I am regular at this beautiful salon for 4 years and I have been using every single service they offer since I first experienced their ultra high quality service. First of all ,you are greeted by friendly and warm welcome at the door which makes me feel so comfortable at this place. I recently had laser hair removal, I have a sensitive skin and it is prone to discolouration by laser treatment, which happened before at a different salon; purely by the mistake of the laser technician who used very high setting. When I came to Melody they solved my issue and provided safe and high quality service . I trust their expertise a day highly recommend all of their services ,plus their friendly attitude towards clients make it more appealing for me.

Went here for a haircut about a week ago. For all the glamour of the interiors etc, it was quite disappointing. The hair stylist refused to listen to what I wanted and just kept focusing on my fringe the entire time which didn't make any sense as I have long hair and I needed the whole head of hair to be styled. Some basic things completely lost the mark - 1. Hair wash seats are horrible and the stylist didn't bother to pull out the foot stool so my feet were left dangling. Not very comfortable at all. Also, the hair wash itself was super rushed. 2. The water was ice cold and even after multiple reminders that didn't change so I had an ice cold water hair wash right in the middle of winter! 3. The music really needs to be sorted out. At places it is blaring with poor sound quality. Also the choice of music isn't very spa like... If I have to listen to blaring music I will go to a club or a concert not come to a salon! 4. Lastly, the place reeks of chemicals, especially around the hair cut/wash area which at times was making it hard for me to even breathe. Having air purifiers will be useful and less use of poor quality chemicals perhaps? Overall a very poor experience!

I have been three times now for my laser sessions. First time my experience wasn’t great as the therapist didn’t understood English very well. I raised my concern to the receptionist and she took my feedback on board and advised that I will have a different therapist on my next visit. Last two visits have been great. Both therapist were amazing and understood my requirements. They were also able to answer my questions and resolve any concerns. I would recommend this salon as the staff are very professional and will always try their best to cater for our needs.

I started going to Beauty and Melody for laser hair removal treatment. I have recently started doing laser hair removal on more body parts and Hiba has made me feel very comfortable. She is very professional, a lovely, warm person and overall amazing. She recommended me to do a deep cleanse facial which she treated me and to not my surprise she went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed! Went for a haircut, had a great experience. All the staff is amazing and makes you feel really welcome and special. Melinda cut my hair and I would say amazing is an understatement. Mixed feelings I am a client of Beauty and Melody and so far I have been very happy with the service. Unfortunately, today (02/06) I had an awful experience due to the customer service. I was exactly on time for my appointment but I was told by the receptionist to take a seat and wait and that my therapist is still with another client. Obviously, I didn't want to sit and I was waiting and feeling stressed and the receptionist asked me to sit down in a rather rude way. Finally, another therapist took me in, the treatment was ok but she forgot to cover my tattoo, which is unacceptable and it happens for the first time. I can see the obvious damages to the tattoo from the laser. Anyways, the most frustrating part was the awful customer service of the receptionist who do not even wished me farewell. I gave 4 stars only because I was also at the salon on the 1st of June in the evening and the service was absolutely fantastic. The evening receptionist was lovely and she took her time with me, although I was there just before closing. I really think that you should take measures to improve the attitude of some of your employees. I had a great experience on the 1st of June and then on the 2nd they completely ruined my customer journey.

I am unable to add to my previous comment so want to update what happed after I saw Sam at Hair By Sam. Initially I don't want to lie I wasn't happy with the service, but I would like to say the way Sam dealt with my issue was fantastic. And that's what you expect from a decent business and person. He apologised profusely, he understood why I was upset, he refunded me half my money back and offered me a treatment free of charge to make up for my initial experience. I must say this has made me feel heard and happier because he took the time to make things right. I will always appreciate that. Thank you for that Sam, I look forward to coming and having my treatment with you also I've had some lovely compliments on my hair so thank you.

Natalia, the lady at the reception is, friendly, helpful and professional, always handling everything so professionally, you'll only need to tell her something once and she gets it without having to explain yourself again. Although services are great and great value for money but the main reason I keep going back to Beauty & Melody is the excellent Customer service which is uncommon these days! I've never seen any attitudes from anyone at this branch. Ludmila is excellent at laser treatments and is BRILLIANT with everything she does and knows her stuff, very knowledgeable! She also added in a head massage which I can say was one of the best head massages I have ever had!! My hair looks great!! After having two different type of treatments at the salon I can definitely it is a place worth recommending. Very professional and sympathis stuff, very clean and elegant location. From the moment you enter you feel welcome and in good hands. Ladies who are working there are always trying to set the next appointment at the best suitable date for you. Even if there is no free places for the dates you would like to book, they always try their best to satisfy you and give you lots of alternatives. The lady doing my treatments was really nice, always smiling and we had lots of laugh every time I was there. So if you are looking for professional beauty treatments in central London , not even 3minutes walk from the tube, you should definitely visit beauty and melody !!!

I really wanted to try Tape hair extensions and I was recommended Beauty and Melody - what a good choice! I have had so many bad experiences from salons who have put extensions in my hair. Either the colour was the wrong shade or the quality was awful. Thankfully none of the latter was applicable at Beauty and Melody. I had Russian hair extensions which were taped in (a first for me). I love this look! The consultant was really nice too - guiding me step by step about what she was doing and how to care for them after. I also had my hair extensions cut to my face shape - which was amazing. I really recommend this place .5 stars :)

My appointment was moved between different salon locations, I was told my 1st choice salon was unavailable until end August? The booking at my 2nd choice location was cancelled 2 hours before so I was moved to my 3rd choice location. But apart from that annoyance, I was happy.

Such an amazing salon!!! I have tried most of the respectable salons in London over the years but never have been truly happy with the results. Walked past Marble Arch branch today walked in and was greeted by Victoria who i believe to be the manager and enquired about skin treatments. There was a practitioner available who placed me on a skin analysis machine and gave me a detailed consultation. Herself and the manager took such good care of me both explaining all of their treatments and skin care products. its not very often you find such a high quality service where they actually listen to the clients needs.

I started my full body laser here around 6 months ago. I travelled from Luton for this specific laser machine and it was definitely worth the travel! I had wasted lots of money on previous IPL/laser that didn’t work very well. Beauty and Melody is very professional and the results have been amazing. I still have some hair present after 6 sessions so will need to book another few sessions The only thing I would say is I had a different practitioner each time I came in. if the same practitioner was available for each treatment that would reduce any variation between how treatment is done and would build a better relationship with client and practitioner. Love the Salon itself - they're excellent. But their phone line customer service is terrible. I called just to confirm the time of my appointment and had to call back 3 times because the woman who was "helping" me, Angel, put me through 3 times to an extension that didn't work. I keep coming to this saloon, love Gosia who always does my hair perfectly well, but I seriously think you guys should pay special attention to your reception staff. I am not the first one complaining and I think clients when coming to your saloon expect a friendly, warm staff who is eager to help you and make you feel comfortable and not someone that seems owns the whole London in her belly and we clients are doing her a huge favour by coming to this place... Again, it won't stop me to see my hairdresser but you guys should fix a few things around. More humble people and less the kind that looks down on you. I work opposite the place but never went there as I thought it would be way too expensive for me. Today I visited the saloon for the first time and decided to share my first impression. The saloon is very stylish and elegant. The moment I entered there, I felt very comfortable and cosy. My hair is super thin and I am very concerned about hair loss, but my hairdresser, Melinda was very professional and gave me useful advice on maintenance and care for my hair. It was a very pleasant and friendly environment. I left feeling very positive. It was an eye-opening experience too. As I used to go to one and the same hairdresser and never was exposed to innovative hair treatments, but as they say once a student is ready, the teacher will appear. And in my case it was Beauty & Melody Saloon. After all it was not outrageously expensive, but on the contrary, it was worth the money. Beautiful salon with friendly staff. They are the only salon in London that do tape hair extensions. Have tried other hair extensions before and feel that bonded hair extensions are uncomfortable and make you lose to much hair when they are removed. The quality is also not great. But these tape extensions are really good as you don't lose much hair at all when removing them. Also, I can hardly feel them in my hair and they blend in so well and can not be seen at all. The best thing is that they look really natural. This salon only uses the best virgin Russian hair which is so much better than any other hair that is on the market. This is now my go to salon in London!! I highly recommend it.

My hair up experience superseded my expectations. I absolutely loved it! Make sure you get the Italian guy. I Was also booked in for makeup. As the MUA had double booked I was left waiting for over an hour. This was not good as it left me late for the function I was attending. They only plus side was they did not charge for make up and I wouldn't have expected them to as they only spent 20 mins on it . Over priced for below average service.

I have been going to this salon for a few months since purchasing a Groupon voucher for 6 sessions of Soprano Ice Hair Laser removal. I am seeing positive results from the treatment on my legs to the extent that I bought a subsequent voucher for a brazilian bikini line. However I was then informed that it makes no difference on cost and I could have bought it directly with the salon - a bargain in my mind of £149 for six sessions for lasting results compared to a £35 wax every 4-6 weeks. Friendly staff, some with better bedside manners than other, but otherwise all very helpful. Had a lovely chat with Maryam on reception when booking in for my next appointment about the success I have seen with the laser treatment to date. Thank you.

I bought a voucher via Groupon for cut and highlights. The downside of having a coupon is that you get scheduled to be seen in about a month or so. Also, the voucher mentions that an art director will be cutting your hair, while the salon's technical director does the colouring. Which wasn't the case. It was only one person doing both. I didn't mind of course, but I believe is something that shouldn't be mentioned on the voucher, unless it happens. Overall, I was happy with my new hair color. The truth is, I was also expecting a different haircut. But perhaps next time...

Lack of flexibility and thinking around the box in relation to policies they implement. Also receptionists don't seem to know the policies and book appointments without this. Also difficult to reach a general manager Gemma to discuss the problem directly even though I left her a message. Therapist was lovely and knowledgeable and really tried to help. I wish a general manager joined the suit.

I had 2 sessions of the obagi Peel didn't work due to my skin type. The practitioner advised I should use an alternative treatment. As I have learned certain peels only work on particular skin types.
