Went to see Jenny for micro blading and also lashes, after having previously going else where for lashes I’m so glad I came here!! I’ve had the very best experience over and over again, always leaving feeling amazing and beautiful 😊 Jenny is amazing at her job not sure where negative reviews come from!! As Jenny has always been so attentive to me, kind and most importantly patient and professional.. Jenny always works around my hectic work schedule and childcare which is important. I’m comparison to my friends lashes/brows I would say mine are by far the most beautifully done and last forever. This will definitely be my forever go to salon as long as Jenny is there and doing my services. She’s just amazing. Thank you Jenny if you get to read this but I always tell you in person as I always come back 😊🧚🏼‍♀️

Like a lot of women, I've had issues with my thin eyebrows for years. First I used make up, and avoided any kind of water activity in public so they didn't wash away. Then I discovered microblading! I tried 2 different venues in London, one even on Harley Street, and it just didn't give me results I was hoping for. I decided to give microblading one last go, and chose to come to Jenny Lu. 3 years on... And I have never looked back! I knew she had done something amazing as when I left I had so many women stopping me in the shops asking if I'd had something done, and where. Each and every time I have been back, I am blown away by how amazing and normal my non-existent brows look! It completely transforms my face, I am ready in the morning in 10 mins (ladies who have had the struggling of trying to match up eyebrows will know!), and I recommend Jenny to everyone. When I discovered she does lashes, too... Its the best pamper, Jenny listens to how you want your lashes to look, and its like she just magically gives you a natural beauty. Now finally I can go out in the rain and pools with no concerns!! I could not be happier, the results are so professional and last, I can not recommend Jenny highly enough and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Haven't been back to Jenny for quite few years, as her spmu lasts much longer than other techs that I've been to. The traffic was horrendous and when I was updating Jenny, she calmed me by saying no rush. Most other places want to charge you for being even 5 minutes late. The welcome was warm and she remembered me from before. Straight down to business! I had microblading on my brows. Looking great and was a pain-free as realistically possible. Whoever has rated Jennys service lower than 5* has their own agenda. I've only ever had a good experiences with her and highly recommended the salon that does loads of other services too!

Let me firstly tell how lovely Jenny is, she is friendly and always accommodating to my needs. I have been coming to her for my lashes for over 5 years following her from salon to salon, now she has her own business in Angel with all the latest beauty treatments. The prices are good and service is amazing, my lashes are always on point and if I have any problems she will be happy to fix it for me. I always get people stopping to ask where I got my lashes done and how natural they look, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Would definitely recommend trying the salon out.

I've been getting eyelashes extensions from Jenny for a few months now. She somehow manages to turn my lashes from short, straight and downward pointing into full, fluttery but still natural looking. She's so so welcoming, listens to all your concerns and puts you at ease. She's very accommodating, having attended to me at 8am and 8pm! Jenny has been doing my lash extensions for over five years now and I absolutely love them! In fact everyone always remark how “amazing” they look and even ask if they’re real! I first had semi permanent eyebrows done by Jenny a few years ago. Just recently had them redone with microblading. I’m very happy with how they’ve healed even though I’ve not had the top up yet. She is very precise with her measurement and takes great care to ensure the eyebrows are done to look as similar as possible. Jenny was recommended to me by a friend but before booking I had a look at her website and there are countless pictures of eyebrows on there so I knew how good she was. I have eyelashes done here also. I’ve tried eyelashes at many places but Jenny’s stay on the longest. Jenny’s been working in this industry for over a decade so she has plenty of experience with different types of eyebrows and eyelashes. I have no doubt in recommending her services and have passed her number on everytime I get a compliment about my eyelashes and eyebrows.

I had microblading done, I can honestly say that Jenny is one of the nicest people, she was polite welcoming, made you feel so comfortable. Her prices are affordable especially when it comes to having a top, where as most salons charge £100’s Jenny’s was not. Been coming to Jenny for my eyelash extensions for the better part of a year now and I have loved everyminute of it ! She is extremely professional and always takes extremely good care of myself and my eyelashes to make sure that there isn't damage to my natural eyelashes. I always manage to fall asleep while she is doing them ! I have eyelashes and nails done at Beautique Salon. Jenny does great lashes that lasts and lasts. She says she only uses strong glue because it saves time and money for her clients. She is thorough and a perfectionist so her lashes always look full. She's been doing lashes for over 10 years but she's not expensive, in fact all the treatments she offers are very reasonably priced compared to other salons around there. I would definitely recommend this place for nails and eyelashes if you're local. It saves so much time to be able to do both nails and eyelashes in one place. I called many times before I finally got to speak to Jenny. Apparently she only takes bookings by text and doesn't pick up the phone if she's with clients.

I have been coming to see Jenny for over a year and a half now for fat freezing and her work is amazing. Every time I come and visit the salon I am always given such a lovely friendly welcome. I feel so comfortable when I’m here ans am ways offered teas coffee and water when I’m there and nothing is ever too much for Jenny. I would not go anywhere else for this treatment. Her generosity in prices is just too kind. Her work is the best. I have had my eyebrows also microbladed with Jenny and they are amazing! The colour and shale is perfect and even better than i imagined. I would can’t recommend Jenny enough for this treatment.

I’ve just had microblading done with Jenny Lu. I saw plenty of pictures on Instagram beforehand. She also sent me pictures of her most recent work when I asked for more evidence so I knew it was her work and not copied from another technician. She confirmed she had been doing eyebrows for many years so that also gave me confidence before booking. She is a very talented lady and has given me eyebrows I’m very pleased with. So far they look great but I will need to come back for a touch up in a month’s time. Well worth the journey and very handy coming by train.

Previously I had negative experiences at Blink London and Harvey Nichols- my where my eye area would become red and sting after treatment (I have sensitive skin). That is until a hair stylist recommended Jenny to me. Even though I’m not local to the area, I am happy to travel to her salon for my eyelash extensions regularly. She is patient and careful, especially as she is aware I have sensitive skin. I believe she’s an expert in her field and has previously advised me against overloading my lashes and causing them damage. She is courteous and polite and I’ve recommended her to friends who have since become regular clients. The salon is clean, with refreshments.

Having your eyebrows microblading is definitely the best thing for me. I don’t have to draw on everyday and people ask if I have Botox. The eyebrows can make me look younger too. It’s not painful. It is only itchy for a few days but still very worth it to do. Jenny has made many beautiful eyebrows and she did the same for me. I’m very very happy with my eyebrows and definitely recommend this if you’re thinking about it. She’s not expensive to. Other places wanted £300 or more but their eyebrows did not look good as here.

I have been a client of Jenny’s for over 5 years, she has been doing my eyelashes the whole time and I first came across her following a bad experience with another technician whose work was so bad that I went and bought eyelash removal solution and took them off myself. Understanderbly due to the above I was very nervous the first time I visited Jenny, and I explained to her exactly what had happened and what my concerns were. I am surprised to see someone claiming Jenny allegedly does not carry out consultations, because I had a very in depth consultation where Jenny checked about my eye health history, any allergies, whether I wore contacts etc and also assessed whether my lashes were suitable and what type of length would be best, she also explained that not everyone's lashes can cold the longer lengths and why and provided her portfolio for me to look through to get an idea of the look I wanted. I have a lot of thick lashes so was able to get the maximum length she offers, and was in love with them from the very first time I saw them and still am. Jenny is professional, kind, hardworking and fair, yes sometimes you may receive a reply at a later hour, but this is often because she stays late to accomodate people who cannot make earlier times such as myself, and does not take calls or answer messages when she is with a client, opting to do it afterwards so that she is focused on you and gives your treatment full attention. If she were a con woman, she would have plenty more money from me as I have asked her about other treatments and she has actually discouraged me because she did not feel I needed them or said the results would not be what I was imagining they would be in my mind. I have never stopped getting compliments about my lashes from the first time I had them done with people frequently asking me if they are real because they cannot tell! And I always recommend Jenny. I have such trust in her that even though a close friend opened a beauty shop I still only let Jenny do my lashes because of the way she has looked after and accomodated me all these years. As another reviewer stated Jenny is a very VERY busy woman, and I don’t think people realise she not only owns and manages the shop, but also has a family so again yes, you may get a reply at a late hour! As for picking who she gives appointments to, there are plenty of beauticians, hair dressers etc with select clientel, this is not a new practice and when you already have such a large, loyal customer base with a high level of retention, you have the right to decide who you think is suitable to add to it and suitable for your services, it is after all a business. I do not normally write reviews, but after seeing these attacks from people that have never even had a treatment, I felt the need to as this is not right and not fair. With regards to the lady that had a bad reaction, this is very unfortunate and can happen in a small number of cases, but as with anything else in life you will never know you are going to have that reaction until it happens, and this can happen with any beauty treatment, medication, food, literally anything, so you should take your own history into account and treat it the same way you would trying anything new that your body has not experienced before as again, even the most benign seeming things can have side effects. So! (Deep breath lol) If you want an honest, professional, efficient service in a nice, comfortable environment, with someone who tries their best to cater to your needs, cares about what you want and wants you to feel good about yourself, visit Jenny at Beautique 😊 FYI just in case anyone tries to talk rubbish, I wasn’t bribed or offered anything to write this, I did it because I am a loyal customer and would/have done the same for other places I feel my custom is appreciated and whose services I am grateful for.

I was recommended to have my eyebrows corrected by Jenny Lu by a total stranger I met who had already used Jenny’s services. My semi permanent eyebrows were done a year previously by another technician but with terrible results. The shape was too thin, uneven and in all the wrong places. Even I could see that but the technician wouldn’t agree and couldn’t do anything about it. I had paid her £300 for it too. I was left distraught and depressed over them. Then I saw a lady with perfectly shaped eyebrows and I just had to ask her if they were semi permanent. She told me Jenny was highly recommended. Jenny has since corrected them beautifully into 2 evenly matched eyebrows. I have since regained my confidence because people around me have complimented on how nice my eyebrows now look. I did look at all the work on Jenny’s website before booking so I can see she has hundreds of satisfied customers. When I read some of the reviews I was quite surprised to read a few negative comments but I was more concerned about how well she could do eyebrows more than anything else. Jenny is a natural artist and a perfectionist, she has been doing permanent eyebrows for over 10 years so I left her to it. She told me 2 of the reviews are from people who have never actually had treatments done with her, so they are in fact not even entitled to write a review. It’s quite bizarre why people would do that. They tried to book a consultation with her but Jenny chose not to book them in so they decided to damage her reputation online. She can get very busy so is choosy about who she accepts. I suggested she contact Google to have the comments removed as only real customers should have the right to write a comment but she said it doesn’t affect her business because people with any sense will only book based on the examples of her work. I can honestly say I can’t thank Jenny enough for making me feel better about myself again. It is priceless and I wanted to share this with anyone who’s considering having their eyebrows done by Jenny. She can charge people a lot more than she currently does but she just wants her services to be as affordable as possible. She’s so nice she wouldn’t even accept a tip

I went to Jenny Lu for microblading after seeing an offer on Groupon. I was a little worried after reading some reviews on here, but as soon as I arrived I knew I was in capable hands. Jenny was so welcoming and friendly, I didn''t feel at all rushed and the experience was very pleasant - I've had microblading before and this was by far the better experience, in fact it didn't hurt much at all. 10 days later and I am delighted with the results and have received so many compliments. These are the best eyebrows I ever had. I had semi permanent done before but the colour turned a faint orange, they were very thin and 2 different shapes so I couldn't wait for them to fade. My eyebrows are now so much better, fuller looking and there's no trace of the orange. To me these are more than just eyebrows because they have given me my confidence back too.

Jenny is the sweetest multi-talented beautician I ever came across. She is so attentive and no matter how busy she gets, she always answers my text messages and check in on me to make sure I'm okay during therapy. Her prices are really good unlike other expensive london beauty centres. Jenny is an honest, thoroughly decent, hardworking person who always puts her customers first. After almost 5 years of coming to Jenny for eyelashes I feel like I know her as a friend.
