Had a lovely experience at this new salon in Victoria. I went for the famous Shellac Manicure. It’s been a week and my nails still look good. Great choice of colours. I absolutely love the rustic feel to the salon. Staff very friendly and engaging. Defiantly recommend.

UPDATE: The salon contacted me to apologise and arrange for a complementary manicure to fix the problem. The manicurist was very apologetic and careful to make sure I didn't have issues again - it's good to find a place that cares about customer service. And I'm happy to say my nails are chip free a week later. I had a shellac manicure last week. Within 4 days 2 nails were badly chipped. I wrote to them to express my disappointment/ask if they could repair. Another 2 days later and I have no response and a third badly chipped nail.

Best manicure I ever had in London ! The mood of the salon is very friendly and relaxing. The staff is very nice and professional. All women should test this beauty salon! Personally, I will return!

Small but clean place with comfort and warm atmosphere. Ladies professional, massage very good except just when the lady started the massage by cold hands. Generally I am happy I booked it.
