Had to jump on here to share my experience at Ashanti Treatment Rooms. I arrived slightly ahead of my appointment & the door was locked however there was a notice on the door with a telephone number advising that the business is short staffed & a therapist will be up asap! A slightly stuck up client who had arrived after me & waited no time at all, somehow was offended by this & launched into a verbal assaination of the business 😳 in 2022! Threatening to get the business blacklisted. My treatment was exceptional. My 1st time visiting but I will be back 100%.

I can honestly say, my treatment here & the expertise & advice given has honestly been amazing. I feel like Ashanti genuinely wants to improve my skin & overall confidence without any tacky sales pitches. I have booked anther treatment in - highly recommended.

I've been going here since I moved in to Spitalfields 3 years ago. Ashanti has excellent customer service. Yesterday, I made a booking and turned up to see the door locked. There was a notice on the door so I called her mobile number as I could see that there was nobody at the reception desk. She answered immediately, said that she was having lunch downstairs. I had turned up a bit early and agreed to wait, but she insisted that she'll treat me straight away, cut her lunch short, came upstairs and did my pedicure. The best beauty salon in our neighbourhood! Brilliant pedicures, high quality waxing treatment and amazing facials. Ashanti is an exceptionally talented and skilled therapist that takes pride in her work, which is obviously why she has several regular customers, both city workers and local residents. The salon seems particularly popular with those that work in the financial district, as they can just pop in during lunch times or just after work. I've met interesting people here. Many local residents also go here. The place is clean, tidy and I like the simple and chic decor. The focus is totally on the treatments here, which speak for themselves. Good value for money and the quality of the treatments is of a high standard.

Perfect interior that suits both men and women. I had a hard time finding a place to book a pedicure for my boyfriend - a place that wasn't too girly and not too clinical and cold either. This is the perfect place. The atmosphere is relaxed, with classic interior and a slight nod to Africa. Ashanti is lovely, so down to earth and friendly. Very professional treatment. Cannot recommend it enough!

I've been looking for a place to go for my regular beauty treatments. I used to go to another location close to Ashanti's, but I found the service wasn't great & I never felt really comfortable there. I'm so glad I tried somewhere new. Came here through Class Pass for a deep tissue massage. Ashanti herself worked on me and she did and absolutely stunning job. I enjoy heavier massages and she definitely obliged but still checked in on me every so often on pressure and how I was feeling. The staff was helpful and friendly, the space was clean and the music and oils used in my session were very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely blown away by this little city treasure! I was greeted by name by the receptionist on my first visit. I was then taken to a modern, classically decorated treatment room which was clean & welcoming. My treatments, the deep tissue massage & an anti ageing facial were both amazing! The massage was deep & the therapist knew exactly where my tension spots were & how to relive them. The facial was also very good, leaving my skin clean & looking visibly rejuvenated. Id definitely recommend & will definitely be back!

I have been seeing Ashanti for a lash lift every two months since December now. Ashanti never fails to give me 100% every time. She is efficient, quick, but doesn't rush. She's thorough and takes real care to make me comfortable during my treatment by playing soothing music, and laying a cool eye mask over my eyes (as the perming solution can sting a little). The room is always spotless and clean, and I enjoy her company. Best of all though I'm in love with my lashes every tine leave! Results are fantastic. They last up to two months for me and it saves me so much time in the morning curling and putting on mascara. | wake up and instantly have lashes and it's great. Thank you Ashanti for consistently making me feel amazing and taking care of me. I don't go to anyone else for my lashes.

Had a brow threading & tint done here at late notice for a wedding to rectify another therapist's work! The room is clean & comfortable. The salon shares a building with a gym so there is some noise, but Ashanti instantly makes you feel comfortable and plays some music to relax. The treatments were great value, and Ashanti did a brilliant job whilst being friendly and down to earth. Definitely recommend going here. I'll be heading back here for other treatments rather than some of the pricier, but not as good, salons around!

Yesterday I had my first appointment at Ashanti Treatment Room. It was amazing, the place is clean and comfortable, Ashanti is very professional and let you feel at ease while you are there, soft music and candles (outside of the room) helped to create the good atmosphere. I had a repêchage pomegranate cran-apple all over scrub, with a final massage which let me feel deeply relaxed. My skin is soft and clean. I will come back soon for this and others treatments as well.

She is very knowledgeable about beauty treatments, and puts a lot of care in what she does. You can be sure to be in good hands when you’re receiving a treatment from her. I was pleasantly surprised by Ashanti treatment room as it is in gym and sometimes gym receptions do not acknowledge the beauty treatment department. But all staff very welcoming from arrival .The room itself is spacious and comfortable , relaxing . I have a lot of skin tags across my neck & upper chest. This has affected my confidence, how I dress & even my holidays as I was never fully comfortable showing these areas. I walked past the Ashanti Treatment Rooms & noticed they did skin tag removals. I didn't have an appointment however I was able to be seen by Ashanti & after a consultation I booked in to have the tags removed. The treatment was by far painless, its uncomfortable, however in 10-15mins, shed treated about 30 skin tags with a plasma pen. She checked my comfort throughout the treatment & asked if I wanted to stop but I was fine to go on, I just wanted the tags gone. I have been given great after care & Im totally confident in the post treatment advice given. Thank you Ashanti for helping me with this! Ill be back for more treatments soon.
