much enjoyed the spa facilities - they were bright, clean and modern. The outdoor space was lovely and really added to the whole well-being experience. My facialist (Zoe) was welcoming and explained the treatment to me - the treatment (superfood facial) was very relaxing, calming and my skin looked nice and plump! Personally I would have preferred to have had the Rasul mud treatment first and then the facial but I appreciate this is not always possible when there is a group. The fact that Elemis products are available to try out/test is a definite bonus. The only slight niggle is that I would prefer it if the herbal teas came in a mug or a teapot instead of a small cup. Having said that, my sister and I are already planning another visit!

My daughter and I always love a visit to Simpson Spa , Branston. Over the years we’ve built a rapport with our favourites and go almost as much for the level of engagement as the services. The atmosphere and building are lovely, the welcome lovely. We particularly love the treatments but also enjoy popping along for brows and nails. Can always pop to Branston Hall afterward for a cuppa!

Could just do with a handrail to get into the large pool as bit deep to get into, espescially if you have problems with your knees. Topped off with afternoon tea at Branston Hall.
