Exceptional service! The salon is highly hygienic, the services are great and customer service is also top notch. Rosana has the creativity and motivation to do very well at Beauty and Pampering. I’ve been visiting the salon for regular manicures and pedicures and always have the loveliest experiences here. The quality of the treatments are as good as any luxury hotel and complimentary tea, good vibes and lovely conversations are an added bonus. The best place in Bloomsbury for beauty services.

Beautiful place , an amazing customer service. very sterile and aseptic. A lovely Beautician named Rosana did an amazing job on my hand and nails, she did ask me for allergies or any medical issues which I had in the past which is very professional, I've been in few places like that no one asks me for those things. I had the best manicure and pedicure that I have ever had in London. Rosana and her team showed incredible passion with an eye for care and detail. I have had an issue with my feet and only Rosana has been able to treat and resolve it so that it no longer recurs. I booked an appointment here through groupon, I had the massage, mani and pedi. My experience was excellent, ambience was perfect very clean and plants were aesthetically nice, gave a very peaceful and homey vibe. When I got my massage, they made sure I was getting the massage suited for my body, I have a very tight neck and shoulder so they made sure it was taken care of. I was sore the following day but surely helped my neck with the tightness. The staff was very caring and friendly, they go above and beyond in customer service. You can really see that this is more than just a job to them, but it's their passion and they want to help others through their services. I usually like to save money by looking at deals, but I recommend booking straight from them because from what they are charging, you will get your money's worth. Overall, I 100 percent recommend this to anyone.

Her knowledge in all sorts of beauty treatments and mind & body practices counted a lot towards making the rest of my day so calm and soothing! I first came to see Rosana in 2011 using a voucher deal. I was not only impressed with the quality of service but also the cleanliness and comfort. Rosana did a fantastic job treating my nails to much needed care and also taught me how to best care for my nails at home. Two things struck me the most about Rosana that lack in all other London nail bars I have been to in the past. Firstly, Rosana never rushes through the service and her attention to detail is impeccable. Secondly, she never over cuts the cuticles so they actually grow back looking healthier than before. The condition of my hands and feet has dramatically improved since I started seeing Rosana. The service with her is very personal unlike most Asian run nail bars around London where one feels like they are being served on a fast conveyor belt. Furthermore, her Shellac manicure and pedicure last very long. The longest a Shellac pedicure has lasted without chipping was 8 weeks! I can proudly say that since I have met Rosana, I have never again gone to another nail bar and will never do! No one treats nails better than her and she is London’s best kept secret! As much as I want to keep this secret all to myself, I would highly recommend Rosana’s services. I would give her seven stars if possible!

5 stars for 3 main reasons: 1. Clean and lovely environment. 2. Reasonable prices and nice service quality. 3. Rosanna who helped me doing the waxing is such a lovely lady. She was super friendly and patient on phone while I enquired the day before. On the actual day of appointment, she greeted me warmly and did the waxing smoothly. We had nice little chats which were very uplifting and inspiring. I did not book for the pedicure service, but when Rosanna saw my dry toes she applied cream all over them and advised me to take care of dry skins. When the waxing was done, she made me coffee and we had a morning coffee cheers. Great experience, genuine heart and lovely lady:) Thanks!

Only visiting London but my tootsie's badly needed some pampering for the dry, hard skin that had developed over the past few weeks of high temperatures. I took the chance of booking with Rosana on the basis of her being close to my accommodation and having decent reviews. I wasn't disappointed! Rosana is a lovely lady, very friendly and professional, happy to explain what she's doing and discuss the best treatments. Great hygiene practices give confidence in Rosana as a therapist. I left the salon with my feet free of the horrible dry skin, now smooth and soft and smelling gorgeous, and finished with pretty summer toes (she has a great range of both polish and shellac colours). It's always risky booking therapies in a place you don't know but I can definitely recommend Rosana, and I know where I'd be going if I was in London.

My beautician, Rosana, greeted me by name when I arrived and we had a lovely chat as she did my pedi. She helped me chose my colour and always referred to me by my name. This is one of the few salons in London who will do you a wet shellac by the way. Victoria Secret is an oasis of calm and I will definitely be back.

So glad I met Roxane, she is really good and super carful in her job! She did a perfect Brazilian wax to me last week, for the first time after 4 years in London I found my personal beauty therapist, none of them have been able to do a good wax like Rox!
