The best nail shop in Greenwich such good customer service, always so clean, and when you show they a picture of a nail design you like they always replicate it perfectly, I never go anywhere else!

Located not far from Greenwich. Always busy but in a nice waynie have never been told there is no one to do my nails at the convenient time. Staff friendly and with skills. I have been going to do my nails in there for over a year now always very satisfied with result and price.

All I would say is, if you are thinking of having a manicure with normal polish then do it yourself at home… Lack of attention to detail and really not neat!

Been going here for a over a year now very welcoming and always fit me in with out appointment. My nails always look lovely when walking out the shop, yes I’ve had couple of time we’re my nails have chipped after day or two but with out any question they will happy sort them out for me with no problem. Best nail shop I’ve been to in a long run and like I said they are always welcoming.

I had my nails done here a couple of months ago. Full set of acrylics. Had one infill on them in Australia and they are still on great ! No lifting at all. I shall be back for a new full set soon as I have left these so long w my busy schedule. This place is fantastic. Definitely recommend. Beautiful work.

I have been in the beauty industry for over 14 years working mostly in Dubai and Cruise Liners and I have become a beauty trainer/ambassador in the last 2 years and really admire when i see something notable. I can see this team have worked at perfecting their services as well as all the behind the scenes necessities the client's seldom see or know about. My friend recommended it to me while i am in London and she knows how choosy i am. Their salon was incredibly busy when i was there but i noticed that not one person waited to be seen and their transitions were smooth and subtle with no fuss. Another thing i must mention is they use a machine to sterilise all their metal tools which only very high end salons/labs have. I also spoke to both therapists who told me they really liked to work there which is a massive plus to have people who enjoy to work in the industry. Great team-Fantastic service and excellent prices!

I usually do my nails there they are all great staff very friendly, and last time I went I had my waxing done by piona, I was really amazed she so efficient quick and literally it was the first time I have no pain she was really good I would definitely recommend it xxx

The best place in London for waxing, they are really professional. I'm pregnant so I thought I was going to be painful having the waxing done, but she made it really quickly and painless. I totally recommend this place for waxing.

The need to sort out their booking system. I booked myself for shellac mani&pedi and had 5 (!) people working on me. They change around as people come in either with booking or simple walk-ins and don't communicate with each other so the whole process took 1h 20 mins!! Pretty much double the time it should take. It could have been much better experience but I just got frustrated with it because I had to keep telling them where the last person stopped. Shame really.

It's a cheap bish bosh kind of place. Gets the job done in my case shellac mani. Got what I wanted. This is 100pc Vietnamese place don't expect them to even look at you. They are busy chatting to themselves. I wouldn't get a removal here they seem to have bad practice but to get straightforward mani is fine.
