I have been a repeat client of Dr Yannis and his team at 111 over the last year. I'm a 27 y.o. male and have had 4 procedures in total (Septo-rhinoplasty, Submental (chin) liposuction, Chin augmentation (implant) and a buccal fat removal. I'm more than happy with all of my procedures, especially the chin implant, chin lipo and buccal lipectomy. My rhinoplasty was done very well, however I had perhaps imagined something 10-20% more assertive and dramatic. That said, I have a deep respect for the fact that Dr Yannis takes a conservative and natural approach to aesthetics, which makes sense given that rhinoplasty as a procedure in general can have slightly higher rates of dissatisfaction compared to other surgeries, and the result he delivered is exceptionally natural looking and definitely still a large improvement on where I was before. The chin implant is outstanding, perfectly placed, and Dr Yannis was fundamental in helping me choose the right implant. And I respect him for steering me away from shapes/sizes that would give an un-natural look. Its a subtle change but adds such great dimension and balance to the face. I didn't have a 'weak' or recessed chin before, but the implant gave me much more projection and a natural strength to my lower third The sub-mental liposuction has made a dramatic improvement to my facial contours and aesthetics and has brought out my natural bone structure which I love. I would say the same of the buccal lipectomy, although the results of this are slightly more subtle (which I view as a positive) Dr Yannis has an excellent, warm, polite and friendly manner, and you can tell that despite being a very reputable and successful surgeon he still has a deep passion for his work and cares about his results like any perfectionist. I'm very grateful that I found Dr Yannis and have developed a relationship of trust with him and his work, if I do elect for any further procedures in future I would look no further. My advice to anyone is to find a surgeon who you have a good connection with. And when it comes to your body, I think it's important to go with the best even if there is a price premium involved in doing so. As I always say, your aim is always to have each procedure only once, and Dr Yannis is the kind of doctor who gets things right first time thanks to his skill, experience and ethical way of conducting his practice! I'd also like to thank the warm, friendly, patient and helpful staff at 111 (Abi, Chloe and Zuzana in particular) who are excellent and equally passionate about what they do

I had a chin implant and buccal fat removal with Dr. Yannis, very happy with the results. It looks very natural, I feel much more confident than before. I was expecting the chin to be a little more square shaped than what it is now (3 months post op) but it's still a great improvement from before, definitely worth it. I recently had a breast augmentation and I did a lot of research into which clinic and surgeon to proceed with and after reading all the amazing reviews of 111 I decided to go ahead with them and my amazing surgeon Dr Georgios Orfaniotis. I’m so happy I did as I really can’t fault them at all and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I had a slight complication post surgery and the clinic and Dr. Georgios were so quick and professional at rectifying the issue all while making me feel at ease and comfortable. Had high expectations about my appointment after reading reviews on Realself and having tried 111skin which I liked a lot. Wanted to discuss a surgical revision for my scar. But the consultation itself was short. Dr said it’s too early to do anything which makes sense. However I would’ve liked more details about how the surgery can be carried out when time comes i.e technique, how further scarring can be prevented. I didn’t learn nothing new Then I was sent to receptionist who is also a beautician and she tried to consult me on my scar which I didn’t ask for. In fact I don’t feel comfortable showing it around. I either cover it with make up or wear a face mask, she told me twice to take my mask off so she can have a look at my scar, second time I refused. She also said I could just take my mask off completely which seems wrong. It’s ok they don’t enforce mask wearing but why ask people to take the mask off?..

The place is nice and staff is professional, I just did not experience results that should last 3 months at least for the treatment I received. My forehead movement returned very shortly after and not all other areas have the same. I was treated mid november. I did try to write but haven't heard back. I had hoped I would be able to come here for other treatments as I live nearby.. I just feel like if the basics are off, advanced lasers etc would be difficult for me to trust now.

I just had my first Clear and Brilliant treatment with Melissa. Melissa is very professional & patient. She made sure I was feeling okay throughout the treatment. She treated my skin gently knowing that I have sensitive skin. At the end of the session, I applied the bio cellulose face mask and it soothes my skin and is really hydrating. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to seeing my skin getting better! :)

I was very impressed by the staff who welcomed me and prepared me for seeing the doctor. They were very polite and helpful. I was quite nervous about my treatment as it was something on my face. I was prepared for it to be painful however Dr. Alexandrides was very gentle I almost didn't feel anything. He took his time to perform the treatment and it seemed like he was striving for perfection. I could tell straight away that he had an eye for the details. I’ve been a regular visitor at 111Harley St. for the past two years now. I’ve experienced a number of luxurious and results-driven facials such as the Black Diamond Facial and the Y Lift Facial. I was particularly impressed with the results I’ve achieved with the Celestial Black Diamond Facial which I tried out after hearing that Margot Robbie tried this facial and loved it. It uses their amazing skincare line 111SKIN to create a dewy, toned complexion, along with visibly reduced wrinkles – perfect before an event or night out – take a look at my amazing results! Another treatment I love to have is the Dermapen Facial. Whilst dermarolling is all the hype right now, the aesthetic nurse affirmed that it’s really important to have this treatment done in a professional setting. If not done by a professional, you could cause permanent damage to your skin. The Dermarolling devices which are now widely available use needles which drag across the skin and can cause tiny micro tears on the skin, which if done often enough can cause permanent damage. It also leaves the skin vulnerable to infection through poor hygiene. At 111Harley St., they use a Micropen which stamps across the skin at high speed rather than dragging across it. Since coming to 111Harley St. to look after my skin, I’ve really learned the value and importance of leaving it to the professionals who have exceptional knowledge of the skin and how different ingredients and techniques work to treat different problems. I love the holistic approach to treatment there, and the skills and knowledge of the aesthetic nurses is apparent due to their incredible ability to identify causes of particular concerns and recommending an appropriate treatment for them. The results speak for themselves. For example, after having a bad bout of chin acne, I was recommended a series of skin peels, and the breakout was attributed to hormone fluctuations, and touching my skin often. I was always aware that I broke out in this area frequently, but could never get to the bottom of why this was. I also wasn’t aware of the best way to treat this. You can see the results after just one treatment in the photo I attached. I was worried that I might find a plastic surgery clinic intimidating, or worried that I might be pushed into something I wasn’t prepared for, but the aesthetic nurses are incredibly professional, and the establishment has a really high-end feel to it. The rooms are all very clean and sterile, and the staff are very friendly, supportive and welcoming.
