Amazing luxury pedicure by Dora! Attention to detail and great customer service. Not my usual spa but will make more trips now. Husband had a hot stone massage and couldn't praise it enough.

The staff are incredible at fairmont very skilled therapists… so polite and kind and have had amazing treatments from all of the girls , highly recommend the facial treatments and pedicures they also do fab massage ! Azita who runs the shop is brilliant gives wonderful laser treatment she is very experienced ! Cannot recommend highly enough ! Treat yourself you will not be sorry !

I was reccomended this place, so I had relatively high expectations. However, I had a seemily different experience. I was booked in for a microdermabrasion+oxy facial, however this is not what I received. Instead, a mask, a lotion, a creme, blackhead removal with a tool I know to be damaging to skin and finished with another mask. Not empressed. However, I will say that the full body deep tissue massage was excellent. But again this was conter-acted with the fact that during both treatments I had who I assume to be other staff members coming in and out of the treatment rooms. Also, maybe a small thing but no one ever told me their name making things a little impersonal. So overall a fairly average experience.

Absolutely loved my time here! I got a spa day which included a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure for a very good value for money. They also included a lunch which was free and all freshly made sandwiches and freshly squeezed juice. The treatment were fabulous! They weren't sloppy or lazy. They put in a lot of energy for the massage, they really made my back better. I felt like a new women when I walked out! The staff are so friendly and environment was very clean. I will without a doubt be returning again.

I had the spa day so I used the steam room and following that I had a massage, manicure, pedicure. And they provided a free lunch. Overall the experience was very relaxing and welcoming! Based on positive reviews we decided to treat ourselves to spa day for our wedding anniversary at this spa. My husband and I had a wonderful time and were well attended to by both Dora and Ellie. We used the private steam room, had full body hot stone massage, facial and pedicure. The spa is nice and clean. Happy customer and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This Saturday I had the best treatment from Dora in this salon ! After consultation I’ve done hydradermie facial and few more treatments I never felt more relaxed and my skin was glowing! I have been coming here for a few years and went about 4-5 years ago on my birthday for some treatments which was lovely and I hadn't been back for years however I got a text message to say they had a deal on i think it was 30% off so instead of paying £48 I think for a 50 min facial it was £24.50 (I think). I had my facial today with my mum and it was lovely I have seen the bad reviews and honestly I cannot understand how you can fault this place because from the moment we walked in everyone was so kind, friendly and the atmosphere was so calming. I didn't catch the name of the lovely lady who was doing my facial however she was so gentle and has left my face feeling so refreshed and so soft! I am planning to go back in May for my birthday for another treatment which I really look forward too! I would HIGHLY recommend this place PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't judge a place without going first you have restaurants on TripAdvisor which are awful yet the food is incredible so don't judge this place until you have tried it because they won't let you down everyone is so nice and the treatments are wonderful and despite being expensive I honestly think its 100% worth it. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the Fairmont Spa I really do look forward to coming back soon

Excellent service every time. I am a regular customer for threading and tinting my eyebrows, and a fax wax, and I am never disappointed with the outcome. Friendly staff, great prices, all round great. Wouldn’t have my brows done anywhere else! I would recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing time at fairmount spa! the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They spent a lot of time making sure I was very happy with the service! The people are lovely! Honestly I have never met a nicer group of people. And the treatment was of high standards, they went through all the little details that most spa's forget and did extra treatments for me for free, for example, massaging my hands with a hand scrub whilst I was waiting. All the little things really made a difference and I just wanted to say thank you! I really enjoyed my spa treatments and will definitely be returning again. Also the PRP was amazing! I had a few PRP sessions and I NO longer need to wear make up or foundation on my skin! My skin looks incredible!

Was recommended via family as they had good experience. I read the online package I wanted and called in to book. Once at the place the reception was good, had a cup of tea, the Jacuzzi and steam room was nice, the massage with hot stones along with facial was lovely. Now here is the issue, online it stated Indian head massage included but this was not given and the excuse was the site needs updating and no longer includes head massage. They really need to sort this out and adjust the prices accordingly as I paid expecting the full package seen online, no discount was given. In that aspect I give it a 2-3 star but the actual massage etc experience I given it 4 stars.

Love this place. Very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Super clean and tidy. They definitely know how to pamper and spoil you. I love their facials, massages and pedicures. Nice decor, spa is good. Have had various treatments and massages, all ok. Some staff need to be more attentive and some speak no English, which is a problem when having nails done. Reception sometimes get confused with bookings, hence 3 stars.

I love their PRP prices and when I heard that they also do environ collagen stimulating therapy for stretch marks I was so happy otherwise I wouldn't have been able to treat my stretch marks. This treatment is so amazing for stretch marks. Highly professional. Highly recommended.

I love this place! The spa was recommended to me from my cousins, and im so glad I went! They have all the treatments and every one that i have tried so far is great quality service!! I love their skin care and I’ve seen such an improvement in my skin from the facial i recently had. It is so suprising how quickly i got improvements considering how many other places i had gone before, but this place is amazing! Honestly try this place and try their spa days too! Great prices and treatments. I live closer to central, but i love it so much that i dont mind travelling when i know that i will receive a great skin consultation and many types of treatments best for me. They have really relaxing environment and its always tidy and organised too.

I've been here twice now. Once in the summer and once just the other day. What impressed me straightaway was when I came through the door on my recent visit, the owner recognized me and welcomed me back. I was so surprised she'd remembered me from my one time in over 4-months before. Really nice. Later I saw the lady that provided my treatments the first time I was there as well and she also remembered me and welcomed me. This type of friendly and caring service wins the establishment an extra star in my book. Had a facial, full body massage, mani and pedi and each part was fantastic.

I love how kind maria is here and I love the whole nice atmosphere. It is so hard to find something nice these days. I really advise people to visit this place and see for them selves. SO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES! I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and I have never got a treatment that was not effective! The treatments they provided e.g. PRP for my face was so effective and its nice to see that they use good expensive (e.g. environ and guinot) for all their facials. They are not shy on using a lot of products to get a really good result which I love. It means my facials etc always show results! Veryy Happyyy. Thank You Fairmount Spa!

I have been to the Fairmont Spa on numerous occassions and never once had a bad experience. From the first time I visited the Spa the staff have been very welcoming and friendly. There is such a relaxed atmosphere as soon as you enter the spa, it is very clear all the therapist get on very well together and that has such a positive impact on the Spas' atmosphere. I had damaged black eyes from years of martial arts but after treatment recommended (prp and Venus freeze) my eye area is back to looking its best and I am now less prone to further bruising. I was so impressed by the staff and everyone who carried out my treatment. I have never met such youn lovly and beautifull girls.. They really made me feel great. When I fist got there I was just expecting... well actually not sure what I was expecting because I had bought one of their winter offers (included Turkish Bath, Facial, eye brow shape, and I also got a nail pollish at the end because I just didnt want to leave) wich was at an amaizing price. I think their prices are amaizing for the amount of hours and effort they put into my treatments. I ended up having such a claming and relaxing time and the Jacuzzi and steam room which came free with my Turkish bath was just a reall bonous to the whole thing. Because I was a man and I wasnt sure whether there would be other women there... but it turned out that only one person at a time would be in the steam room and jacuzzi... I was like GREAT! Will defo be going back.

wooooow, my friend sent me here for a full day of treatments and I was in heaven . Every person I interacted with was kind and friendly and very service oriented. Had a facial, full body massage,turkish bath, mani and pedi and each part was fantastic. The whole day was perfect. I don't think you could get this turkish bath even in turky. The day was slightly cloudy when i went but you could still enjoy the beautiful views and incredible pool. Its been one week since Ive been there and will be returning this week for more.
