Really lovely relaxing massage and kind, accommodating and helpful staff. I was a little bit disappointed by the length of treatment as online it said this massage was around 45 minutes long and my massage was done after 20/25 minutes. But when I asked, the staff explained to me that the time on the website includes consultation forms, getting undressed/redressed, etc. The staff were really lovely and I can’t fault the service, they even gave us a glass of Prosecco to apologise. I just think it would just be helpful for the website to say the total massage time and the total time it takes from entering the venue to leaving. Otherwise would definitely recommend my treatment and Urban Calm to friends and family.

Just had a full Medi Pedi + Callus peel here with Sasha and it was amazing. My pedicure itself looks actually flawless and my feet are baby smooth 😍 but I also had a really relaxed time and she was so lovely to talk to! I visited Urban Calm in Liverpool City Centre on Tuesday 15th December for a Pristine Pedicure. I am 24 weeks pregnant and it was absolute heaven. The staff were and always are very friendly and helpful and Gabriella was amazing doing my treatment. The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing and I am never disappointed when I visit. I have been coming to Urban Calm in the Metquarter for nearing ten years now. It is by far the best beauty salon I have been to. It is such a professional salon whilst always remaining friendly and welcoming. The quality of everything they do is always outstanding. All of the women who work there are truly fabulous! I get a spray tan weekly usually - Daniella and Jess are the best in the business for this - what’s the saying... if you can’t tone it, tan it! They never fail to make me feel better. Booked in today for Half arm wax, Dermalogica ProSkin 60 and Hot stone back neck and shoulder. All completed by Jess. Jess focused on a back issue I currently have and it already feels so much better and shoulders so much more relaxed. The dermalogica treatment was also wonderful and Jess was more than happy to answer all of my(many) questions. By the end of my treatments Jess recommended appropriate eve taylor products to match my skin needs and started off by buying two of those. I'm overall satisfied. The staff is friendly and kind. However i would give an advice: treating people like me, of abundant physique, the therapists should be more careful during the waxing. It caused me the breaking of capillaries in few spots that have left some bruises.

On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and was quickly attended to by Lauren who was incredibly chatty and made the waxing experience comfortable. For all three waxes the price came to £43 which is a reasonable price especially considering the quality of the wax and the location of city centre.

Highly recommend this salon for pregnant ladies! I have suffered with back ache and tension pains in my legs and feet. I expected a standard massage to relieve this. But it was just something else, I wasn't aware that the products they used also included rewarding results, they have a range that help reduce stretch marks, cellulite and all baby momma related problems! I felt totally relaxed and they talked through each stage and what benefits I would be feeling!
