My experience was as authentic as it is in Turkey. This hidden gem attached to their hairdressers upstairs. As you go down the stairs your met with a beautiful relaxing seating area. When I saw the beautifully marbled Steam room I was very happy, again authentic that you could never believe your in Chiswick once you enter & close the door. Its clean throughout and well designed along with the massage room also with Marble surround & massage table. The Lovely lady who looks after you is very experienced, and did not disappoint especially when I had my soapy massage getting out all by knots in my creaky body.(you can request the pressure of your massage). I would definitely recommend this place if you want time for yourself, with a partner or friends. The owner also a very lovely lady who took time to have a chat with me downstairs as I was relaxing drinking a free Turkish Tea even sharing dinner as I was the last customer. Had recently booked an emergency lash lift at Gisoo Hair and Beauty Salon, and while there was a bit of miscommunication about the service, the staff was very professional, attentive and made sure I was happy. They offered me a second treatment after the first one didn't quite work for me and were very friendly and made sure I am satisfied with the final result. My eyelashes look gorgeous and I cannot thank them enough! Thank you! Definitely would recommend!

I just visited the Turkish hamam after just beating a horrible flu and it brought me back to life again. Such an excellent service, beautiful and very clean! feels very authentic. Can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed. Thank you very much gisoo!

I had great experience! I visited the salon for the Turkish Bath session and thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time at the salon and having this type of treatment and was pleasantly surprised. The environment was clean and attractive really getting you in the zone ready for the experience, I did not have to wait long for my masseuse Zewditu, who greeted me with a warm welcome. She made me feel at ease and was thorough in her execution of my scrub and massage applying the right pressure needed to ease the tension in my neck and back. She is truly an asset as I said to the manager as you can tell she enjoys what she does and knows how to cater to the individual needs of each client without making them feel like a transaction; her focus was purely on ensuring I was relaxed and came away with a positive experience - which she was able to achieve effortlessly. Ive had a lovely experience at gisoo salon. Great customer service and a huge range of treatments. Would highly recommend. Best shellac manicure, pain free and great attention to detail. Hamman experience was very relaxing. A great way to unwind.

I booked a Hammam Spa at this salon for my partner and I. It was his first time and I wanted it to be perfect and it was. The staff were warm and welcoming from the minute we entered. They were friendly and ever so professional. They were very attentive and thorough throughout the whole experience. The massage was amazing, the exfoliating scrub was amazing, the extra attention to detail was perfect. My partner and I had a great experience and he said it was exactly what he needed to unwind so thank you so much. The establishment was clean, tidy and well kept. It looked exactly the same as the pictures which was even better. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you are looking for a wonderfully, relaxing experience. I recently visited Gisoo using a wowcher deal for its Turkish Hammam services. It's the first time I have visited a Turkish hammam and it was an uncomfortable experience. I was asked to spend 20 mins in the steam room before a scrub - the steam stopped after a few minutes and I was basically sitting in a stuffy dark room with no steam. Lying face down on the block of white marble for a scrub and foam, my knees and hip bones were pressing against the hard surface - not enjoyable at all. The Ethiopian lady who did the scrub/foam is very strong and applied quite a lot of force while doing the scrubbing and scrubbed off my skin in a couple of places. I am just hoping the crust will fall off without leaving any marks. Being small and slim, I also found her massage too strong. I guess the strength would be OK for heavier people than me. The scrub room was very slippery with all the water and foam on the floor, extreme care was needed coming down the white block of marble. Then came the shower, the shampoo and conditioner were nice but there was no hairdryer available to dry my hair. I basically had to walk back home for 30 mins with wet hair. Thankfully, the weather was nice on the day. Imagine walking around with wet hair in winter! Horrible! No idea if all turkish hammam experiences are like that but I am unlikely to be trying again! Oh and one of the ladies ran after me after I left asking loudly in the street if I have paid. When I called to book the appointment, I told them I bought a voucher and will be using it. I was asked to text the voucher code before they texted back confirming the booking. You would think they would have such details on their system!

I went for the turkish bath,Oh my god from the moment I entered to the Gisoo salon I was very welcome. The lady who did my bath I think her name was Danny,She was very professional and friendly,she made me feel very relaxed.My bath was followed by an amazing Mint Tea,I cant say Thank you enough to the Gisoo Salon Team.Thank you and see you again soon for sure.
