This salon is absolutely amazing and will forever be my go-to! the team are so friendly and professional and always make me feel so welcome. Carmen does my lashes and has always made me feel comfortable during the treatment. She's great to talk to and my lashes have always looked wonderful. They're really good quality and I was surprised how long the lash extensions lasted without having to go for infills (just over a month!). I'm really happy with their service and would 100% recommend to anyone :)

I visited the salon today, I must have been the most nervous customer they’ve had in a while coupled with very high expectations… I was really impressed.. lots of care, attention and reassurance. Really happy with the outcome.. my daughter who’s my biggest and best critic though my brows looked great!

Carmen was really thorough with explaining the process and aftercare. She made me feel comfortable throughout (my eyes flicker ALOT!) and listened to issues I’d had with previous treatments. The salon has a cute friendly vibe and I’ll be happy to pop back in 8 weeks time.

My partner and I got an eyebrow wax and an eyebrow thread and both were exceptional. This is the longest any beauty practitioner has spent on my eyebrows as they wanted to achieve the best result for me. She was so happy to go back and change anything I wanted to make sure it was perfect for me and I am so pleased with the result! They were so so friendly and made me feel really relaxed. And I haven't laughed that much in a while either. 10/10 would recommend this salon.

I went there for the first time to have my eyebrows threaded today. I must admit I was a bit nervous as not everyone does it well and as I have had bad experiences in the past in other salons, but I am SUPER happy with the result! This is the place to get your brows done in South London, in fact the whole of London!! Carmen and Cleo aren't just beauticians, they're artists!! They take such pride and care in what they are doing, every time I go in I feel like I'm being spoilt! Very nice salon run and owned by two beautiful lovely sisters. They make you feel very welcome you feel as if you have been going there for years on your first visit. If its your first time going there they tell you how to look after your lashes once they are on. I have been going there now for a few months I won't go anywhere else.
