N. C.Booked for my first eyelash extension through Groupon, got sent a notification through text from staff for me to confirm time, precautions etc which I thought was professional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by welcoming , polite and professional staff. Seen to me straight away, entered a nicely decorated room and member of staff talked me through every process & took her time. I was happy with my eyelash extension and wax. They lasted over 2 weeks 👍🏾 came back again for another eyelash extension with wax and tint. Communication was brilliant as I couldn't make appointment rescheduled same day with no issues. Customer service is brilliant. Definitely recommend. Lovely atmosphere too.
S. R.I came in for a groupon, arrived on time rather than 15 minutes early due to finding parking. I was made to feel unwelcome and was “told off” twice about being late.
They then purposefully left me longer when waiting for me to get on the treatment bed and at the end, thus reducing my treatment time.
I just felt completely unwelcome throughout. I go for massages to relax but I left feeling anything but.

She was gentle, informative throughout the whole process, friendly, and she even turned the light off for me so I could nap whilst we waited for the solution haha!
The salon was clean, modern, kept warm (it''s absolutely freezing outside). The girls were caring and chatty. I had a great experience and it was a ridiculously good price when I used a Groupon code.

S. W.Been visiting Bee Beautiful for a few years and always extremely happy with their service. Highly recommend 'Demi' for anyone wanting their eyelashes done, she is definitely the eyelash queen. Excellent value for money and Demi is extremely professional. Would strongly advise to pre book in advance, for any treatment, as this is one busy salon.
