J. S.Lovely place I would say. This is the first time going here but I am definitely blown away by the standards. Me and my mum got a layered haircut and we definitely thought it was worth the price and time. We got it done by heena- who was definitely a very proffesional and talented person. I am planning on going here from now on and I would 100 percent recommend. This is definitely a legit review and not written just for the sake of it.

M.I visited for a wax, and was looked after by a lovely lady called Bhumi. I am not usually a fan of hot wax as I've always found it more painful, however, Bhumi had the magic touch and her service was outstanding!
Bhumi was very patient, allowed me time to explore different options before deciding on what wax to use, and was very informative and knowledgeable as she explained the benefits of each.
She made me feel very calm and comfortable during the treatment, regularly checked I was doing okay, and had a good rapport with me throughout. In regards to the treatment, she was very thorough with the waxing, she followed guidelines and wore a mask and gloves throughout and sanitised the area after. Because of Bhumi I am now a fan of hot wax :)
Bhumi thank you for you professionalism, and for doing such a great job while taking great care. If you're new to waxing, or even if you are experienced ask for Bhumi, and you will be well looked after.
N. D.I use this salon every time I need my waxing and threading done. It’s clean, friendly and I never have to wait long for my threading, which doesn’t require an appointment. The service is 100%. In the past I have used other salons, but am a regular here now for about 3 -4 years, and I’ll never go anywhere else again.
A.I have been coming here since moving to Norbury 10 years ago. Always a good and quick service. Never had any problems. I usually see Irum or Faiza - both of them are always professional and quick. Definitely recommend !
V. N.I went there for waxing with short hair not enough to be taken away but somehow the lady wax them all!!! Im very happy with the service!

I have done my facial and waxing' I have spent excellent and quality of time.

M.Its a place for an emergency, I mean, if you can go somewhere else better go, but if you need something quick and done its ok, prices are not bargain, you pay it as normal price. they are not extremely proffesionals, some of the staff at all. place is dirty, you have to make sure they change the spatula which they going to put the wax in your face, otherwise it will be the same one than all the ppl before you, which is not nice.
