Friendly staff and spacious place (felt clean covid wise). However, very expensive for SNS (£48) - usually pay £30 elsewhere - and they only lasted for 2 days before one snapped off. Also quite bumpy and not fully sanded down at the edges so look quite fake. Saw another woman get a gel manicure which looked perfect but maybe not the best place to go for SNS.

Excellent service by TD, she was super friendly and very professional. Got a perfect nail set for these sunny days. There were even snacks and massage during pedicure. Very pleased with my visit here and would comeback again!

These nail technicians are not the type to rush you out of your seat. Best service I've had, and I'm pretty much a regular now. They have loyalty cards too. Only thing I'd criticise is their pricing as it's not really consistent. I get the same treatment every time but I've paid 3 different totals which can be annoying sometimes. Used to be a loyal customer since they had opened. I felt that the service has gone down so much especially in the past one year. Some staffs not only randomly charged extra pounds which stopped me from giving tips, they also show no respects when doing their jobs. I don’t need you to smile at me but at least be polite also don’t watch videos/ lie around when you find a time gap while doing my nails. It looks terribly unprofessional. I also tried to ignored that (since the first visit) they constantly giggled and spoke to each other in their language right after I shared something about myself, which made me feel uncomfortable. Also I understand that running a business is hard but you don’t have to show that to customer. I worked very hard to earn my money, it’s not cheap to come here every three weeks to do manicures/ pedicures or even both sometimes. it used to be the greatest enjoyment to come here after crazy weeks at work which I always wished I could stay longer. However in the past 6 months I just wanted to get everything done quickly and leave ASAP. Recently I felt that I was being charged unfairly and the service just doesn’t worth that price I paid anymore. I have decided to rather do my own nails from now on until I feel the urgent need to come back. I would still give it 3 stars because the space is really clean, big selection of colours, the place looks shiny and new also they do serve you tea with sweets for every visit.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. I came here at lunch today to get my acrylics taken off and then just a gel manicure. They’ve done such a fab job and my nails look brilliant... and it only took 40 minutes for the whole thing! My usual place would take well over an hour to do the exact same thing. Will definitely be coming back!

Had a gel pedicure and gel manicure on different occasions here and it was great! The staff are friendly, I'm always offered a hot drink and I'm left to just relax and get my treatment done. The only downside for me is the price, it's £38 for a gel manicure and I think it was £45+ for a gel pedicure. It's in the city though, so you can expect to pay more!
