Everyone at this salon is very friendly and customer service is the best from the new owner to the therapists they are so accommodating. It has such a tranquil and spa atmosphere which is great for when I go for my massages (ask for Monica she’s brilliant). I find the decor is very welcoming for both genders and not just females, as some places are very pink and fluffy which makes me feel out of place, but not at BTS Beauty. Would highly recommend and look forward to my extraction facial with Celine next week.

My wife and I are new clients to this salon and have definitely found where we will be going for our treatments. I have sensitive skin that needs professional help and Celine really made me feel comfortable and customised the facial to help with my situation. They also do waxing for men and usually my wife does it for me but they managed to accommodate my sudden urge to get it done there and was made to feel comfortable and there was no judgement at all. My wife was also extremely happy with her brows and lashes and the massage she had with Monica left her so relaxed I booked myself in for next week, which now unfortunately has had to be moved to after Lock Down but we will be back without a doubt and are so happy to have found BTS Beauty.

I have been a client of this establishment since I was a child going along with my mum and now I’m in my thirties - all the therapists are specialists and are amazing at what they do! Celine and Monica have been there for years and are loved by all also Paulina who is new to the salon but highly experienced is superb at what she does!

The best beauty salon in London!!! The only place i go back to again and again. All services are 5* and customer service is too! I highly recommend and believe it to be safe place to visit due to its cleanliness. Try it and youll wont look back or look elsewhere

Ok..so been going here for years. Thanks to the wife.. a birthday treat turned into a regular thing. It's easy to miss when zooming down the upper Richmond road. Its tucked away. When you enter its small at the front but it goes back to reveal treatments rooms..The staff are brilliant..its relaxing and they do a mean B S&C. Wife sorts out my facials and massages..yes men need them too. Celines's my go to for all things body toning. Check it out!!
