Kay was very professional and really took the time to explain my hair type and what would be best for it (I have quite dry, fine hair that gets lots of split ends). Also super friendly and clearly very experienced. Would highly recommend 😀

You can tell she’s a total pro, as she asks loads of questions at the beginning to figure out what you need. She’s also simply a lovely person. I was so pleased with my cut, I’ll definitely be going back.
