I am a regular at DVA. The first time I went there I needed an eyebrow wax and I was really impressed by the result that now I go only there if I need my eyebrows done. During my visits I was curious about the other clients having the eyelash extensions, something I had never considered before and I gave it a go. Being able to go only on weekdays during the lunch break I had the quick lash first, that I liked a lot. During the Christmas break I had the luxury of time and so I did the classic lash and I was crazily happy about the result! The lady was very attentive and precise and used different lengths for a natural look. I'll definitely go for infills.

I loved my eyelash extensions! So natural. I had a bad experience with lash extensions before but Dhruvi was so gentle in taking off my previous lashes and did such a wonderful job on the classic style - I will be coming back again :)

I got my lash lift and tint done today, the result was better than what I expected. I have a short light lashes, after lifting and tint they become curled, long and black exactly like what I wanted them to be. Super professional! I highly recommend this salon.

Dhurvi is an amazing lash tech! She’s been doing my lashes for a few years now and knows exactly how I like them done. Worth going as they’re all experienced and great customer service.

I am a regular for years and have been to others but the quality does not compare. Sangita listens to what you want and does accordingly which sometimes can't be the case. My semi perm quick lashes should last 3 weeks but lasts 6 weeks and they still look amazing. I also go for eyebrow threading and tinting and they always look good and were actually symmetrical when measured when I went for microblading from another place. My microblading is wearing off and patchy in places and the tinting lasts a month and helps till I redo it again.

Got the volume eyelash extensions. Would not recommend this service as they clumped the extensions together. Instead of them being single lashes… which what they are meant to be. Apart from that they are okay- seemed fine at first but after the first day they got worse

Fantastic service today! Managed to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded before work, no appointment necessary. Service was great, quick and efficient and the specialist was knowledgable about her treatments and conducted them, quickly, hygienically and efficiently. Great to no longer have to draw my eyebrows in.

I had eyebrow threading and a lash lift with tint done here by Zarish and I’m so in love with the end results! I am very particular about my eyebrows and Zarish listened to my comments and did a wonderful job! The lash lift has made the biggest difference and again Zarish was attentive and thorough throughout. Her customer service is impeccable and I will be for sure booking with her in the future again. Thank you so much for my eyebrows and lashes and for making me feel comfortable the whole time I was there!

It's my "Go To" place for eyelash extensions I love the A+ service a great quality products they use, I've used a few different technicians going there over the years but have stuck to one lady now (Janki) as she's so professional, clean, kind and a perfectionist ✨I book my appointment and I don't even have to be ask what I would like as she's learnt my character and gets on with my appointment and I'm happy to book with her everytime ❤️. Overall the Beautique is a great little spot for quick glam or if you wanna try something new 🥰 & I would recommend you give them a try you won't be disappointed!

I had an eyebrow shape and tint yesterday at Stratford Westfield. Jankie was the person who did it. This was the first eyebrow treatment since lockdown. I was hugely impressed by Jankie. I am very happy with my eyebrows and feel human again. It was a breath of fresh air to have a treatment after so long and I love it. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. I regularly get my lashes and brows done at DVA stratford. I'm a PT and find the lashes stay on for at least 3 weeks before I remove them. I've had a few bad experiences at other places. But all of the women working here are skilled at shaping brows. I regularly see 'Janki' whose done a great job recently with my brows

However I had Tehmina and she was wonderful, she took her time and listened to me and how I wanted them done. She was patient with me and let me check them in the mirror multiple times. I come here quite regularly and have often received outstanding service but lately the staff have been extremely rude and neglectful. The staff look so miserable, almost as if they are not being paid for their services. It's a shame because I do like coming here and they generally do my eyebrows quite well, so I hope that this is a temporary issue that can be resolved very soon.
