Amazing salon and lovely staff. Very reasonable prices for their work - not overly expensive. I had a shellac removal and the new shellac with a design. They did the nails quickly but did not rush them. Great choice of shellac colours (some salons don't have all colour options). Would highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Ruby who took very good care of me. I benefitted from her years of experience with advice and guidance for after care with my nails. It was just what I needed after a tough week. I wanted to put a new review but there wss no option to do so. I have been back 3 times now. I got the same good service. Last visit I had an issue with my Polish. Ruby responded immediately and gave me the option to change to one of my choosing free of charge. Customer service is everything and you will have a customer for life in me.

My nails always look lovely after I come here, and have grown longer and healthier for the first time in years since I’ve been coming here. Always get great service, especially from Trang. They let me try a couple colours here if I can’t decide which is really nice. Strongly recommend

I am in love with Balham Nail Masters, all the women that work there are lovely and their service is unmatched. I will be going back because I love they way my nails look and how their customer service. (I do gel powder with shellac polish and the colour stays and I use my hands every day).

I had a manicure and pedicure here, done by Ruby, who was extremely sweet and excellent at what she does. It was my first time at a salon and so being a guy, I thought it would be much more awkward but I was completely wrong- Everyone made me feel right at home. For the procedure itself, I had a manky right foot (which was peeling all over) and was my main reason for wanting to go in the first place, wherein it was fixed beyond recognition. I could hardly believe my feet could look so good. Overall , really well done and I'll be looking to come back in the future.

This is the best nail shop in Balham by far. Lovely staff, always spotless, and great long-lasting results. I always go to Ruby in the branch on the High Road (they have another salon just around the corner on Bedford Hill). The High Road brand is a bit quieter and Ruby is a nail superstar! Highly recommended.

I’ve been a customer for about 6 years and the standard is always very high. All the staff are polite and will always do their best to fit you in. The salon is very clean and well run all the stsff are welcoming and treat everyone very gently - even my mum in her 80s! Manicures and pedicures are first class. I have powder gel nails and they are fantastic- very thin and natural, my fingers never hurt after an infill or new nails, they last a long time- looking good until its time for a top up. Love coming here and I always look forward to every appointment. Highly recommend Balham Nail Salon

The staff are lovely, I had Ruby, she gave me a consultation asking what shape and all the specifications I was looking for. She is the first person to ever ask me and to clarify what shape nails I asked for and explained what look it would have been. She was so open and willing to give explaination and visual demonstration and gave me the perfect shaped nails. I've had so many bad experiences leaving nail salons disappointed because they want to do the shape they want. Ruby and her team are pleasant polite and positive and gave me such a peaceful relaxed experience, just what I needed after work. Thank you for this positive experience, I will be rebooking 🤗

Went for SNS nails with extension tips. Lady was very polite and happy to suggest and advise on what's best in terms of nail length, look and overall treatment aspects. She filed my actual nails and prepared them for extensions application. She shaped the nails with a regular fine not an electric file. Felt soft and smooth approach. She used the electric file only on minimal requirement which made me very pleased as I explained that my priority is the health of my actual nails. Shaping of the nails took place before the SNS powder, right after the extension tips were placed. As a result the technician didn't put the powder on the sides of the nails on the nail bed part, but about a one millimeter from the skin, which resulted in nails looking longer and thinner. Color choice for SNS powder could be better. I couldn't find what I liked, so the lady suggested to put basic SNS powder and then shellac color on top as the choice was bigger. I was happy to achieve the results I wanted. Nails looked elegant, shaped the way I wanted to. She understood how to choose most flattering nail shape for my hands which aren't typical skinny fingers feminine shape. Any questions I had about the treatment and as we went along, she was happy to answer. She advised me to take care of my cutitules better and she put oil on them as well as have me a small hand massage after nails were done. Salon was busy but it didn't feel noisy. Felt relaxed enough on a Friday afternoon. I was happy with the final results and if I am in the area again and nails need doing, that's the place I would visit. Thank you for taking care of my nails needs so well.

The stock Gelish which is my favourtite as well as CND, OPI and Shellac - and the staff understand nails. They advise you on how best to take care of them and when you need to give them a break. cannot recommend this place enough. on a sunday afternoon they fitted us in after an extremely stressful day for a mani and pedi. two men attended to us and it is honestly one of the best gel mani and pedis ive ever had. the massage chair whilst having a pedi was exactly what we needed. 100% will be returning when we are in London again. nothing fancy and no fuss, but exactly what we wanted.
