I absolutely love Dream Nails. I initially only popped in to get an acrylic nail fixed that I chipped (done elsewhere) as it was close to home, and I now couldn’t imagine going to another salon for my nails! My usual technician is Marija and I simply couldn’t recommend her more. Not only is her attention to detail literally flawless, she’s so lovely (not to mention funny) and incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. I always leave the salon happy and feeling absolutely fabulous! She without fail creates the most mesmerizing beautiful nails for me and I’m genuinely obsessed. She’s also very patient with me and my indecisiveness and clumsiness 😂 Plus her pedicures are 10/10! I have also had a set done by Lisa to the same excellent standard and also highly recommend her! Overall I love this salon wouldn’t go elsewhere. I know some people aren’t happy with the pricing, but for the treatments I get done I think what I pay is very very reasonable - plus they last and don’t chip at all. Bottom line: book in immediately for nails you’ll be utterly obsessed with 😜

So I went to this place a week ago and the experience was good at the beginning. The staff customer service was really good. I went there go a pedi with my boyfriend. Everything was going well until she cut my 3rd toe and over worked my big toe. It's been 6 days and it stills hurts. I guess I should've made a bigger deal but I was so uncomfortable with the situation paired and I just left. I'm not really happy with the price and what I got. Not sure what to do now.

I've been coming here for a few years now and I never leave disappointed. Lisa is the absolute best! She does amazing nail designs, eyebrows and eyelashes, is extremely knowledgeable about all things nails, and above all is always so friendly and welcoming. Every time I come to the Dream Nails in Royal Wharf, everyone is very friendly and professional. Lisa is absolutely amazing when it comes to my eyelash extensions. Milam, who does my nails, is such a fabulous nail technician; such a lovely person. If I had one semi-negative thing to say, it would be the price increase at Dream Nails other than that, everything else is great.

Lisa is excellent with the manicure and pedicure and does it to perfection. So I am always happy to get my nails done from her. Shirin the eyebrow threading lady is excellent with her work too, not only that she is very humble and kind. She is another person who I go to regularly. Lisa and Shirin you both rock.

I got my nails done last Tuesday and was seen very last minute after work which was nice. Unfortunately I lost the piece of paper with the correct spelling of the nail technician who did my nails which is way it's taken so long to leave a review. I believe her name was Marcia but spelt differently. She was very friendly, conversationally and shown attention to detail. I don't normally like my cuticles being cut because it normally bleeds but not with Marcia she used a fine cuticles cuter and took her time to shape my nails and paid extra attention to a nail bed that has been damaged. A week on and my nails still look great. And more importantly they feel great and well taken care of. Will defo be back.

My natural eyelashes were damage due to a previous bad experience in another salon, and Gem fixed it, doing a beautiful set for me. Came here last week for first time to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I am so pleased with the results. The tint has lasted much longer than other salons I've been too and the threading was done to perfection. Mahuk was the lady that did them and would highly recommend ! Update : came here today 20th May and had another lady called Kajal do my eyebrow threading and tinting. I've never come across anyone that can do threading which is totally painless like she was. She was amazing and very professional, and gave me great advice and so friendly, thank you !!

Really wanted to like the salon, as it is close to my home. The first impression was quite good, as the girls were friendly and nice, colour selection was really great as well. The fact, that I was waiting for my pre-booked manicure for about 15-20 minutes didn't ruin the experience much. However, the quality of manicure wasn't worth the price in my opinion. First of all, I ordered a Gel Manicure for 30 pounds, which was actually not much of a manicure, but just a nail shape and colour change. My cuticles weren't touched at all. Second of all, next day the polish on one nail chipped, I think because the base was not equally distributed throughout the nail. And now we are here, 10 days after the manicure my nails definitely look bad in my opinion, which I am not happy about, because I usually can walk with it for 16-21 days without any problems. I am sure, girls would fix my chipped nail if I would come another day and ask for it, but it is still extra time consuming and not convenient. By now, the polish is chipped at least on 6 nails. Very sad, but probably wouldn't come back, only in case of emergency.

Dream Nails Royal Wharf always provide an excellent service offering professional expertise and a welcoming atmosphere. I am always seen on time and the process is never rushed. No ask for them is ever too big. Thankyou especially to Maria for her nail inspiration (like many I panic when I don’t know what colour I’m choosing!) and for transforming my lockdown nails! The ladies in Dream Nails have ensured the salon is Covid secure and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend a visit!

It is a lovely looking place and most (not all) of the staff are very friendly and do not have an attitude. I have had my nails done once by Mel and she was great - and will insist on having her again. I have had one other technician who had a bit of an attitude and I did not feel comfortable asking for what I wanted. I also think they could do better with the social distancing. On entry there is a lot of space, they take your temperature and ask you to wash your hands which is great. However, you may end up sitting very close to someone who is also having their nails done which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I don't think there should be two customers sat right next to one other. I would certainly give this place a 4/5 or even 5/5 if I could only have Mel or some other friendly technician and if there was a bit more spacing between customers.

I felt relaxed as soon as I entered and was met with a lovely beautician called Honey, not only did she do an impressive job on my brows (which typically seems impossible!) but she was so friendly throughout. An amazing salon, I’ve been getting my nails done here since it open a few months ago, but just haven’t had the time to leave a 5 star review. Also I’ve been reading past reviews on the salon and I feel the 1 star is unjustifiable and unfair. Especially the one about the manager picking up the phone. What do you want her to do? to let the work phone just ring? that would be seen as unprofessional, is that not correct?If your treatment, was that horrific, why did you pay? or why did you not ask for a discount? The manager seems to be a very reasonable lady. I’ve previously had a few services with her and the shop phone is always busy with customers booking treatments. If she answers (because none of the other staff are available) she is very apologetic but my treatment will completed within the allocated time. As I previously stated the service is fantastic, i love my nails and the salon deserves a 5 star.

Sevina is lovely and always does my SNS, she is talented, takes her time and always ensures you are happy before you leave. Such a lovely atmosphere but most importantly the level of customer service is exceptional. Michelle is the manager here, her professional approach and sense of humour is fantastic always a warm welcome. The shop is always clean very modern and a variety of colours. I recommend SNS but everything they offer is value for money. I recommend you make an appointment they are always accommodating! Thank you ladies!

I visited Dream nails for the first time recently to get my eyebrows threaded by the wonderful Salma. I have followed Salma wherever she goes and no longer trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She is always kind and not only does she do a good job but she has improved my eyebrows over the time ive known her, i only wish i had before and after photos. I had to go back for a redo which is why this isn't a 5 star review. I have to say, Michelle gave me nothing to complain about on the second visit; she was polite, understanding and patient. I will keep going back to her as she has good attention to detail. I have uploaded a photo of what my nails looked like as soon as I got home. I had peach passion gel colour and silver glitter applied. The nails are apres nails, which is a difficult to get right as it can get messy and look thick, which is why I had to go back to get them done again. The verdict: I've had them for nearly 3 weeks and the gel polish has chipped a bit, otherwise the actual apres nail gel moulds have survived, unscathed. Apres nails have a bit of flex in them, so it feels a bit more natural than acrylics and SNS. Be sure to have the apres nail non wipe top coat as it left more of a shine than another brand of non wipe they use.

Such a rubbish place with rude therapist on mobile phones while doing clients or talking on mobile phones. They are only nice to clients who they know one of the girl always talks in slang seriously?? But thank you Van would have gave 5* for your work but the atmosphere with other therapist is like going to these little nail bars.

So far so good. Staff are friendly. Good place to treat a lived one. They have limited appointments, and can get busy very quickly. Have a range of services available. Parking is very limited. However there is a DLR station 5 mins away.
