Lovely place to go to relax and have a treatment; from a quick eyebrow touch up to a full body massage. All the girls are lovely and helpful. Even with covid they go above and beyond to keep the place clean.

I was nervous at first but the lady doing my lips, also the women at the entrance made me feel comfortable and was so engaging during and after the procedure. I am absolutely delighted, the result is natural and I like it.

Amazing the ladies in there are very professional, kind and experienced. I use them for my full set eyelashes and it's the only place I attend. I' tell everyone locally to come here.

Had Russian lashes done today with Vicky and was so thrilled with the outcome. I’ve tried 2 other lash salons in the last 5 months and the technicians have not been able to achieve the effect I was looking for. Vicky was really professional and knowledgeable about the product and put a lot of time and effort into getting the perfect results!! Nothing was too much trouble and even though it was the end of the day and they were closing she didn’t rush me and even took time to discuss the after care and make an appointment for a top up. The salon is lovely and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I took a brochure with me and the list of treatments are fantastic and all reasonable. I’m really really happy with my experience and will be a regular customer from now on.

Since preparing for my wedding I started to use Eternal Essence on a regular basis for all sorts of treatments...eyelashes, waxing, facials, back exfoliation, nails, pedicures and now more recently, botox and lip fillers. I would not go anywhere else. All of the staff are so experienced and talented in the treatments they deliver, not to mention lovely and friendly and after having no experience of botox and lip fillers, I feel so lucky to have met Sev. She is understanding of any concerns, sets your mind at rest and the results have been totally amazing, I will continue to have these treatments on a regular basis for the foreseeable future. Have had a number of treatments at Eternal Essence - with Sev and it has always been a pleasure having the treatments. Sev and the ladies are very friendly and welcoming and are extremely professional and knowledgable in the treatments they offer. I have my eyelash extensions and nails done regularly and love it!! Sev fixed my eyebrows today from a previous rogue microblading experience (at another salon) and I must say it was almost painless and I absolutely love what she has done with them. I have been attending Eternal Essense since March 2014. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff are not only helpful, but clearly display a high level of customer service as they offer beverages, magazines and will assist you in purchasing any food from the local shops. For the first year that I attended the skincare centre I opted for the mink eye lashes as I wanted to ensure that I attended a beauty clinic which was approved, and quality of treatment surpassed the price. I was thrilled with the results and have continued to attend every four to six weeks to have the lashes topped up. Equally when I attend, the treatment will only last as long as necessary as the therapists inform you if you have enough lashes, rather then making you pay for more time which would be unnecessary. Since early 2015 I have increased my treatments and now have shellac treatment and eyebrow thread. Each experience has been a good one, and I am confident that each visit after will be equally as good in quality and customer service. So much so that my family members now attend the skin care centre. I would like to say a personal thank you to Sev, Mia, Asma, Ella, Vicky and Natasha for always being so pleasant and providing a consistent, high quality standard in beauty treatments. Thank you.

Nothing is too much when it comes to looking after their customers . I have been a customer for many years ad would not go anywhere else for my treatments. I originally wrote the below review, but having popped into the salon the next day and explained the situation. Both Mel & Sev the manager were most helpful in having the lashes removed and I was reimbursed of my costs against other treatments as a goodwill gesture which I appreciated. The staff are lovely and it was an unfortunate experience with the lashes on the day but I am assured that this won’t happen again. My issue was resolved swiftly and I look forward to visiting the salon once again. I had lash extensions for the first time at eternal essence. Unfortunately I was not advised on what curl options and lifts were available. Having spoken to friends I realised that I could have different degrees of lift and curls such as D curls, or 10 at the beginning, 12 in the middle and then 14 on the ends. The lashes feel really really uncomfortable and clumpy. I have since shown other beauty therapists who have all said that too much glue has been used. Where friends confirm lashes that feel light and fluffy, and can be brushed through, I can’t say the same for mine. I cannot brush through my lashes as they are stiff and uncomfortable, catching on the thread of my face flannel everytime I dry my face off. All my natural lashes are being stripped off everytime one of these lashes dangle at different angles that then fall off if I attempt to try to brush them back to a natural position. Really disappointed in all honesty. Wish I was given more advice, guidance and options

I have been going to eternal essence for just over 3 years, I would highly recommend them to anyone. All of the staff are extremely friendly, I have had a Range of treatments eyelashes, waxing , facials and nails- I wouldn't go anywhere else. All of there treatments offered at an amazing price!

Eternal Essence is the very best place in town for eyelash extensions! I've tried a few places over the last couple of years, but Sev and her team are definitely the best. They are all charming, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't fault them.

I have been going to Eternal Essence for years. I have regular eyelash top ups (amongst other things). I moved out of the area two years ago and tried a number of other beauty salons for my eyelash top ups but none of them came close to Eternal Essence! I am extremely impressed with Eternal Essence. The moment you walk through the door staff are always so welcoming, cheerful and helpful. If I'm late or I ask for a treatment, which I have not prebooked, they will always do their best to fit it in, nothing is too much trouble. There is a variety of treatments to choose from, and I have always found the different treatments I've had to be reasonably priced. I have tried other places in the past but after finding this GEM, I won't be going anywhere else. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Eternal Essence!

Fantastic salon. Am here at least every two weeks for eyelash extensions and also had my semi permenant eyebrows done last year. Have visited many salons in Chingford/Essex over the years but this is by far the best. Started coming here a couple of years back and every 2 weeks since! Reasonably priced and I love all the staff; so friendly. Would whole heartedly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

When it comes to semi permanent eyelashes I'm the fussiest! Have tried different beauticians but since finding this one I have never gone else where in 5 years! The quality of them is excellent and I always get comments on how good they look. Would highly recommend this place.
