This was my second time at Chocolate & Nails. First time was at Northfield with Alina who was very experienced and my shellac lasted a long time. This time I was directed to their Ealing Broadway branch where Andrea provided a first class service where I had overlay with ombre shellac. I wanted a design on my ring fingers and left it to her to do her own design. Andrea is very friendly providing step by step info on each stage of working with my nails. Cherry on top was coffee n chocolates! Bliss! Thank you Andrea!

Lovely place and very friendly relaxing atmosphere. My daughter and I had our nails done a week ago. It was our first time, I had classic manicure with lovely daisies on( see photos ), results were better than I imagined. Thank you to the two girls making us feel special! Lovely relaxing salon. They know how to run a business to make their clients happy, all the little details, like the decor, the sweets, the complementary coffee, the Friends on TV, the pleasant tone of all the staff make you feel comfortable and welcome. On top of that the quality of the service excellent, I had a Shellac pedicure and hard gel manicure, and the results are truly beautiful. Alina's service was very warm and professional. She was gentle and precise, did a little foot massage and hand massage to end the procedures which was very nice. She remembered me from a previous appointment and what colour I got, which is excellent customer care. I brought a reference picture and she managed to recreated exactly the look I was looking for. All the ladies clearly like their work, the overall vibe is great, whether you want to chitchat and gossip, or just chill and enjoy being papered, you will enjoy your time here. Highly recommend.

It was my first time to visit there as my favorite salon has recently been closed. They are generally good with nice attitude to make customers happy. Just staff who I received shellac manicure needs more experience. I’ve got a little bleeding when I had a cuticle removal. She explained that it happened because there were too much excess skin around my nails, however I’ve never got any issues like that in any nail salons for 15 years so I would say it’s lack of her skill and experience. I will look for other salons first and may come back.

LOVE this salon! the service and quality is what I have been seeking from a nail salon. The technicians were really accommodating to my design request and spent time perfecting to the style that I requested. The price is of great value considering the quality. Have been to Chocolate and Nails twice now and I have always left with a big smile on my face and killer nails. All the ladies there are absolutely lovely and make every guest feel very welcome. My favourite nail place to get gels done. The salon is always very clean and comfortable. A big shout-out to the lovely Yara, who did my nails so well on several occasions, that they lasted over a month! She also helped pick the best blue-green combo which I now get, every time.

Everything was super clean and hygienic. They opened a brand new set of tools for doing my nails in front of me and all the staff were very friendly. The nail technician I had today was called Mary and she really took her time and kept making sure throughout that I was happy with each stage of applying the acrylics, to checking the length, shape etc. As I have young kids and use my hands alot I went for a very short nail 💅 My nails look amazing and very natural and I would definitely recommend Mary and the shop as a whole! Time will tell how long the nails will last, but I feel confident that they won't be coming off any time soon. 😍

UPDATE: Been going here since they opened, their service is still consistent throughout. New treatments are added such as waxing which is very useful. Very happy with the girls they do amazing work. Beautifully decorated nail salon. The use top quality products. Theres chocolate everywhere, it looks so pretty, they did a gorgeous Gel manicure and the staff are so well spoken. Very clean and hygienic which is not always the case in other salons, their customer service is unparalleled. I found my nail salon at last.

Amazing! This is the first time I have ever had a pedicure and I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. My cousin recommended this place and I thought I would try it out for myself. The establishment is extremely clean and all the staff are very friendly. They offer you a free hot drink which is always a plus 😁. The pedicure was so relaxing and because of my job always on my feet and I needed some pampering. This is not your East Asian salon! Iv'e lost count of how many times I've visited Chocolate & Nails. I recommend it to all my friends and family. My nails have been great every single time! I have never left disappointed ever and my nails always last. The nail art is to die for and I haven't found anywhere as near talented like the girls here. They practice Russian manicures here which are recognised to have the highest standards in the world. Chocolate & Nails is one of the few salons in London I found that does this. The salon is spotless and I mean sparkling clean especially the pedicure seats and basins. The prices are on par with the Ealing area. Love Chocolate and Nails xx

Update - I returned today after the lockdown, and as usual the girls were amazing. AMAZING! I am SUPER picky about my nails and have probably tried a few dozen other places and none come close to Chocolate & Nails. The speed, price and attention to detail often aren't all found in one place. I always leave really happy and don't have to return for weeks because my nails hold up without fail every time. Love the whole place and haven't had a bad experience. Won't go anywhere else. Best manicure and pedicure in London, hands down. They take Covid serious here and the salon is very spacious. Cant wait to go back post lockdown.

This place is so sanitary it shocked me quite a bit. Honestly wasn't use to a salon being this clean! Not only that but, the nail techs actually throw away the old utensils and brings out new sealed utensils in pouches. When I was getting my manicure, the tech listens to all my requests without a problem. She fulfilled each one of them beautifully. Everything was honestly to my liking. Really like the results of my nails. Each one was just pretty!

If you want to be pampered and treated nicely - you found the right place. The place offers coffee to its clients (all within covid safety measurements) which is a rarity for nail places in London, especially for such decent prices this salon has (and I'm talking about a decent ground coffee). It also has complementary chocolates and sweets. I had a shellac nail procedure - nail cuticles were prepped for the removal, nails professionally buffed and filed, application of shellac was smooth and the final result was immaculate. The overall atmosphere is super clean, ladies working there are friendly, I had one which was warmhearted and very attentive. They also had Friends on TV, which added to the homey and relaxed atmosphere. It doesn't matter much, it could have been any music or tv series, yet all details of the service were well thought. I also had a short chat with a lady at the reception who was probably the owner. She asked about procedure, whether all was good, and provided with a voucher card (6th treatment gets 30% off). Definitely coming back, even if this salon is a bit further from my house.

I randomly came across this salon on google search trying to find a decent place to get my nails done. They were able to squeeze me in for a last min apt. The girls did an amazing pedicure and manicure. It was the most comprehensive to date, and definitely better than the Vietnamese place I usually go to. Recently moved to the area and walked past this beautiful salon one day. Booked through treatwell but the salon rung to say the time had clashed with appointments booked through Instagram and directly with the salon. Very accomodating to a time that worked for me. I found Chocolate and Nails while searching for a salon nearby that offered hard gel nail extensions. I called at lunchtime on the bank holiday and they managed to fit me in at the end of the day despite being fully booked. When I arrived I was given a book full of great designs and colours of Shellac to choose from. I was introduced to my nail technician, Tanya and offered tea or coffee. I opted for a latte that came with a Lindt chocolate - it was lovely! I was sat at a table at a safe distance with a plastic barrier between us - I never felt unsafe at all during my visit in the midst of a pandemic. Even though it was the end of a very long day for the staff, while wearing a face mask, it never showed and I felt relaxed the whole way through. Tanya was meticulous with her application of my nails and professional but friendly. I can’t wait to go back and will be adding a pedicure on my next visit. I have found my new regular spot. The first time I went I had nails that were breaking so thanks to Claudia (nail technician) she pampered my nails with opi gel and after two weeks they finally grew I came back and had another lovely lady named Alex who gave me a lovely opi gel manicure! I love coming here. I've been here three times all for shellac mani and on one occasion a pedi too. It's the best shellac I've ever had' no chips and my nails are shaped perfectly 😌 The girls are so lovely and welcoming and the coffee with lindt chocolate is a wonderful touch. On my second visit there was a mix up with my booking but it was sorted no problem. I never normally get my nails done, but this has now become my new 'treat' and I won't be going anywhere else! I visit Claudia for my hands to get hard gel extensions and infills. This was my first time coming to Chocolate and Nails and I had a very pleasant experience. The interior of this nail salon is like heaven and girls were super hygienic. My nails were a bit damaged after getting acrylic extensions somewhere else near by but my technician removed them with care and treated my nails very delicately. I picked a dark green colour and It looks stunning. The nail bar is the most beautiful place with the large tree inside and chocolate everywhere💅💅 I had pre booked and the most unique thing was they brought out a sterilised bag of tools with my name on it! Be aware- free lindor, ferrero rocher and chocolate truffles everywhere. Offered a free tea and barista made coffee as well.
