I have never felt more welcome or looked after at a salon. Suman is not only kind and caring but extremely talented. I constantly get compliments on my eyebrows wherever I go. I can't thank Suman and her team enough. I finally feel confident with my eyebrows. Highly recommend!!

Went to Suman several years ago for eyebrow microblading. There is no denying she is extremely good at what she does. However, what she is not very good at is treating her customers well. She would laugh and scoff at my answers to her questions, which I found to be rather rude and demeaning despite her having no issues taking my hard earned money!!! In addition, she was on her phone constantly and other staff members would freely enter and leave the treatment room. I guess you only get treated well if you are a celebrity or decked out in designer clothing. Did anyone never tell you Suman, looks can be deceiving!!! Thankfully, I now have the lovely Jansu do my top up treatments. I saw her after Christmas and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is a true professional. Suman take note...

Wow! What can I say, she is literally a brow magician, after waiting a year with lockdown brows Suman worked her magic! Convenient location easy to get to and park, even after being late I was able to get my brows done, super professional yet friendly, first time meeting Suman felt like I had met an old friend! Kamila is incredibly talented! From over plucking in my teens, I’ve lived the last decade self conscious of my eyebrows and with the chore of having to draw them on daily. One day this year it all became too much and I found Suman Brows microblading services through a detailed Google search. Kamila put me at ease right away and when we got to the appointment date I experienced just how skilled and meticulous she is. My nerves greatly appreciated it!! I walked in fresh faced and with barely any eyebrows. 2 hours later I had beautiful eyebrows! One week later and I still can’t believe that Kamila has managed to achieve full, natural looking eyebrows where there were none. Life changed! I have and will be recommending Kamila to everyone.

Sophie was amazing - really personable, made me a really good cup of tea whilst waiting for the numbing cream to set in. She gave me a realistic rundown of what to expect in the coming days and weeks after microblading. She gave her honest opinion about the shape of my brows when I was unsure about where they ended, I trusted her and they've turned out better than expected! I'm exciting to see the the transformation and the final result after the pop-up. Salon was very clean and cosy too.

Both the receptionist and the beautician were amazing I absolutely love the colour and the shape cannot recommend this place highly enough and so affordable, for such professional high quality service, loved the feel of the trendy little salon, I did not know this place was tucked away in South Kensington. And they were very understanding when I was stuck in traffic running late and called me and helped me keep my appointment . I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend !

I am a first time Suman Brows-er. I had a lovely experience and had been waiting a couple of years to take the plunge to meet Suman. Well worth it, and well worth growing my eyebrows to give Suman plenty to work with. My face has a lovely compliment now as my eyebrows have a lovely shape and tint. Suman picked a colour that suited my eye colour, I’ve never had an eyebrow specialist take into account my eye colour - how fabulous! The shape is really lovely and I’m suprised I’m in my late twenties and have never had brows like this, what a wasted youth lol. I’ll be coming back for a regular tint and tidy up, you can always afford to be fussy with who does your eyebrows as they are such an important facial feature. Be fussy and choose Suman and her team. Wow !! Just woww I am amazed at my eyebrows the best experience I have ever had !! Suman really is the queen of eyebrows I thought the price was slightly higher but that's what you get when you go to city and trust me the results are worth it ! Today I had the pleasure of having my eyebrows revamped by Suman. I am very particular about my brows and have struggled to have them done to the standards that I have always wanted it, my brows are thick, curly and unruly! Suman from the moment I walked in was smiley, friendly and so natural in her way. The salon smells amazing and the decor is chic, you can see Suman pays attention to detail. When I sat down Suman talked me through my brows and then literally worked her magic!!! For once I hadn’t said how I want them or what to do, I literally had this gut feeling about her and let’s just say my husband told me you need to keep going to her! When a husband notices and tells you to drive 26miles you know the brows are bloody good! Defo a customer for life now, if you read this review don’t think twice you need to book in and get those brows done.
