Visited dimples hair saloon with my cousin and she got her hair and eyebrows done here. She has very thick and corse hair and the hairdresser was able to manage her hair with ease and gave her a beautiful haircut. The prices are really good too. I decided to also get a last minute cut here as I had had my hair ruined by my previous hairdresser. The hair dresser here found a solution and fixed my hair, i love it so much more now. Thank you so much, Definitely recommend!

I had a facial done today with a Therapist by the name of Joe. Joe was very attentive, gave me a thoroughly relaxing facial massage followed by a glowing facial. I was feeling stressed and anxious when I had arrived at the beauty parlour, I left feeling fully relaxed and glowing. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you Joe.

I've never been to the hairdresser in the UK before so I was a bit stressed but definitely there was no reason for it! The staff is very friendly and polite. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the hairdresser who cut my hair but she is very professional and helpful. Couldn't recommend more! :)

I had my dermoligica facial today at dimples I must say I was quite nervous as it was my first time and I'm very peculiar about cleanliness and hygiene and I was so delighted to see the salon was spotlessly clean. My facialist was Manisha and she did such an amazing facial. So kind gentle careful and listened to everything I said regarding how sensitive my skin is. I will definitely come back in a few days.

A very clean salon with professionally trained staff. I never go anywhere else for eyebrow threading, I particularly like Raksha for the quality of threading. She threads eyebrows like an artist. I usually also get my hair blow dried here and Teresa is the person for all hair related treatments for me. Everyone is super friendly and take into consideration what one needs.

I have been to this place several times. I only get one person to do my eyebrows, she is excellent. Last time there was a different lady who tidied the extra hair i wanted to keep , I was slightly upset. The manager Pretty was watching and when I went to pay she looked at my face and said I see your not satisfied. I had a botched hair color from another salon, and the hair expert, a master at color correction fixed my hair color for my limited budget, it is gorgeous. Took my from a splotchy reddish dark brown to a strawberry light brownish blonde. It is for a musical I am in, and everyone loves it. She explained the process as we went along! Thanks!

I had been coming here for over a year and was very happy with the service. I always come in to get my eyebrows done. I went there the other day I had a lady with golden bronze hair do my eyebrows she was really bad and very bad at customer service they didn't come out the way they did when the other girls did them she was to busy worrying about what she was going to do that night she obviously not professional and has no experience I was very shocked at the result since all the other members have always been very good. It's a shame one person spoils it for others.

I went for a massage as an end of year treat, and for the money paid, I'm hugely satisfied with what I got. I paid £65 for a mens deep tissue massage for 90 mins, and firstly I got the time I paid for which is always a good start! As a 6ft bearded bloke I must admit I did feel a bit self conscious going in as it was completely full of women (as you'd expect for a salon) and my presence did raise a few looks upon entry. The lady who tended to my neck and back was Stephanie, who genuinely is a miracle worker. I suffer from a stiff neck and really bad posture, along with a little irritation on my back, and she was professional in dealing with that, never making me feel self conscious. In working my back she knew exactly where to concentrate, and responded exactly to how my body reacted, applying pressure where it was needed, and generally giving my spine and neck a really good seeing to. She never skimped on the oil, topping up regularly as needed and my skin was never worked dry. I left feeling really relaxed, almost having fallen asleep during my treatment. The room was pleasant, and towels etc were provided. All in all, I intend on going back at least once every couple of months for a similar session as I've come away feeling relaxed and without tension in my back for the first time in about a year. I spoke to a lady named pretty, I found the waxing quite expensive but she talked me into coming and trying a different wax they do than other places for sensitive areas, lyca wax. Always get my waxing and eyebrow threading here. Staff are amazingly kind and make you feel relaxed. Loyalty scheme available and normally quick service. Private rooms upstairs for waxing but you cant bring kids upstairs ( just a heads up). Carpark is pay and display next door and 1min walk from the highstreet so lots to do around.
