My go to place for eyebrow threading as usual, but I decided to go the extra mile and get my brows tinted - it was worth it! Thank you so much dimple for the amazing service! Loved chatting with your staff, too!

The staff here are genuinely lovely - very friendly helpful. The salon has a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. I haven't tried the other services (massage, eyebrows, nails etc.) so can't comment on the quality but the hair stylist was very good. She was able to handle my very thick, 3b curly hair. I went in for a cut and half-head highlights. The cut was perfect, and the highlights are nice. Very reasonably priced too. Would recommend, and will definitely be going again!

Classy salon with friendly staff. Looked after me very kindly as I was feeling a bit wobbly. Did my eyebrows very well and swiftly for only £8 (threading)but the manicure was a mistake. Less skilfull work and the nail varnish just wouldn't dry. After 20 minutes under the dryer I got up to pay and go but it smudged against my clothes. So we had to start all over again. Forty minutes later I just had to go but even with care putting my coat on, it smudged again. £24 almost wasted. But maybe manicures always take that long. I wouldn't know - never had one before.

My friend and I were given a pamper package as a gift. Our first impression was that the salon was lovely but the customer care particularly from the manager do not live up to expectations. He moved one of our pedicurists without an explanation and then proceeded to badger the other pedicurists who was now dealing with 2 customers to go after. This meant that what had been a relaxing experience became one where we had to continually negotiate our next treatment and staff were unable to tidy the area that we were in. We also asked to swap one treatment for another but were told it was impossible as he was very stressed but if we wanted to come back on another day we could. Overall the staff giving the treatments were lovely but the manager needs some customer service skills.

I am a regular. No matter how far I live I go to this salon as it's the only place I can trust to do my eyebrows! I love tidy-up and no reshaping of my natural shape. All staff know what they are doing and there is no need to book with anyone in particular. No need to book either for threading. I keep my stamp book and get every 6th threading for free. Waxing is different each time, true. My opinion, it's pure human factor. It's best done by ppl with medical experience but not all of them go into beauty industry. So fair enough.

Nice setting and equipment. I visited on a Friday afternoon for a pedicure. It wasn't busy but with only 3 staff they were a bit slow on the service. The massage chair for the pedicure was great but you can tell it's seen better days. The pedicure itself was only ok.

Najwa gave me a very professional, precise hair cut and was very friendly, though we had to interact in a bit of French and a bit of English. She was an absolute star and I'd recommend her! Merci Najwa!

I've gone here for 1) hair 2) lashes 3) massage. The hair hooked me as they can actually manage my curly frizzy mane with absolute adeptness and panche. Consistently good blow dry and I've used both Fatana and the Italian girl. Lashes made a loyal client, as they are quite affordable and long-lasting. Massage was with Angel, who lives up to her name for absolutely nurturing and soothing back rub. This is now my neighborhood go-to spot! It is not as price friendly as places back in Dubai but for London, its average pricing and def above average quality!
