I *love* this salon! I have been visiting the Liverpool Lilly Nail and Beauty Salon for at least a year and always get my Dipping Gel Nail Extensions done here, and have recently started getting Brow Lamination and LVL Lashes also. Hallie is brilliant, caring & very talented, she always makes my brows and lashes look amazing! Today I had Stacy do my nails and I love them, they’re perfect. She really listened to what I wanted and checked everything with me, and was so lovely to talk to. They make every appointment enjoyable and easy and I’m always so happy with the results! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now :)

I went in with some not so great looking gel extensions (from another place) and came out with these beautiful, rock solid nails! The salon is a very clean, tidy and relaxing environment, I felt safe and qell looked after. Staff are very friendly and helpful when it came to picking colours (which I'm rubbish at) Overall a really lovely experience, I'll definitely be back again!

Halie was incredible, not only did she give me the most beautiful russian eyelash extensions but she listened to me when I told her things about my life and gave me advice. I can't remember the name of the girl who did my invoice sorry but she was just as amazing. Basically a beautifully decorated salon, and incredible beautiful professional and caring staff. I'd never thought I would say having bikini wax was a great experience but after my treatment with Jen I have to change my mind! She was quick, professional, very attentive and kept me distracted by lovely conversation. Waxing itself was as painless as it could get (having been to several salons before) and left my very sensitive skin unirritated. Also very cheap given the quality of service. I will definitely keep coming back to Jen and highly recommend everyone who is looking for painless smooth waxing to do the same!

I visited the salon last Saturday to have my eyelashes done for my cousin's hen do . Id never really been happy with how previous salons had done my eyelashes but they were all lovely at Lilly's. I was a bit nervous and shy when I first went in but Danielle put me at ease straight away and had the best appointment ever! She was so lovely and easy to talk to. It was like id always known her. She was really knowledgeable about the treatments and helped me get the best results by discussing the options of different lengths and thicknesses of lashes so that they looked long and thick but natural too.I came out of the appointment feeling so good and I will definitely come back to Danielle for my infills - she's fab and my eyelashes look amazing - thank you so much!

The whole team I met today was absolutely lovely but the best of all was Emma who was such a lovely person and was so dedicated to making my experience a good one. I was welcomed with a smile and she was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. She offered me hot drinks and did an amazing job of my powder dipped nails. Absolutely amazing! Had a full Hollywood wax done with Jen and I gotta admit, I'm terrible with waxing. It hurts like hell every single time, so I was dreading it a bit but what a nice surprise this was! Jen is super friendly and supportive, makes the whole experience so much nicer by talking you through it all and the peel wax is so much better than the traditional strip one. Leaves you so so smooth and not irritated at all! Honestly, can't praise it enough!

Had semi permanent lashes done here after another salon did an awful job - the girls at Lilly's had a task on their hands but managed to give me beautiful, long and natural looking lashes! The salon looks after me so well every time i come in. I had celebrity brows, dipping gel manicure and a Hollywood wax booked in. The girls (Emma, Gaby and Jo) were amazing, they all managed to shift things around so that I could also squeeze in LVL lashes (which I had booked for the night before with a different beautician, who had pencilled me in for the wrong date and so I couldn’t get them done). Each treatment was done very professionally and they were all really aware that I had a limited amount of time in the salon, they literally bent over backwards for me so I could be all pampered for my trip. Can’t thank you girls enough, your all stars ⭐️ ❤️

The boss has good communication and gets back to you. Download the app, it’s very handy, has all the offers and you can collect loyalty points on there. Easy to find as five min walk from lime st train station. Only accepts cash, PayPal or bank transfer so be aware.

First time going there for a bikini wax. I've been having my bikini line waxed for years so know what to expect. The wax she used was very hot, she did try to cool it down but the area was extremely sensitive after application and not from the waxing itself but the heat of the wax, almost felt burnt. I had to come home and apply my own aloe vera gel for relief as they only had some oil spray which made no difference. She also reused the same wooden stick to apply the wax the whole time double dipping it into the tub of hot wax instead of a fresh one each time, which isnt hygienic. The hair was all removed as requested but I probably wouldnt go back and if it was my first ever bikini wax it would have probably put me off ever getting it again do to the discomfort which followed. The therapist herself was nice and friendly
