Staff they hire are always experienced in their field. Hair style advice and colour are spot on every time. And I was even offered a glass of Prosecco on my Saturday appointment. S. J.I booked an appointment on a monday morning after having read good reviews. I wanted a balyage done on my dark hair with a cut and blowdry. First time i visited this salon and i must say my experience was great. Marta who done my hair had only slight difficulties with english however she was veryyy pleasant always smiling and so friendly. The manager whom I initially spoke to Kasia was so welcoming and we had a little chat and she translated everything to Marta who done such a good job. First time I have done a balyage and I was soooo super pleased with the results. It was exactlyyy what I wanted.. I will definately be returning to this salon and recommending friends and family to here. All staff friendly and listen to your requests and make you feel welcome. Thanks to the lovely team at glow!
