I love this place as Fatos is so professional and caring towards you. My first day at this branch she explained everything to me and was honest about the pain levels. Obviously, if you want the hair to disappear you need some patience. Its taken me 6 months to see the big difference. I tried laser but it didn’t work on me however electrolysis has shown me permanent hair removal. I am now on my 10month. Seen huge difference. I definitely recommend it and mainly if your beautician is Fatos.

OUTSTANDING PRACTITIONER AND RESULTS!!! Before I met Fatos I had had laser treatment, what a mistake that was. Hair on my face grew back and increased in quantity. Fatoş is the BEST !! let me start off by saying she’s my fairy godmother ! I started electrolysis last July and I have seen amaaaziiingggg results ! I’m almost hair free completely ! She is very skilled, super fast as she uses both hands (which not all electrologists do), she is very caring and soooo lovelyyy ! She explains everything very well and takes very good care of you. My hair journey started when I used to go to laser for hair removal on my side burns. I just had a few hairs on my side burns that I wanted to get rid of ... laser made it 1000 times worst ! I grew hair all over my neck and chin in places I didn’t even have hair. It honestly was the worst thing ever ! Laser is not meant for the face. I was in complete tears thinking I was going to be left with this hairy face for life as I thought laser was the only option and it didn’t work for me ... I done some research and I came across electrolysis which is a fda approved permenant hair removal. I found one place I went to before fatoş and I found it very painful and traumatising ! I thought that I would have to go back to laser as I couldn’t take the pain anymore. At this point I honestly thought I would never become hair free . Then I came across Fatos’s page and saw many good reviews. I contact her and she was so lovely and booked me in immediately. I started off in July with lots of hair which was thick and I have to say I am so pleased and so happy with my results she literally has made me so much more confident and I’m almost nearly done with my treatments. My hairs are now spread out and very thin to the point I don’t need to get rid of some. I started off by doing 2 hour sessions and now I’m only doing 30 / 45 mins. She uses the lastest electrolysis machine which is not painful at all compared to the other machine I first tried. Me and my sister both go to Fatoş as we both had bad experience with laser. Honestly if you have hair you want to get rid of I highly recommend Fatoş! She is literally a ‘Electrolysis Expert’. Absolutely amazing service from Fatos at Utopia. As someone who had previously been receiving electrolysis elsewhere, I can honestly say that I am highly impressed with the results I have seen in such a short space of time. I was having previous treatment for my unwanted facial hair for just over a year and was seeing very little results, however Fatos has now restored my faith in the treatment. I have had only 3 treatments, varying from 30-45 minutes a time & must say that the results have been amazing. I have found Fatos through BIAE website. My electrologist (Alice J), whom I’ve seen for over a year on 2 weekly basis fell ill and cancelled my appointment. I didn’t know that at the time, but that was the best thing she did for me. I didn’t know where to go really, and contacted Fatos since she lived the closest to me. And I’m so pleased that I DID!! During my initial consultation, I found Fatos very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, HONEST and caring. I knew she’ll try her best to help me with my problem, hairs on my neck and chin. After the first treatment in late January, which lasted about 30 min , we discussed further treatment and I made an appointment to see her again, in 3 weeks time. After my second and third visit, I saw Fatos again for my fourth session. However, by this time the amount of hairs was reducing rapidly and those that were back were much thinner. I didn’t find electrolysis painful. It did feel slightly uncomfortable but manageable. Redness on my neck after the treatments disappeared after 2-3hours. Every time I would apply aloe Vera gel on my neck, on Fatos recommendation, avoided hot showers and used only very mild soap. It’s been nearly a month now since I’ve seen Fatos last and I’m still hair free!!! The period of time in between the treatments is getting longer. I’m expecting to see her again, if any hairs return. That would be my fifth session. Fatos also using electrolysis, treated successfully some broken capillaries on my nose and chicks. To be honest, after my previous disastrous experience, I didn’t believe that becoming hair free is achievable. I’m so grateful to Fatos for all her expertise, advice and most of all the RESULT that she’s achieved so far. I have been having regular electrolysis for a few years now and been getting disheartened at the slow progress. A few months ago I started having electrolysis with Fatosh after reading her excellent reviews and I am so pleased that I did because it is the best electrolysis treatment I have ever had. The hairs have thinned out so much in such a short space time, and are now growing a lot sparser. Fatosh really spends time trying to find the right type of electrolysis and current that suits you and will give you the best results - but doesn’t compromise the integrity of your skin. As well as having such amazing treatment, Fatosh is very kind and understanding and instantly put me at ease! She genuinely cares and wants to give you more confidence. I never thought I would say that the possibility of being hair-free is starting to become a reality! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Let me start off by saying I am a dark skin black woman who previously had hair removal sessions with the ND YAG laser hair removal machine, which unfortunately was not successful- even after a few rounds of the recommended 6-8 sessions the hair always grew back ! I wanted to find someone who specialised in black skin and found Fatos. I highly recommend her and with persistence I have a 100% permanent reduction on the areas already treated ! Following my extensive research and trying several hair removal treatments such as laser,waxing, threading and epil pro. However, what they don't tell you is that laser can actually stimulate hair growth in those soft baby hairs that they have shaved to target the dark hair! After laser, the number of hairs on the side of my face/neck seemingly increased rapidly. I was so upset, convinced I'd have to tweeze for the rest of my life. Then I looked into electrolysis. I couldn't be happier that I did! Electrolysis kills the follicle with heat. I came across Fatos, an electrolysis expert. She is such an amazing,thorough and all round professional technician! I suffer from PCOS and I have been undergoing my treatment with Fatos for average 8months. I used to go every fortnight for 2hours treatment but now my hair growth has significantly stopped growing it's barely noticeable!!! I am very impressed with the treatment I have received from Fatos. The hairs I am having treated have become significantly fewer and finer, after only a few sessions. I have also had recent treatment on an unsightly age spot on my face, which I have had for many years. Again I am very happy with the results. The spot has dramatically shrunk in size and is much lighter in colour. It is still recovering, as is the process, and so I am very much looking forward to seeing the end result.

I was seeking a skilled Electroysis that could treat menopausal facial hair. I checked the British Institute & Association of Electrolysis and contacted Fatos after reading positive reviews/feedback on her website. I presented myself with very strong black and white bristly hairs mainly on the chin area and black skin that is prone to keloid scarring. The initial appointment was detailed: pre-care advice and information was given, we also discussed issues relating to keloid scars and possible changes in skin colour of the treated area. The treatment was constantly reviewed and adopted to suit my needs and pain threshold, there was some redness and localised swelling that disappeared within two - three days. I was given after-care instruction and the do’s and don’ts. I had treatment every 7 -10 days. After the fourth session I noticed a significant difference. The hair growth was slower, the hairs were also fine and soft. I now see Fatos every six to eight weeks. She is professional and caring, both knowledgeable and skilful.There is a high standards of safety and hygiene at the clinic - it is immaculate! The relaxing atmosphere and soft background music takes the edge off a somewhat painful procedure. Highly recommended!!!!!
