Chi and her team are incredible. Any nail design or style they can do. The salon is so beautiful and is such a nice atmosphere to sit and have your nails done. I would definitely recommend them as one of the best nails salons in Central London as the precision and care the employees take is unlike so many other salons I have been to. These are some of the sets Chi has done for me.

The lady who did my nails seemed highly professional and I really liked my full acrylic set as well as the gel. It wasn’t lumpy or uneven like how other nail salons do it. However. The place was very unclean, I had to go back and shower because of all the glitter that the customer before me put on their nails. The very simple design I requested to be put for only my ring fingers cost me £20 extra, which I think was extremely ridiculous. Had I known before, I wouldn’t have asked for it and would have just went with the color by itself. I left the place unsatisfied.

An amazing salon in a beautiful part of London! Chi is the loveliest woman and every member of her team is incredibly talented. They know exactly what nail shape, length and colours will most suit you and their nail art is the absolute best. I don’t think there is a design that Chi isn’t able to recreate on your nails. A truly incredible experience and great quality service. Chi nails is a must-visit in London.

I can’t thank Chi and her team enough! I had my nails done before going on holiday to London and within 5 days 5 nails had chipped! I walked into Chi’s shop without an appointment and displayed my broken nails! They took care of it right away. They were so nice and generous! They fixed the broken nails and put an extra layer of protection on the rest of the nails. Amazing customer service! Wish I lived here so I could always go to them! I truly can’t thank them enough for their time and generosity. One of the best nail experiences I have ever had!

They can literally do anything!!! any design, it’s already on your nail. Plus everyone is so nice and so considerate! Would recommend to literally anyone especially to people who want a nail design but think it’s too complicated, it’s not for Chi Nails.

Got some gels removed as my normal nail artist is booked up and I don't see her for another week or so and needed them off, I also had them painted with normal varnish. The removal and mani were both good, but the salon is CLUTTERED with junk and it was so grubby. I understand nail dust gets everywhere but if there wasn't so much rubbish lying around it'd probably be alot easier to keep clean. There are tables and chairs piled high with stuff, it's so unorganised! Needs a good declutter and a deep clean I think!

This is the most amazing nail bar ever! The venue is so so pretty - the inside so clean and pretty ! The staff polite - friendly - gentle and their work is so detailed. I have had numerous visits to various nail bars for 15 years and nothing compares to this place! My daughter had nail art - she found a Pinterest pic To show what she wanted and thr work was done identically and the care and detail was superb! I had nail extensions and French manicure and they too were impeccable We will be frequent visitors!

I would give this place 5 stars. But after a long time, the nailpolish had damaged. Because it was not dry enough. They had put layer on layer so it could not dry. There are also air bubbles in the nailspolis because of that. I give 4 stars because the people who work there are Nice people. Good hospitality

Best nail art in London. I first went to Chi’s for my Christmas nails in ‘18 and never looked back! Paid £100 for shellac manicure and pedicure ( infills for the manicure ). Whilst the infill was of a very good quality ( £50 for infill ... wow ), the pedicure left a lot to desire for the price I paid. it was a bit of a spur of the moment , but not a place I would go back to - the price was absolutely not worth the quality. Admitedly I suspect you pay the postcode , I did not think it was really worth it.

Chi is absolutely amazing - everytime I go she does the most amazing nail art and acrylics I’ve ever seen and trust me on this as I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in London. You definitely pay for quality as your nails will never be anything but perfect 😍 Chi is also lovely so customer service is just as good as the craftsmanship.

Omg I dont know why the rate is so low here, they're got 5* reward on treatwell last year and 4,2* atm. Anyway, have my nails done last 3 weeks , very happy about it, In fact the shellac colour I have on now been on very well and no lifting or peeling at all, worth the money, I strongly recommend this placed.

I am giving 3 stars only cause the shellac was very well done. Even tho it took them almost 2 hours to do shellac only on hands WITHOUT manicure. They are sooooo slow and leave you hanging in between of your hands getting done for like 20 min every time to take care of new costumers. Ridiculous
