EF Medispa in Chelsea is the best beauty service I've found in London for skin treatments. All the staff are incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming and well organised - they all seem to have a positive energy between them, which translates into the feeling of the services. The premises is lovely too - clean, modern, and relaxing, with a music soundtrack that almost transports you to a poolside lounger on the Med coast. Appointments always start on time, and are never rushed. I also love that I can book on weekend and late evenings, after work. I've been very satisfied with the results of skin treatments, which have been far better than other places I've tried in London. So much so, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Today I had a wonderful experience at EF Medispa. Upon arrival all staff members were very welcoming and hospitable which made me feel at ease and very comfortable. During the treatment my therapist Becky was very professional, friendly and explained the treatment process very clearly, which gave me the confidence and reassurance that I needed before my treatment started. My facial treatment was thorough, relaxing and extremely therapeutic. My skin felt and looked renewed and I’m really looking forward to going back for my follow up treatments. I was then recommended some products by my therapist with the added helpful assistance of Elaine and Vanessa at reception who also gave me great advice for my skins aftercare. All had fantastic product knowledge and I left feeling motivated to take much better care of my skin and to also commit to a regime that will compliment my follow up treatments. I've now had a few treatments at the EF Medispa in Chelsea, and wow - what an excellent experience it has been. I've always been made to feel so welcome. You know you are in capable hands and they are going to take good care of you. I spoke with Zoe in my consultation meeting and she has been amazing - so lovely and enthusiastic! You can tell she really wants the best for you. She listened carefully to what my problem areas were and knew exactly what treatments I needed. The therapists have always been extremely friendly and professional - they have explained what they are going to do, how the treatment works and what to expect. This takes away any nerves you may have as you know you are in capable hands.

Top notch spa with a genuinely personal touch. I have been visiting EF Medispa for several years now and highly recommend it. They offer a wide array of treatments which can be a bit daunting at first. Thankfully, Zoe is on hand to spend time, discussing your individual needs and working out the right treatments for the results you are looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable and will immediately put you at ease. All of the therapists are lovely - they are caring and kind and make the effort to get to know you as a person, rather than just another client. The personal approach really makes the difference. I have been with EF Medispa for a few years now and overall my experience has been excellent. Although the treatments can be expensive, they are definitely worth it as I have seen loads of improvements. Some treatments do work better than others for me. My experience is that the treatments are not a magic bullet but it certainly works over time. Jenny who is my therapist is absolutely amazing! Zoe was very professional and knowledgeable in recommending bespoke treatments specifically for me and totally understood what I was aiming to achieve! She is a font of knowledge about all the various treatments on offer and clear and to the point and very accurate when making treatment plans which would be most beneficial for each individual client as I like from personal experience myself and have also been recommended by various friends previously. The therapists really understand the machines they are using to give these treatments and are very experienced and professional in their approach. You can ask any member of staff for advice on various products they might recommend and they are always happy to spend time talking you through these. They have on offer a huge number of up to the minute but tried and tested treatments and I have been delighted with the results!

My experience with EF Medi Spa Chelsea has been a very personal positive journey. 6 years ago I had my initial consultation with a very honest, friendly and enthusiastic treatment coordinator called Zoe. At the time I had a course of body treatments and I had great results. After I had my children a very experienced and friendly therapist called Jenny put together a fantastic programme of the latest treatments in RF/AWT and microfirm to regain my pre baby body. Both Zoe and Jenny were very professional and were great at managing expectations from the treatments. Now after this programme of treatments I am definitely more confident in my bikini. The various therapists i’ve had and receptionists are always very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend EF Chelsea the only problem is they have too many great treatments.

EF Medispa Chelsea is a fabulous clinic which I was very fortunate to discover several years ago. I was diagnosed with rosacea by a dermatologist and was looking for a trustworthy clinic to have IPL treatments. My initial consultation was with Zoe who is extremely knowledgeable and suggested a treatment plan to tackle my problematic skin. The results were wonderful and a real confidence boost. Several years later and the therapists at the clinic are the only people I trust to perform treatments on my face. Over the years my skincare concerns have changed of course and I’ve had various treatments (including microfirm, dermapen, peels, led facials and clearlift) as part of courses tailored specifically for me by Zoe and the team of therapists. I always trust the therapists’ advice and they and the reception staff go above and beyond in scheduling appointments and sourcing products. My friends have seen the results and many now use EF Medispa Chelsea also. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to EF Medi spa since a couple of years and I have to say the treatments really changed my skin. I have to say big thank you to my therapist Maya who looks after my skin. She is such a professional therapist with big knowledge. You can really tell she is very passionate about skin care and she meets my expectations. My treatment number one is ultraformer which we did recently. I have to say a was a little bit nervous but Maya made me feel very comfortable, she explained how the treatment look like, what I will feel during the session and to be honest it wasn’t bad at all! I have been fortunate enough to visit EF medispa on the Kings Roads many times and can not fault the welcome and professionalism of the staff. Zoe initially consulted me to find out exactly what it was I was looking for and indeed which treatment would provide the best results. Her knowledge was faultless and she gently guided me through all of the treatments so that I fully understood what each involved. Having chosen the bespoke package that was recommended to me I was introduced to Jenny the head therapist of EF medispa and she also proved to have a huge amount of knowledge and sensitivity regarding the vulnerability of clients undergoing new treatments. Each of the reception staff are extremely welcoming and do their best to accommodate the clients where ever possible, assisting with discussions on the latest product ranges as well as advice on the mineral make up.

I was particularly interested in visiting EF MEDISPA, as I have suffered from cellulite quite badly for years - which had recently got worse as I was unable to exercise due to an injury. I had heavily researched cellulite treatments and decided to have a consultation with the Spa, which lead me to booking a package on the day. The treatments are costly. BUT have I been happy with the results? 100%! I don't have a regular therapist and have been treated by most of the therapist (I believe). All are very knowledgeable, very helpful and have truly enhanced the experience as you can get some great advice while being treated. Personally, I am a very happy client!

I am generally not keen on writing reviews as I think it is a personal opinion, however the service I have received from EF Medispa has compelled me. I have recently had breast augmentation surgery and in summary it has been first class. I can not recommend the team at EF Medispa and my surgeon Dr Fallahdar enough. I had researched various other clinics, which I think is key to a happy and successful process, but EF Medispa made the process seamless for me. They arranged a consultation with Dr Fallahdar, who took me through the process from start to finished. He told me what my options were to get to my desired result. It's amazing place, everything from a beginning and a treatment itself was a pleasure. I had a pixel laser treatment to minimase my acne scars 2 weeks ago and it was done by Maya ,she was very professional we had long conversation before a treatment to make sure I'm prepared and I understand everything and also we're still in contact as she is making sure that everything heals properly. Treatment was quick and it wasn't that bad as I thought would be. It took less the week for my face to get back to normal! It's only 2 weeks and I can see a difference already ! My initial consultation at the clinic with Zoe was relaxed. She made suggestions for treatments I hadnt considered. However her manner wasnt at all pushy, just informative and she left me to contact her as I wished. After reaching a decision, I booked all 6 IPL and Clearlift treatments in advance as I wanted consistency with a therapist. Zoe reccomended a choice of therapists, and I ended up booking with Juta. I wasnt dissapointed. I can honestly say Juta takes great pride in her work, and it really shows. Her professionalism gives me confidence that I've made a great choice with MEDISPA Chelsea. Im half way through my treatments and the results are clear. I suffered from adult acne and broken capillaries. Since beginning treatment my skin is brighter, less red and less baggy around my eyes. IPL is relatively uncomfortable but its worth it. Thank you

I have attended EF Medispa Chelsea on numerous occasions over the years along with clinics in Harley Street. At EF Medispa I have had invasive treatments and non invasive treatments. Like so many of us we are afraid of treatments in case they go wrong and in particular invasive treatments. In my opinion Medi Spa is a different experience - first of all, all the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. You then see the lovely Zoe who greets you with her fabulous smile who genuinely cares and will go out of her way to make make you feel at ease and recommend the right product for you. I have read some reviews which suggest that Zoe/Medi Spa have not looked after them with the after care and that the treatments don’t work - and it is simply a money making machine. I have to disagree and can only speak from my personal experience. I undertook an invasive treatment last year and sadly for me I had a relative who died the following week - having to deal with that and the after care needed was quite difficult. Zoe went out of her way to accommodate me and even personally assisted me when there simply no therapists available to help me. I had her personal mobile to ring if I needed any help with the aftercare. The nurse at the Kensington Clinic called Serena was a delight and put all my fears at ease and was so caring and gentle when attending on me I can’t praise her enough. I have recommended Zoe to so many friends and colleagues - to me this is a well established clinic who offer effective treatments and extremely kind and effective after care. I am sorry that some people have not had the benefit of my experiences - sometimes in life people have a different experience to others and that is just how life works. As far as I am concerned and I can only speak of my experiences I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to book an initial consultation with Zoe who will help you make an informed decision as to what you want to achieve and help you to get to those goals. As you can see from my review I can not rate this clinic more highly but I have to say it is Zoe who makes the clinic for me.

After suffering with severe digestive problems for many years, I decided to book a course of hydrotherapy treats at EE Mediaspa in Chelsea. Having never had this treatment I was quite nervous but the staff and my practitioner Victoria made the whole process very comfortable. I have now been seeing Victoria for regular sessions for about two months and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I have completely changed my diet and the process of detoxification has helped me eliminate everything that was causing me to feel so unwell for many years. I would highly reccomend this service to anyone with digestive issues. I am now on my second course of treatments and continue to see great results. The front of house was very accommodating and Victoria the Hydrotherapist was incredibly knowledgeable and informative; above all making me feel at ease and comfortable. The Zone Out treatment was fantastic, it relaxed my mind and body, clearing my head of all that ‘London’ stress which so many of us have. My experience at the ef medispa branches in both Chelsea and High Street Ken were outstanding. I was seen by Libby who was incredibly professional, clear and really impressed me with her knowledge. The effect that I desired was achieved whilst being subtle and natural looking, which was very important to me. Libby is an expert at mapping out your face and I felt very safe in her hands. As a fellow nurse it was so reassuring to see the stringent aseptic techniques that were used and any risks and potential complications were fully explained to me. I had Zone Out Colonic Hydroptherapy. I was immediately at ease with Victoria, she was both friendly and professional. I wasn't sure what to expect with this treatment but within a few minutes of it starting I was already in an extremely relaxed, almost meditative state. It was like being transported into a zone between asleep and awake where you are totally at calm - thoughts can enter your mind but you just let them float away. Afterwards I felt as though I had been asleep for a hours, I was relaxed but also rejuvenated. I would highly recommend trying this!
