This is the only salon that can do my hair as its very thick and the colour takes to it well very pleased

This was a really positive experience . The staff were really welcoming and friendly. I felt that my hair needs were listened to and met with care and skill. This was my first trip here, will definitely be booking again in the future - a really great place to have local.

My mani n pedi were good. Little issue in when the foot scrub (or cheese grater as I call it) was used, a bit too vigorously, I ended up with a graze on the side of my foot which I didn't know about until I got home. Overall okay though.

I am so pleased that I have found Mary at Bounce. These are the best highlights I've ever had. I've had so many compliments. My hair feels amazingly soft and radiates a pureness in colour. Highlights are expertly applied, the results last ages and still look natural even with some regrowth. A friendly, relaxing experience. Highly recommend. Thank you Mary.

I used to always come here for a wash and blow dry and always used to pay £25. I recently came here and was quoted over the phone the wash and blow dry is still £25, after explaining my hair is thick and long as I know hairdressers get excited and try and charge you more when they see long hair. The hair stylist done an amazing blow-dry and was very friendly but when it came to paying she asked me how much I pay and I told her £25 and she said next time it will be £30 due to length of hair. Then a lady stepped in and said the price has changed its going to be £30 apparently she wrote it already on the book but was rather bizarre because i was told £25 over the phone. I paid the £30 because the lady was nice and done a good job but wont be returning because you cant change the prices suddenly, this should be explained before they start doing your hair. Note to salon/to keep customers you most always be honest and explain to them properly and perhaps say on the next occasion it will be this price, because greed is what looses you money.

Very friendly and professional salon. After having an amazing Hammam experience right next door to bounce salon, i had my hair done. Figured to have a full pampered day. I was not disappointing! i will be coming back regularly. Thank you for such a lovely time and making me feel like a new women at the end of the day!

Great hairdressers and beauty salon I had a gel manicure and a restyle my hair was cut recently elsewhere but wasn’t in good shape just didn’t sit right i decided on a whim too take a chance so popped into Bounce after work that was a good choice I was pleasantly surprised they fixed me up nicely. My hair and nails look great there’s free parking a great spot for drivers and a bus stop literally outside so an easy commute for all. I’m Sticking with them they do most beauty treatments at a very reasonable price. And their lovely ladies customers service 10/10

Lovely experience at Bounce Salon. I booked a Keratin BraIlian treatment and with my untameable Afro hair, I was unsure about the outcome. Mary, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me about the treatment, what to expect, and clearly advised me on how to maintain the effects of my treatment. I was extremely pleased with the quality of my treatment; my hair is much more manageable, the customer service received and the welcoming environment. I will be recommending and returning! Did my eye lashes there, they are so amazing, lasted so long as well with no fall out for about 3-4weeks, will definitely be going back there. Also had a nice conversation with the lady who did my lashes, very professional and honest. Great service!!

I’ve being getting my highlights at Bounce for 3 years now and I’ve never had a better colourist. It’s diffcult finding someone who can do natural looking blonde highlights and not damage your hair too much and also not leave you looking like a tiger! I could not recommend bounce more highly - especially for blondes!! Thanks ladies 💓
