I had a massage here yesterday afternoon and as soon I arrived I had a lovely warm welcome. This is no exaggeration, it was the best massage I have ever had. I have been fortunate enough to travel quite a lot all of my life and had massages around the world. Silvia was incredible, I shall be going back again soon for sure! Thanks again! My therapist nicky was very knowledgeable with years of experience and made me feel at ease and relaxed as soon as I entered the room after my treatment my face felt smooth and hydrated .the salon itself has lovely decor and very classy. Fantastic experience!!! I've decided to do a full beauty session ( hair and wax )and pampering session( back, neck ,legs and facial massage) at Beauty on the Spot and it was the best gift I could have make myself after one year of lockdown and I strongly recommend it to everyone! I love my new haircut and feeling like a new person after the full pampering! The staff was lovely and very flexible, unfortunately I had to change my appointment on different occasions but Dee was very flexible and reschedule it showing understanding and patience ( I was not an easy client lol).The massage was amazing, Silvia has magic hands and I do recommend everyone to book a session with her ASAP! Initially I couldn't find the salon, Victoria called me and kindly came out to meet me and took me there. As soon as I walked in I got a good vibe about the place, there was a pleasant atmosphere, all the staff worked together and got on. Natalie cut and styled my hair, she is a lovely lady and a great stylist, she knew what she was talking about and I am really pleased with my haircut. Very difficult to find, but well worth the confusion! My hair dresser was very knowledgeable, taking account of my hair type when making recommendations. She was also very friendly and gentle during wash, cut and blow dry . She took the time to make sure everything was right but was also efficient. The hair cut was exactly what I was looking for. Hello everyone I have been one of Beauty on the Spots most loyal clients when they move I follow them - I have had their treatments at least 3 times a month on a regular basis for years and I am still a dedicated follower - I find the staff kind considerate, welcoming and definitely like the attention to detail. The intensive pedicures are the best in London and I do not say this lightly. oooh and the facials are literally amazing - I will continue to frequent this salon as I know I get the results I am looking for. I've never had a pedicure before but can honestly say this was a lovely experience. I arrived late but the ladies were understanding and still gave me my full treatment. I liked the fact that the ladies don't go with any colour varnish you choose but check to see if it is complimentary against your skin. It was very relaxing and my feet look beautiful.... sandals only from now.

She's always been checking how the results are, never made me feel uncomfortable and always tried to arrange an appointment at the best suitable time for me. I suffer from back pain and it usually hurts when I get massages, but Leila was so gentle, for the first time I had absolutely no pain and because of that I was able to really enjoy it. Quite surprised to read about the reviews on here. I firstly got a great deal on groupon for laser hair removal & it went so well that I decided to buy 2 more block sessions. I suffered very badly with ingrown hairs prior to my treatment and they have improved dramatically. My sessions have been quick & easy and I've always been seen on time by friendly staff. I personally would recommend.

I waited till the last week to use my Groupon voucher for a cut and blow-dry (as they did not have a hair stylist available during the first few weeks when it was valid!) and also turned up late to my appointment, as I had not allowed enough time for the long journey to the City from Ruislip - but the manageress and young lady stylist were very forgiving! The pleasant young lady did a very good cut, just what I wanted, and was quick. The salon was not easy to find - a tiny room in an office block basement - but was a hive of activity, with pedicures, manicures and other services available as well as hairdos.

Been here for over a year for laser hair removal treatments. Staffs are super friendly, always seen on time. I had no problems in postponing my appointments when I had to. I don't see any reasons to complaint. Will recommend highly. In case of treatment, my results are super amazing :)

I guess the only "negative" bit is that I felt she rushed a bit towards the end, as she said that will put more product and will also continue trimming / thinning my hair which in the end didn't happen. Firstly, to reply to the message left by Beauty on the spot- we did use your service. It would be ridiculous for someone to leave a rating without using the service. No one has time for that. Secondly, I didn’t rate it very highly because our appointment kept being changed, and the massage room was in an office meeting room with gaps on the glass door so it was a bit strange to get change in there. Lastly, the facial was a bit rough, the beautician’s palms were rubbing on my lips repeatedly and I ended up tasting a lot of the products.

I’m really pleased with my cut by Gabby yesterday, I feel ready for the summer! She listened to what I did/didn’t want, but also made suggestions, and I love the result. The cut itself was quick and efficient, checking with me as we went that I was happy with the length etc. The blow dry looked great - I’m not sure I will be able to create the light bounce she did when I dry it at home, but at least I know what I’m aiming for! Quite surprised by all of the bad reviews on here, as nine times out of ten I have a positive experience when visiting. Especially when being treated by the owner Dee – request her if you can. I originally booked through Treatwell years ago and have been going ever since. They've even been charging me the same price each time, despite it being more expensive now. They've definitely increased in size over the last 18 months or so and have many more members of staff, which is obviously jeopardising some people's experiences and treatments. Also, bring back your reward card!
