I have been coming to BCO London since August 2020 for colour correction/full head balayage with Marisa. The results achieved every time are incredible & are always even better than I think are acheivable! The attention to detail by Marisa & care taken with my hair is invaluable, my hair has never been blonder & is also the healthiest it has ever been. Marisa is so amazing & has a wealth of knowledge that has really transformed my hair. The balayage is done so well that even as my hair grows it still looks stunning. The atmosphere in the salon is great & always so welcoming, it makes spending the day there such an enjoyable experience. My whole experience at BCO London salon has been amazing & I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this salon, thank you so much to Marisa & the BCO team!

I've done my hair 2x at BCO and with Marisa. The first time my hair was long but very broken and damaged from the previous times I did highlights. Marisa first consulted me to understand what would suit me best and then corrected its color. It was beautiful and looked like a new hair, that's why I went back to this salon and with Marisa to do my hair few weeks ago. I've been to several other well-known salons in London, all of which are overpriced, and then I finally found BCO, which charge the right price for the service they offer. The salon is extremely clean, private and all staff are very polite, friendly and prompt to help. The products are great and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to have their hair done without damaging it.

This salon is great. I visited it last week for a blonde colour correction with Marisa as recommended by a friend. I can’t thank her enough & there is not enough words that can explain how happy I am with her work. She was kind, professional & a true expert in her field. She talked me through the whole process, recommended me the correct products & vitamins and took extra care of my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me that result. Her aftercare was amazing as well. Her energy was also great and the whole salon were great in making you feel comfortable and at ease. Their prices definitely match the service they provide. I've been getting my hair done here for the last few years and wouldn't go anywhere else! I had my hair done recently by the lovely Marisa and the rest of the team and I'm in love with my hair. My favourite salon in London. I’ve been coming here for years as I know I can rely on my brilliant and talented stylist Tiago (make sure you book with him, you won’t be disappointed!! he’s just the best in UK) do my hair exactly how I like it - something that I just didn’t get at other salons I have visited in the past. I came here to have my hair done with balayage and cut. It was absolutely worth every penny! I compare it to when I had balayage done 2 years ago and the difference in how much more amazing it looks is insane even though I paid double. I have medium to dark brown Asian hair and they managed to lift it to a really nice light golden blonde in one sitting. I booked in with Nico and he was so professional and helpful. The whole process took 6 hours but they really looked after me constantly offering drinks and food which was great. They ensure the care and health of your hair by making it mandatory for olaplex treatment which after bleaching my hair had never felt so soft!!!! I'll be becoming back every time to have my hair coloured here. 😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️

After trialling many high end luxury hair salons in London over the years, this salon was by far the most skilled in all things balayage, foils, blonde, bronde, colour, toner, hair treatment (and I am fussy)! For a long time I struggled to find someone to do my hair the way I like it. I met Marisa and I can say my life has changed. Now I can go months without worrying about the color and it remains wonderful. She is super attentive to every detail and it’s easy to see how much she loves what she’s doing. If you want - head turning, beautiful and healthy hair - you must visit Bernardo and his team. I had appointments with Bernardo, Marisa and Dario. All of them are absolutely incredible stylists, each has an individual approach and gives it their all for the best result. For them color is more of an art rather just a simple “balayage, highlight etc”. The whole team are a group of perfectionists and always make sure you leave the salon happy! I was truly happy! The customer service is great (not sure what the reviews below are about) I was offered coffee, great positive company and even cake, a portable phone charger aside from getting incredible hair! Even 4 months after I am still complimented on my hair taking into account I always go for lighter blonde tones, it’s super healthy and strong thanks to the CPR treatment they do and products they use. In Russian there is a saying a “stingy person pays twice” So if you want to save money on one thing you wear everyday then it’s up to you. I can say their service is worth every pound and I will always come back here.

I just had my balayage, cut and treatment here and it’s safe to say I love it! I paid extra to be seen to by Bernado and he did a great job, as did his fab team who assisted with the things like blow dry and washing. Staff were polite and friendly - very attentive. The salon is gorgeous. It’s certainly not cheap so if you’re on a budget perhaps wait till you can justify the money, but for me I have no regrets as you get what you pay for. My hair is thick and Afro texture - usually I have hair stylists complain and moan that I have ‘soo much hair’ but here, not one person mentioned it and they just got on with it which I appreciated. Love the final result and transformation of my hair and I will be back in a few weeks for my toner!

I paid a little more to be seen by Bernardo himself who was super friendly and attentive and gave me the hair I've been looking for for so long after trying so many salons both in London and Beirut. The team (Luis in particular) who also handled my hair were so friendly and welcoming striking up fun conversations. Salon is clean and tidy with top quality products including Olaplex treatments etc that I absolutely adore. Bernardo has looked after my hair for over 6 years and I can not recommend him and his team well enough! The Salon has a beautiful, cool and young vibe and the stylists are all gorgeous!! You can tell how much they are passionate about their job and how knowledgable they are. Bernardo is outstanding with his work and has a devoted crowd that follow and admire him. I am sure it will be hard for you to find in London a better Colorist/Stylist. They price is reasonable for a Central London location and the team will always look after you really well. They can be loud sometimes but I rather be in a place where everyone is happy and always smiling. I always find it unbearable to walk into a place where no one is talking. The premises are super clean and all the professionals there are extraordinary. Thank you Bernardo and His Team for always looking after me and getting me to the Blonde I always wanted. Your TLC is what got me to where I am but with super healthy hair.

My sister and I visited bernardos to do balyage. We both booked with Bernardo so expected him to do our hair from start to finish (with assistance from his workers of course). We both loved our hair as it came out exactly as expected. However I do have some feedback. During our visit, I found that Bernardo and his team gave special treatment to his Brazilian clients or the clients who are instagram famous. He only bleached my hair and then another Brazilian client came in, he did her hair entirely by himself from start to finish. I was standing up with bleach on my hair at some parts as my seat was taken by other clients which he was giving special treatment too. My sister and I both felt singled out as we felt just because we weren’t Brazilian or had a thousand followers on social media that we we were not being looked after the same. The prices are extortionate and compared it to other salons, the cost of Olaplex treatment is maximum £30 for 100ml, I don’t understand how you can charge £70 for a squeeze of the product.

I am a regular customer of bernardo for 5 years already. I am very happy for the new space, just perfect, always a good atmosphere and the staff always helpful and cheerful. All my visits I had there so far just exceeded all my expectations and I find difficult to say which member of his team is better, because they are so well trained by Bernardo, that in the absence of one of then, I can surely be seen by anyone of his team, and resting knowing that I will be in great hands . They are always careful with minimum details, knowing that some time we spend hours there they always have on the table a variety of fruits and berries and excellent coffee and tea for us, and often even Brazilian cake and chocolates . And they products line is best of the market. (I love the CPR) I just want to thank you and your team for the affection and dedication. I have been coming to BCO for nearly three years now and I have to say that Marisa has completely transformed my hair! When I first walked into the salon my hair was so damaged that nobody wanted to touch it. It took months and months of repeated appointments, treatments and haircuts to get it back to a healthy state. Yes it is expensive, yes it takes time and yes it is cash only but it’s totally worth it when you get the quality of service that the BCO staff offers. I get compliments on my hair all the time and I have to credit Marisa and her incredible attention to detail, care and passion for it! And it all comes with a smile and a delicious piece of Brazilian cake!
