I tried this as new place for a facial as I had a horrible previous experience. I had the 30minutes facial from Kristina which was amazing and very relaxing. She was lovely and welcoming. I was offered green tea and a ferrero rocher after my session. Customer service was really good and my skin was left feeling lush with a variety of products used tailored to my skin type. I will be returning.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the Beauty Lounge. I'm particularly picky when it comes to having treatments having grown up with a mother who has always worked in the industry. The Beauty Lounge is such a gem of a place. All the staff are lovely, warm and welcoming. The treatments and therapists are brilliant and well priced. The atmosphere in the salon is always so calming and little touches make you feel like you've been really well looked after.

Highly recommend Beauty Lounge! In the past week I have had LVL lashes and they are AMAZING! I have also had a 1 hour full body massage and it was the best massage I have ever had! All the staff are so lovely and welcoming and take such good care of you! Will be back V soon! x

I am changing my review based on my experience,after 3 appointments at this salon. So,design,ambiance & cleanliness =10+ Regarding the manicure,the ladies work professional but they are poor in options,a limited range of colours from CND-regarding shellac manicure and more options on the normal man,with OPI. So technique good,short lasting shellac.My nails got cracked,very soft and not lasting 2 weeks. I am doing them with another salon,with the same techniques,but using OPI-such a big difference! When I went for my facial there,the lady was explaining the basic methods,how to clean and prepare,nothing that I was not aware of. But by the end of the treatment,I got depressed,she was finding me all the inexistent defects,in order to sell more of their treatments or products.And I went there to relax,to feel better. What I've noticed with the others customers,as well,as they are trying to push the sells with their products,cremes,vitamins,etc.Trying to convince them that they NEED those things in their life,But we don't,this is only marketing. And ladies,I understand that you have a comission from the shareholders but the salon itself,it should be proud because of the services and not for the selling action,seeing results based on the treatments that you are offering.

I had a leg wax here recently and I was really impressed with how efficient and attentive Kristina was. I've found that when I have been to other salons, particularly when I've booked for upper leg, they often miss hairs around the top and the backs of my legs. I really appreciated Kristina making sure she did the full area properly. She was very professional but also warm and friendly which was great.

I had a fantastic massage with Catalina. She somehow managed to properly work the knots in my upper back and make me feel really relaxed, all in 30 minutes! Lovely place, friendly staff, well organised, with thorough safety procedures in place. Nothing to fault.

A high end salon that you'd expect to find in Knightsbridge or alike. Very welcoming staff, spotlessly clean and absolutely great treatments. The eyelashes are amazing very natural and they always check you're 100% satisfied the entire time you're there. A beautiful little retreat to charge your batteries

It’s a nice place and I have had relaxing experiences here because of the environment/nice music, but I just want to give constructive feedback . Yesterday I came on my bike. I realised I forgot my key for the lock and thought ‘oh no I must go home’. Then I thought ‘stop being so shy/socially anxious and just check if they’ll let you take the bike in’. Then the receptionist said yes. Although I would have completely understood if they had said no as my expectation was they wouldn’t want it. However the manager then proceeded to tell me they don’t allow bikes in because they damage the walls which I completely understand however it felt like blame was being put on me ( a customer), when really it’s the responsibility of the business to communicate with their team. And this was repeated to me by the manager multiple times even though I had already acknowledged it. I felt like a teenager who had done something wrong. I just think it’s basic customer service to put the customer first, especially in this instance where the customer had done nothing wrong. The impression I got was that I had brought the bike in without permission or was objecting to it, when I had asked and also agreed with your points. I don’t own a business but I think the customer is the most important thing. They are giving you both their time and money when they visit/purchase from you when they could go to a competitor. You want to do whatever you can to make their experience as happy as possible. The correct thing to do would be to have not said anything to the customer and after the customer had left, communicate with your team what the rules are around bikes. I’m really new to all this beauty stuff so feel quite uncomfortable, so this experience hasn’t really helped as I already feel quite low confidence around it. I had the complete opposite experience of a customer being made to feel comfortable. The kerfuffle was also in front of another customer which made me feel more awkward. It was also my birthday the next day so I felt more down when I came home. I also felt the manager was upset for using treatwell to book appts. I understand it’s an extra cost to your business/sometimes an inconvenience but as a customer they have a good UX and it provides the ability to get price/Availability comparisons. Again I felt I was being blamed for doing something I feel makes my life easier when it could easily have been politely suggested. It feels like everyone else here has a very positive experience and it’s just me being targeted/not respected and they don’t want me there (me being dramatic).
