Been coming here for a while now and the work I had done so far was absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly and talented staff, they all do an amazing job. 👌🏻 Place is very clean and modern, with charging stations and phone stands. They give you a complementary drink whenever you have work done. Prices are good, not too expensive and very affordable. Getting a loyalty card is a good idea as you can get 20% off. The availability is great, they almost always have time for walk ins and making an appointment is simple and straightforward, just call. Color and service selection are pretty extensive, many to chose from. They also do a great job at painting designs and are willing to repair and redo anything you may not be satisfied with at first (I must say this rarely happens and I’m always satisfied with their work, despite being a very picky person as I like all my designs to be perfect) 🤗. They are also willing to repair anything, from broken nails (rarely the case) to chipping or just getting a top coat as a guarantee, for FREE, for 2 weeks after having the nails done.!! Great!! 10/10 would recommend going here over any other place I’ve been to! Absolutely amazing!

Amazing service ! Lovely staff ! Offer drinks , sweets .... got my shellac acrylic nails done for my birthday and shellac toes , perfect shape , lasted for 5weeks! My friend got her overlay acrylic nails and they always make her natural nails stronger , and she was helped by staff to pick a beautiful colour in normal varnish that looked like the shellac oneshe had seen . Even got a little hand cream gift as it was my birthday. Great conversation and banter from staff and catered to all me and my friends needs every time honestly ! BEST NAIL SHOP IN FULHAM

The atmosphere of Fine nails is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone is so friendly and they have a very cute and mellow Pomeranian puppy. I almost never write reviews but I have to really commend the team at Fine Nails. Very detailed work, attentive and friendly. My feet feel great after a pedicure. They were also conscious of my time constraint and made sure I was out in time for my next appointment. Lovely little extras like giving me a stylus when my fingers were soaking to remove gel, hot beverages and charge cords for phones. Looking forward to my next nail appointment!

I have been coming to this nail salon for the past 3 years for both my mani & pedi, and have never had a bad experience ( free drinks are also provided ). Every staff member is so lovely and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience - special thank you to Kevin for my lovely nails in the attached photo, and Jodie who is so lovely and did such an amazing job on my pedicure. Special shout out to Captain - the cutest dog ever! who comes and sits on my laps each time I come and get a treatment ( very chilled out salon dog,). Tip - make an appointment as it can get busy, less busy hours are around 1-4pm Mon to Friday!

Had a “luxury” manicure which was fine - they shouldn’t really advertise it as luxury as it was rather standard and the massage and hot stone treatment wasn’t as described, but for £12 I can’t really complain. Nice you can book online but they need to warn customers there is a dog in the salon. Overall happy with my nails but was a basic experience.

I visited this salon a long time ago but with covid and the salon being far from me I never found time to come in again. I visited a few days ago and I can honestly say they do the best nail art I've seen in London. Manager is so kind and the setting is so comfortable and clean. They offer you a free drink when you come and greet you with a smile. It's a bit pricey but I would say its definitely worth it and they you give you a loyalty card which gets you 20% off on your 5th visit. Thank you for my nails, I remember the first time I came in I was still in school and had compliments even from teachers haha!

This place deserves 20 out of 10 stars. their service is beyond exceptional not to mention the work they put in, and level of detail and care they take from start to finish. This is the nail shop you've been preying exists. So friendly and just so much fun - they are really involved in making sure you get the nails and design you want. The nail filing and attention to detail is immaculate. I've already recommended this place to my friends and booked myself back in with a return discount ready for my Xmas nails! also they even give you a two week period if you happen to break a nail or there is a problem you are welcome to go back and they fix this free of charge. the nails feel really strong too. these guys are doing an amazing job, please go and visit to see exactly what i'm talking about! so happy with my nails! I've been to probably over 30 nail shops in London in the past 8 years and these are by far the best. they accommodate you with phone chargers and drinks too so you really can kick back and relax. really worth the price too - win win. if i ever moved far away this would be worth the journey. i can't wait for my next appointment!

I have yet to leave a review for a nail salon and I’ve been to quite a few (between New York and London). I am really impressed by the quality of service at Fine Nails. Not only did my nails turn out wonderfully, I noticed that every single nail technician was warm and openly communicating with clients about what they wanted. I peeked at the work of other nail techs and every single one was skilled, ranging from doing perfect ombré tips to a variety of designs. The attention to detail was superb, every nail came out perfect. I’m honestly so glad I stopped by. I changed my mind on color about 3 times and added to the design throughout the process, all which was happily accommodated for. The price for my killer shellac manicure, design and all was 28£ - and the salon provides free refreshments, chargers, and the cutest four-legged companion who walks around (Captain the Pomeranian)! Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks time for a new design. Extra thanks to Jody for my nails! Don’t hesitate to book your appointment. I know for a fact that I will not go anywhere else in London!

Was recommended by a friend few years back. Fine nails is the best and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended. It is a clean and a classy looking nail shop. The staff is ever so professional and friendly. Many colours to choose from, and good quality nail vanish they use. Their management has good attention to detail. Small touches like providing a variety of drinks, hooks for your handbags and chargers for your phones are truly amazing. They constantly look for improvement, in order to provide better service. The only thing is Fine Nails is rather popular in the area. Remember to make bookings in advance.

I absolutely LOVE Fine Nails! Everyone is so friendly, Jodie, Anne, Kevin, Mikey! Not only are their mani/pedi's really beautiful, but they have thought about EVERYTHING. There are chargers for the phone, tea, biscuits, lollipops, massage chairs, little touch screen pens so you can still use the phone while nails are being done AND free wifi! It is also very clean and hygeinic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! My favourite part is when they wrap the hands and feet with hot towels before they massage with cream! It's so relaxing! I have attached photos of my nails (brown) and my mum's nails (pinks) - these are our own (and real) nails but the beautiful nail art and shaping by the team at Fine Nails

I have been visited Fine Nails first time about 3 weeks ago and my nails still look almost brand new. Hands down the best nails I’ve had since I’ve been getting nails extension! Best Nail Salon Ever I’m not even over exaggerating this place is next level. Where do I even start? Managed to get an appointment same day and the lady was polite over the phone. The guy who did my manicure was just the kindest person you could ever meet. They had phone chargers, phone stands, great tea, sweets and the cutest dog ever. My nails were done super quick and I’m happy with how they turned out. My pedicure was luxurious and my feet were unrecognisable afterwards. They had a reward stamp system and it was all done in a COVID-secure way. Oh and as if it couldn’t get any better, the guy who did my nails gave me some hand cream as my birthday is coming up!! Honestly could not recommend this place enough!

I have never had a bad experience here and have been going since they opened! The odd time a nail may break or chip (my fault) they are always happy to repair. Everyone is so lovely and it feels like a family. The drinks, snacks, WiFi and Captain the dog are all wonderful perks. I've been to around 5 other competing local salons and none have had the quality nor longevity as the nails I get at Fine Nails! There was also a colour I wanted for ages, so Kevin found and ordered it in for me - if that's not impeccable service, I don't know what is! 😍 The prices have always remained fair and I don't need to redo them until 3-4 weeks later - due to growth, not chipping/fading etc. Definitely worth the visit! (...But don't all go, it's already hard for me to get a booking because they're so fabulous!)

I have been coming to this salon for almost 5 years now. I still travel an hour to get my nails done here but I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jodi and Kevin are amazing. Jodi has done my nails since day 1 and she is always so amazing to me. I throw a different design at her every time and she is just amazing at re-enacting them. What makes this nail bar different is the experience. I have been so to so many places where they are unfriendly and just want you in and out. Every staff member makes you feel welcome... with the phone chargers on every station, the beverages and the hot towel massages, it really is a special experience. It is also important to note that I feel safe in the salon with their COVID precautions. There are screen dividers on every station and sanitiser everywhere. They were already so clean and sanitary, they haven’t had to change much I’m sure! Thank Fine Nails for being so amazing! See you all in a week! :)

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming to Fine Nails for the past 3 years, after changing from a previous nail shop I wasn’t very happy with. I am so happy I came here. Customer service is outstanding and they do everything they can to accommodate and make you feel comfortable. I went from my nails being weak, brittle and unable to grow to; having strong nails that are long and I always get compliments about how amazing they look. It is very clean and there are loads of colours to choose from. It does get quite busy so I would recommend booking, which is easy to do. You get a loyalty card too, and on your 6th visit you get £10 off 😉

I'm just back from Fine Nails salon and I could not be happier! I went for the first time 2 weeks ago for a pedicure, but for a misunderstanding I received just a colour change (+ nail cut and file). So I wrote a review saying that I was disappointed as the service received could not be defined as a luxury spa pedicure. I received a prompt and polite response from the manager who apologised and took the time to investigate what happened and explained me that for a mistake I did not receive a full pedicure, but a simple colour change, so he offered me the opportunity to have a refund or reschedule an appointment to amend what happened. I preferred to reschedule and appointment for today and I must say that the service was beyond expectation for quality, punctuality and kindness (thank you An!). I will definitely come back again as a regular customer and I do highly recommend Fine Nail salon!

I have been using Fine Nails for about a year now as I was not happy with my previous nail shop (of 5 years) I was recommended by a friend and I am so glad! The best customer service, quality and treatment I have ever recieved in a nail shop. My nails have never looked better and I love that I get offered a hand lotion massage at the end of every appointment for free. They also offer you free drinks, biscuits and facilities to charge your mobile phone. Booking has never been so easy as you can walk in, call up or even text to make appointments (I’d suggest booking as they can get quite busy). The manager Kevin is absolutely amazing at what he does and they are able to offer some amazing nail designs! Very happy I made the change & have recommended it to all my friends & colleagues.

The staff are so nice and friendly, they offer lovely refreshments as well as wifi and make you feel so welcome each time you go there.
