Ahead of my holiday I went to Apple and Eve to do waxing. I picked a bunch of areas online and it was so easy to get an estimation of time and money for everything I wanted to get done beforehand. My esthetician was Jacquie, she was amazing. I had bikini, armpits, nose, lips and eyebrows waxing. The whole experience was painless (thanks to their Lycon wax) and Jacquie did everything in 35 minutes! Just fantastic! I’m very happy and will be coming back.

Jacquie is amazing! I get electrolysis for my eyebrows, and she does an amazing job. It’s tough to find somewhere and someone to make you feel comfortable getting constant needles in the face!! The salon is clean and lovely. I highly recommend it.

The ambience of this place is certainly lovely as it creates a relaxing mood before the service began. The therapists were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more enjoyable. I had a 60 minutes aromatherapy massage and facial. The towels were warm which makes you not want to leave. The massage table was more comfortable compared to others places. The service itself is great for stress-relief which was my intention for the visit. The products they used for my facial are very good. My skin is still feeling fresh and soft 24 hours later. I think overall, it is a quality experience. The salon is located on a quiet street which is an important aspect.

Not only the location is cute and cozy, but the center itself is beautifully decorated and looked after, very easy to feel comfy with. My treatment has been served by the lovely Suzie, a fellow Italian girl who's been professional, smart and a real fun from a to z. At first glance, she's been able not only to understand what my skin problem was, but she's also been great at suggesting a cure and a dermatologist visit at the same time. That for me was amazing to hear! I think the best feedback I could give is that I've just booked my second session in. Great job, folks!

It was my first time here today. She kept to time, was friendly and warm but not fake. So very rare in the beauty industry... I have tried many places for having my face waxed and eyebrows styled. I have sensitive skin and this is the first time I have walked out without a red face, spots forming, burnt face or ripped skin. I have at times decided against doing anything to my face for months because being a little hairy is better than walking around with burn marks and lots of spots for days. This is what I did before arriving at the salon: Washed my face with warm water and the slightest hint of soap (just the smallest amount in my palm, spread to my entire face) and then wet a soft-ish towel with hot water and wiped/massaged my face. The beautician also cleansed with something that smelled amazing once I arrived. My skin is oily enough and London dirty enough for the second cleans not to have been wasted. Didn't have any make up on or face cream. I left feeling really well looked after. I am glad I found this place.

This is a lovely salon, very relaxing and everything looks clean and new. I had a Wowcher deal for a massage, facial and manicure which was excellent value. The therapist, Susie, was fantastic - very friendly and professional and all the treatments were great. I will definitely return now that I've found this great salon.

Honestly I have never had such an amazing experience at a salon. I was a bit nervous as I haven't had a massage before but my boyfriend bought it for me as a present I had nails massage facial prosecco and head massage! She went over and above (I never got her name sorry!) They were so lovely and warm I completely relaxed. The massage was insane and my facial was an analysation of my skin which helped me understand what i needed to do. very professional and for the first time ever i left with no maeup on my skin was so clear !! ( i suffer with acne) There was no sales pitch or pushing products on me whatsoever and I got on with the lady so well she really made my day! I honestly can't say enough how professional calming and amazing the experience was what a fabulous salon and I will definitely be returning. Thank you Apple and eve.

I had such a great experience at Apple and Eve. I was looked after by a lady called Charlotte, first I had a massage which was amazing! She really helped to alleviate the stiffness in my shoulders. I felt really refreshed after the session which also included a facial, and manicure.
