I received a great service. The doctor was incredibly helpful and honest - so instead of doing more procedures I did less. Which maybe in the short term means less income to Dermadoc but in long term means that they gained my trust and not only that I'll be coming back I will also be recommending them to others.

Dr. Tukmachi is always in high demand for a reason, he is a perfectionist and will always steer on the conservative side, with a view to do more if needed. His "less is more" approach demonstrates genuine concern for his patient vs his bank account. Very polite and professional service. This was my fist time having botox and I was taken through the whole process in detail beforehand. We discussed what I wanted, what to expect, and proper aftercare. All my questions and concerns were addressed. The actually process was quick and nowhere near as painful as I feared. I did fillers 3 weeks ago first time; I waited in order to give a better review. Dr Firhaas Tukmachi strongly preferred to act with caution and gave me his availability for later review, since I was fairly decisive to try this treatment. I had, personally, zero adverse reactions. The doctor's manners where exemplar, he listened to the patient, and the fee not inflated. He treated my chin for a particular shape I didn't like, explaining very clearly the anatomical constraints for the procedure and its results, beforehand. I also had smile lines filled up. Again, he decided to act with caution and the result is lovely to me. I could afford to think much less about my appearance, which is absolutely what I wanted.

I’ve only had a consultation but I already know I will never go to any doctor for any non-surgical cosmetic procedures other than Dr.Firas! So incredibly welcoming and professional. He explained the technicalities behind the procedures as well as the risks thoroughly. I’ve been to many clinics, and this is the first clinic where the doctor didn’t upsell treatments. In fact he told me I don’t need the procedures that I wanted, which speaks for how genuine and ethical he is! He’s also a qualified doctor which helps as many other cosmetic procedure clinics are run by non-medical professionals. I will definitely be returning if I need any treatments. This is one of the best clinics, I've attended. I've been using Botox for 5+ years. I've been to clinics in London, Vienna and Ipswich. The product and method are excellent. The product lasts 6 months versus the average 4 months. Also, the doctor at the Hammersmith clinic insects in the hairline, which makes a big difference and mimicks a facelift without the glassy forhead or heavy eyebrows. The staff are always nice and welcoming. The pricing is very reasonable for the service and product. It's a great value for money. I really look and feel better. Thanks Dermadoc!

I cannot recommend Dr Tukmachi from the Hammersmith branch highly enough. I have been going to him for years and he is hands down one of the most professional as well as nicest practitioners out there. Also, and this is how good and genuine he is, he will not put profit over client service. He will be honest about the look you are trying to achieve and I could have wasted so much money on procedures that I had unrealistic expectations about. So I spent less money because of his excellent advice and how many other practitioners would be so upfront? He is a really down to earth and friendly Dr too. The doctor really took his time to answer my questions. On top of that, he is conservative in his approach and only recommends what he thinks is needed. For example, I wanted to do fillers and Botox, but he said that his opinion was that o didn’t need fillers and I appreciated that even though he could have easily done it and made much more money he just gave good advice. Very happy with my Botox. I am also very picky so it means something that o say that! Also significantly better priced than other places and for the same value!

I've been going to Dr Tukmachi for the past 5 years, and I can honestly tell you that if you're looking for treatments with an expert in his field and where you will get 100% satisfaction with your results, you NEED to go to Dr Tukmachi. The ladies who work at the Dermadoc Cosmetic Clinic are also completely first class, the doctor and the ladies always take such time and care to explain each procedure and give you totally honest advice, they are so genuine, kind, caring and understanding. Dr Tukmachi gives you such incredibly amazing results, that you will want to have more things done, but he will always advise you, and has told me in the past that a certain procedure I was thinking of having is not necessary for the time being (unlike other doctors who would rather you pay them more money to have more procedures done!). I am a very shy, introverted female who struggles a lot with confidence issues. I struggle with even being able to make eye contact with people sometimes or even ask for advice or help in stores, but I am always made to feel so comfortable, at ease and relaxed at the lovely clinic by the ladies and Dr Tukmachi, it's as if you're talking to family and therefore you feel like they understand your needs completely and can relax and feel comfortable. So like many women, I want to build up my confidence and feel good about myself. It feels so great to treat myself to time at the Dermadoc Cosmetic Clinic! It's like a Cinderella experience. It feels great to go to Dr Tukmachi knowing you are doing something GOOD for yourself, knowing you can trust your doctor 100% to give you the best results you're looking for. I can't recommend him highly enough! If you're even thinking of having any procedure, facial, or any cosmetic treatments, just go to the Dermadoc Cosmetic clinic and even just have a consult. I had dermal fillers over 6 years ago in my temple area by another doctor. It looked great when I had it done but in the last 2 years I noticed swelling in my face and I often got comments about it. It really started to make me feel low. A friend even thought I had put weight on but it was just the old filler that was still in face and causing water retention. I found Dr Firhass after a lot of research. I went in for a consultation and Dr Firhass very quickly understood what was going on and suggested hyaluronidase and explained it was old filler that was causing this and that it had migrated to my eyebrow area. I had to go to the clinic every week as only small amounts could be injected. Annoying but the result is amazing. I actually look younger without all the puffiness. I cannot thank Dr Firhass enough. I know that my procedure could have been a botch job by someone else. After my research I knew that Dr Firhass would fix me. I trusted him fully. The work I had done could only done by a very few elite injectors. I feel amazing, my confidence has rocketed! Thank you so much.
