Fantastic salon, I’d regularly go there for my leg arm and underarm waxing. Vaishali is the best and would always provide a lovely service! Always made me feel comfortable and it is very easy to make an appointment. I’m very sad to be moving house as I’ll have to find someone as good as her! It will be hard!

Professional and friendly service. From booking my appointment to walking into the salon, I was greeted so warmly. My eyebrows were threaded and I've had so many compliments on them since. Also had a mani and pedicure. Very clean salon and lovely staff. Definitely going back.

I got the shellac done on my toes. I thought I booked a pedicure but I didn't, the lady there was nice enough to add it on for me last minute! I thought that was very kind of her. The place is very clean and safe as well. All staff were wearing face masks. There was also hand sanitizer by the desk when you arrive. Happy to say they got themselves a regular customer!

My favourite beauty salon ever. Snehal is the queen of waxing, all staff is professional, friendly, and skilled. Any wax is done perfectly and gently, facials are also great and the eyelashes perm and brows threading very well done. I am updating my review to include experience with hair, Fatima is now my go-to to fix my hair after disasters and create a nice cut and colour with a smile and good mood. The salon is clean, nice temperature and clean towels and tools. Plus prices are reasonable and scheduling very flexible. Even if I don’t live nearby anymore, I always make my way here. Keep up he good work, ladies!

Great, friendly service provided. The prices are very reasonable. As a man, I have always been quite intimidated going to a heavily feminine dominated beauty salon, but the therapist reassured me that apparently it is common for men nowadays! I made an appointment same day for a couple hours after and availability seems to be very good. Results (eyebrow tint and shape) were great and didn't look feminine on me which was the result I wanted.

Was quite happy to use this salon for my family's facials, threading etc. for well over a year, but I was let down regarding a refund/re-scheduling an appointment paid for in advance by them delegating any decision to a man that seems to own the salon - they told me he was responsible for all decisions in this regard, but he's not even based at the salon! Once I had contacted Treatwell to get to the bottom of it my daughter, who the appointment was for, told me not to bother as she wouldn't feel comfortable going back. We have now found another salon. It's a shame as we like to support local businesses but not when they give you the run around and not when they have to hide behind a man instead of making their own decisions. If you want to use them do not pay in advance.

Very nice experience. Friendly staff and good quality work. I went for threading and unlike past experiences, they didn't hurt anywhere. I have even visited for wàxing, mini facial and blow dry. Very professional and they use really good products. Vishali is very kind and does the work the way we need. I usually book online and did not have a long waiting period for the turn. Their quality of work makes me go back again.

Great Service, they always keep your appointment time and the place is spotless. I got a Hollywood wax so I obviously can't post a photo but the results were perfect and the beauty therapists are polite and professional. I've also get my eyebrows threaded here and they are, indeed, on fleek.

Had eye lashes done 6mth ago . After one week they were painful as she didn't attach them to my lashes but onto the skin . I know they have a great reputation but it was a negligent treatment as my eyes were painful because the glue clotted. Bad job

Very good shellac and eyebrow thread. Eyebrow threads usually hurt me very badly but, this was pleasant. Good staff and friendly to deal with hence why I'm going back for a spray tan.
