The best place to have a manicure and pedicure around. They are so professional and the venue is clean and cared for. Who doesn’t love a pedicure with hot lemon towel wraps (as standard!). Great attention to detail and never rushed even when they are super busy! The bad reviews on here are from a previous ownership 2 years ago. It seems really unfair that these are still on google...

This has become my regular nail salon, because having tried several other salons in the area (roughly between Stockwell and Balham), this place is just consistently the best service. They're *super* quick, which I love - I'm always in an out in half an hour - and always do precise, neat manicures. Huge selection of colours and very organised, and they use a range of good quality products. V reasonably priced (30 quid for removal and shellac). Since lockdown they've now got a big TV in there, usually showing music channels or football, and of course have protective screens. I really like the staff - overall it's a relaxed, friendly place with the best service I've found locally.

Visited the nail spa for the first time today to have CND Shellac manicure. I’m so happy I’ve found my new nail place! No drills or machines were used and I left with a manicure so lovely I couldn’t stop looking at my nails. Alan, the owner, is a very warm-hearted man and has some really interesting things to say. Overall a great experience 😊

I went here totally by accident because my usual nail place couldn't see me at the time. I've gone here twice now and both times had the young girl with glasses. She did a great job at filing my nails, I love the shape. The salon itself is really nice, it's a pleasant place to sit; the staff are smiley and friendly, the pricing is standard compared to all the other nail places in Balham. The only reason I didn't give these guys a full five stars is because the hand massage was really quick and rushed :( other than that, I have no complaints and will definitely go again.

I think Lisa was quite rude not to tell her clients about this change of hands, I always had a mixed feeling about her, and I was right. I went there with new owners and they followed my instruction about how I wanted my ped and man done. Cannot complain. However I had the feeling they probably are used to deal with a different market. It is the first time in my life that a new owner is not introduced by the old owner to the clients. Lack of care and consideration.
