These guys aren’t just extremely professional and do high quality work, but have hearts of gold and will go above and beyond to make your experience a wonderful one. I booked a gel manicure appointment as I was coming up to my graduation day, but the day I was booked in for ended up taking a horrible turn- it was quite literately one of the worst days of my life. Not to go into detail, but the fact that I was unfairly let go from my job was the least upsetting thing that had happened that day, so obviously I wasn’t having a great time. As a result, all I wanted to do was go home and have a bit of a cry.. meaning I completely forgot about the appointment I’d booked. Later that evening, I received an email from Lihn letting me know I’d missed the appointment and asked if everything was okay. I replied with an apology and an explanation of what had happened. Immediately they replied, giving me a full refund and offered a free gel manicure to redeem when I had job interviews to prepare for. This was incredibly kind and generous and completely changed my day around, an act of genuine kindness really put a smile on my face. Not much later, I was offered a job interview for a literal dream job of mine. I was super nervous, and as it’s at a fairly prestigious place of work, felt somewhat insecure. I’ve always taken inspiration from Legally Blonde, and knew that a good manicure can make you feel ready to take on the world.. so that’s exactly what I did! Of course, I’d never have been able to afford this if it hadn’t been for the Beauty Box Soho team and their amazing generosity. The image attached is their beautiful work. I aced the first interview and in the process of booking a time and date for the second round of interviews. I can’t thank the team enough for making me feel beautiful and confident! TLDR: Seriously, 10/10 cannot recommend enough. Three weeks later and the colour has barely chipped and my nails feel strong and healthy!

I can't recommend Beauty Box Soho highly enough - I usually visit to have my eyebrows threaded by Rosie, and a spa pedicure by Mai, who are both so lovely and do an amazing job every time!

Loved my brow lamination and lash lift treatment with Linh. She talked me through the different options for the lash lift to make sure she understood what look I wanted. It was my first time ever in a nail salon and as a male i’ve always felt hesitant to walk into one but the ladies what done my nails were very welcoming and I think my nails look great! If they hold up for 2 weeks at least I’ll 100% be coming back 😊

Nail stylist Vincent is AMAZING. I go to him every time for acrylics and he always gets the shellac colour spot on as well. Never fails to amaze and is my go to!

Got a great gel mani. I didn't want anything on my toes except clear polish which took some back and forth, but ended up with one coat. The pedicure chairs are a little awkward but after moving a pillow I was able to relax more easily. There are clear shields between each pedicure chair, and in the front at manis they had a space between the two stations in use, along with shields between you and the manicurist. They also have people wash their hands upon entry. I had booked and prepaid online but ended up owing a little more since I did gel instead of regular polish. Just a suggestion to maybe add that as an option to the online booking. (they are cash only in person but online takes cards). Great experience and will go back.

Vincent went above and beyond my expectations. I am really happy with my gel manicure. As someone who needs a bit on guidance and reassurance when choosing colour, I am impressed by Vincent's involvement in the process! He blended two color border to make sure he will achieve the exact shade of natural colour I desired. Made cute small dots on my nails with a lot of precision and attention to the detail. Great job at shaping and cutting the cuticles. Could not be more happy with the final product and the service!
